NC State Linebacker Drill!🚨🚨🚨 This drill teaches the linebackers... to not cross over when coming down at an angle. You have no power when your legs are crossed over. You should only cross over when the ball carrier is out of your range. Keeping a good base and staying squared is very important especially when you are taking on a big offensive lineman.
