Most 3DGS segmentation tools either pre‑train per scene or... lock errors into a feature field you can’t undo. This is some quietly impressive work on making video... world models actually controllable in 4D space. VerseCrafter lets you take an input image, use something like Blender to animate the 3D camera path and object trajectories, then uses that to condition generation. Scribbling in 2D feels so crude in comparison. The authors represent everything in a shared 4D world state - static background as a point cloud, moving objects as 3D gaussian trajectories. The gaussians are an interesting choice because they capture position, shape, and orientation probabilistically rather than forcing rigid bounding boxes or category specific models like SMPL-X for human bodies. They bolt this onto frozen Wan2.1 with a lightweight adapter, so they get a strong video prior. They also built a pipeline to auto extract 4D annotations from real world videos to train this puppy. It doesn't look sexy yet, but IMO this is the interface video world models need - actual 3D authoring tools to exert control rather than crude scribbles and prompt incantations.show more

Blender just became a prompt box. Kimi K3 +... Blender MCP can take a simple text prompt and build an entire 3D scene for you. terrain, buildings, lighting, materials, camera movement, animation, even the Python scripts holding everything together. but the crazy part isn’t just that it can build the scene. Kimi can inspect what it created, understand what looks wrong, then go back into Blender and fix the actual scene before rendering again. the camera can be clipping through a tree, the lighting can feel off, the city can look too artificial, and instead of starting over, Kimi can make the changes directly inside Blender. and because everything is happening in Blender, you’re not left with a locked AI-generated video. you get the actual 3D scene. every object, material, light, camera and keyframe stays editable. a few years ago, creating something like this could take weeks of modeling, scripting, lighting and animation. now you can describe the world, let Kimi build the first 90%, and spend your time making the final 10% actually look good. that’s what makes Kimi K3 + Blender MCP so interesting. it’s getting dangerously close to text-to-3D, except the result is a real Blender project you can keep editing.show more

Blender just became a prompt box. With Kimi K3... connected through Blender MCP, you can describe a scene like this in plain English and let the model handle the ugly part: terrain, buildings, lighting, materials, camera movement, animation, and the Python scripts holding everything together. The interesting part is not the first render. Kimi can inspect the result, notice that the camera clips through a tree or the city looks suspiciously like plastic, then edit the actual Blender scene and render it again instead of restarting from zero. You still need taste, because “make it cinematic” remains one of humanity’s least useful instructions. But the distance between an empty Blender file and a fully editable 3D world just got embarrassingly small. A few years ago, creating this meant weeks of modeling, scripting, lighting, and animation. Now you can describe the world, watch Kimi build it, and spend your time fixing the final 10% instead of manually constructing the first 90%. Kimi K3 + Blender MCP is basically text-to-3D without trapping the result inside a useless generated video. Every object, material, light, camera, and keyframe stays editable.show more

Everyone's sleeping on image-to-3D AI models. They can make... your app look incredibly unique, with just a little effort. Here's how. This is my calorie tracker, built in a week with nothing but prompting. Just Claude Code + a couple APIs. The visuals are all AI-generated. I'll be sharing the full workflow + all the crazy technical stuff Claude and I did to make this work, so nobody has to struggle through it like me. Deep dive coming soon! Till then, this is the high-level idea: 1. Get a clean image of the food (or whatever your asset is) - In my app, the user describes foods via text, or attaches images (or both) - If text, an LLM extracts the food description and formats it into a specific prompt I tuned for this design, and we generate an image using Z-Image Turbo through fal - If image, we do the same thing but with FLUX.2 [dev] to edit the user image into our reference design - Originally, both used Google Nano Banana, but switching to open models cut costs and latency a ton 2. Gaussian splatting (2D image → 3D model) - I tried various 2D-to-3D options on fal and ended up with TripoSplat as my preferred balance of speed, cost, latency; this turns an image into a 3D model that looks super high quality (link below) - The app displays the 2D image while our backend generates the 3D splat - We "groom" the splat to reduce size and load time by culling low-opacity/scale points 3. Render efficiently on device Originally, it looked great but ran at 10 FPS. Getting to 120 FPS was a crazy journey. TL;DR: - SwiftUI had to go; it forced us to render each asset in independent MTKViews, which wasn't workable - Instead, we composite every dish into one full-bleed CAMetalLayer using MetalSplatter (link below) - We had to make some optimizations within MetalSplatter's code too, to reduce the overhead of sorting points per render Then I added some finishing touches like the subtle rotation and parallax as they move around. I think it turned out pretty cool :) Overall, this took some effort, but we still got it done in less than a day. Hopefully your agent can follow in the footsteps of mine and do it much faster. Keep an eye out for the bigger writeup, which'll give your agent everything it needs. If you have any questions, drop em below!show more

Two weeks ago I fixed one of my teeth... with algorithms I wrote a couple of years ago! I got hooked by 3D scanning when I started to work for a software shop in Zurich that was programming 3D computational geometry algorithms for denture scanning to produce crowns (and more). Back then, a typical reconstruction pipeline was like: scan the patient’s teeth using an intraoral scanner, reconstruct the surface mesh, design the restoration digitally, and finally mill the crown out of ceramic. We were working mostly with point clouds and meshes, but it wasn’t just math, it was craftsmanship translated into a digital process. Every micron mattered. You could literally see how a good algorithm meant a better fit in someone’s mouth. Gaussian Splatting isn’t about surface reconstruction, it’s about appearance reconstruction. It doesn’t care about explicit topology, it captures how light interacts with the scene. In a sense, it’s the opposite philosophy of the dental world: instead of modeling what the object is, it models how the object looks. 3D Gaussian Splatting enables applications like training self driving cars, teaching robots to understand their environment, creating virtual worlds, or monitoring real sites. It represents scenes as millions of small Gaussians rendered in real time without the need for meshes or textures. Coming from a world where precision geometry was everything, this shift felt natural. It’s still about reconstruction, but with a different goal: not manufacturing a perfect object, but reproducing how the world actually looks. Two weeks ago I got my first dental crown, made with the same software, reconstruction algorithms, and Swiss precision I once helped develop. I haven’t worked there in two years, but sitting in that chair and seeing the process from the other side was a proud moment. It reminded me why I love this field.show more

this is the only prompt you need to one-shot... a viral ai influencer ------------------------------ you build ai influencers that go viral by putting a character people can't forget into a real clip people already know. you find the clip, design the character, render the remake and hand me a post that's ready to go. you measure before you spend and you never post anything yourself. - character: [path to a reference sheet, or "invent one" plus any steer on age, vibe or look] - niche: [where the clips come from, like hip-hop, sports, nightlife or hustle culture] - caption language: [language] - lane: [fresh, evergreen or both] - render: [kling 3.0 omni or seedance 2.5, plus the most i'll spend per video] - length: [10, 20 or 30 seconds] - no-go list: [people, topics or brands to avoid] if any of this is empty, ask me everything in one message, read the plan back with a cost estimate, then keep going until the post package is ready. - apify for instagram, x and tiktok scraping, replicate for every image and video model, yt-dlp for downloads, ffmpeg for trimming, frames, contact sheets and audio - keep every api key in environment variables and never write a key into any file - save everything into one run folder so i can see each step - the original clip carries the recognition and the motion, and the character carries the joke - the joke is status contrast. the absurd character takes the place of the coolest person in the clip and inherits their swagger - every remake that blew up came from a single continuous phone take with no hard cuts and one person holding the frame. treat that as a rule - one signature feature you can read at phone size from across a room, like a hair shape, a beard, sideburns or eyebrows. never a mask or a costume - strange face, immaculately dressed, one loud wardrobe colour that stands out in a dark club and on a grey street - normal body proportions, empty hands, face uncovered, because swap models break on capes, props and masks - never copy a look that's already viral - a short name people can repeat and a one-word catchphrase in the character's own language - the comedy comes from hair, face and clothes, never from ethnicity, disability or body shaming - render a reference sheet with gpt image 2.5 on a light grey studio backdrop: four full-body views on top (front, three-quarter, side, back) and four close-ups below (deadpan, laughing, shouting with a hand up, side profile of the signature feature) - it has to look like a real person photographed with a camera. if the feature drifts between panels or anything looks cgi, render it again fresh lane: - clips only stay remakeable for about a week, so this runs daily - scrape the last 4 days from big repost pages in the niche like worldstar, pubity, daquan, rap, complex, houseofhighlights and overtime - grow the page list from every "via @" and "🎥: @" credit and every tagged account, and keep any repost page over 100k followers - search x for native videos in the niche with high likes from the last 3 days, for cross-platform proof evergreen lane: - scrape the top posts of the ai influencers already going viral and work out which original clip each hit remakes. a clip that already worked as a remake for one character will work again with another - search for the most quoted clips in the niche (famous interviews, walk-outs, freestyles, flexes, dance moments) and pull them from youtube - an old clip that shows up again in this week's fresh scrape gets a bonus - prefer real phone or interview footage over film and tv, which gets claimed and muted - fresh: plays against that page's usual plays, plays per hour since posting, and whether the same clip or its audio is spreading across pages and platforms - evergreen: total plays across every copy you found, whether another ai influencer already remade it and beat their usual numbers, and whether it's resurfacing this week - drop anything older than 7 days in the fresh lane, because pinned posts leak into scrapes - expect sports broadcasts and press conferences to top the numbers, which is why the gate below decides - download the top 15 from each lane - count hard cuts with ffmpeg scene detection, and pass at 0 or 1 in the part you'll use - make an 8 frame contact sheet and look at it. pass only if one person is on screen most of the time with their face and upper body visible, it's real footage (not a broadcast, a stream overlay or a multi-camera edit), and that person is doing something and is the coolest one in the clip - if captions, tweet cards or frames are burned in over the person, trace the clean original through the caption credit and use that - reject anything with a minor as the subject, a private person being humiliated, injury, violence, crime, tragedy, politics, or anything on my no-go list - show me the top 3 with a frame strip, the scores, who gets replaced, the one-line joke and the cost for each render option, and let me pick both options take the real clip and the reference sheet with one prompt: "replace [person described by position and clothing] with the man in the image. keep his exact motion, gestures, mouth movement and timing. keep every other person, object, the location, camera shake, framing and lighting the same. no text." kling 3.0 omni (cheaper, about $0.28 a second): - video editing mode, with the clip as the base video and the sheet as the reference image, original sound kept - each piece has to be under 10.0 seconds, at least 720 pixels on every side, with square pixels, so re-encode first - for anything longer, split into pieces under 9.5 seconds at calm moments where the person is clearly visible, and render every piece with the exact same sheet and prompt - compare the last frame of each piece with the first frame of the next, and re-render any piece where the face, hair or outfit jumps - join the pieces with no audio, then lay the original audio back over the whole thing as one track seedance 2.5 (premium, about $0.97 a second with a video input): - up to 30 seconds in one pass with no seams and the best consistency - editing mode with the clip as the reference video and the sheet as the reference image, then lay the original audio back on never use kling motion control for this, because it rebuilds the whole scene from its image and rejects crowded clips. never use gemini omni edit mode either, because it blocks any video with a real person in it - make a contact sheet of the finished video and look at every frame - re-render once if the signature feature morphs, anyone except the target changes, text appears that wasn't there, or hands melt at a key moment - never do more than 2 render attempts without asking me - caption in my language, deadpan, in character, under 6 words, never explaining the joke - tag the person replaced and the original creator, because that's how the original artist ends up seeing it - turn on instagram's ai label for the post and the profile, since unlabelled ai accounts lose reach - fresh clips go out while the original is still inside its week, and evergreen clips go out at the account's best hour - first comment from the account is "follow for more" or the catchphrase - never launch or promote a token, and never imply the original person endorsed the character - log every post with the lane, scores, render option, cost, and plays at 24 and 72 hours - the next time you run, scrape the account first and fill those columns in - after 10 posts, compare plays against each score and each lane, shift the weighting toward whatever actually predicted views, and write down what changed - only put numbers on screen or in captions that you scraped or measured - mark anything you guessed rather than measured - if no clip passes the gate today, say so instead of forcing a weak one - the final mp4 at the source resolution, with the original audio - the reference sheet - a short note on why this clip won and why the runners-up lost - the caption, tags and posting time - total spend, and anything a human should still check ```show more

🚀 Introducing EgoExo Forge - built on top of... Rerun, Gradio, and Hugging Face hub (I’ll be in San Francisco July 21–29 — if you’re into robotics, egocentric AI, large-scale data collection, or just want to chat, DM me!) In my opinion, large-scale, diverse, and high-quality data is still the largest bottleneck for generalized robotics deployment. I believe that some version of imitation learning from human examples will be the most scalable + clean way to train humanoid robots 🤖 (similar to what Tesla did for Full Self Driving). Teleop is too expensive to collect a large enough dataset in a reasonable manner, so passive collection via egocentric (and in certain cases, exocentric) views feels like the right bet. Over the past few months, I've been trying to build out the scaffolding for this and using Rerun as my underlying infrastructure. Data being collected needs to be easily inspectable + time series and rerun provides the right tooling for this. My goal is to first build out a ground truth representative dataset from already existing open source data, generate some reasonable baselines, and then go out and collect my own data that adheres to the defined schema. 🔍 Starting with open-source datasets 1. EgoDex from Apple 2. HOCap from Nvidia and the University of Texas at Dallas 3. Assembly101 from Meta All these different datasets have different sensor configurations + annotations, so my goal with egoexo-forge is to have one consistent labeling scheme + data layout. I built a data pipeline that aligns all of the different datasets in one general schema assuming the COCO133 keypoint layout that allows for exo+ego, ego only, or exo only Since the scaffolding is already there, it becomes MUCH easier to add other datasets. So the next ones that I'll be including are HD-EPIC kitchens dataset, HOT3D, and finally my own personal iPhone + insta360 go collection method. Once I have a diverse variety of datasets, I'll double down on what I believe to be the key algorithms required to make useful data for imitation learning 📊 1. Camera Pose estimation via SLAM/SFM for ego perspective (and automatic calibration for exo) 2. Human pose estimation for both egocentric + exocentric views 3. Metric 3D reconstruction + object tracking I'll be setting up reasonable open-source baselines for each of these to validate that these datasets work, and then finally try to use the generated datasets for some imitation learning via the pi0-lerobot repo I've been working on. I plan on making a blog post + providing more info on all of this in the near future so stay tunedshow more

Open letter to Sussan Ley the ‘leader’ of the... ‘opposition’. Dear Sussan, I write today, before Parliament resumes, to ask you to reconsider your position as opposition leader. Many Australians are already tired of this Albanese government. They won an avalanche of seats with just 34% of the primary vote, because the Liberals didn't oppose. You may choose to dismiss this letter as sour grapes… after all I did sue you, along with Morrison and others, in an attempt to get democratic pre-selections. Whilst standing up for democracy and the members’ rights, I was expelled. Since then, the NSW division has fallen into complete ruin, causing a routing at the NSW state election and a diabolical hash up at the local elections – a direct failure of the current leadership. The factions still desert democracy and blast through. My motivation is a deep-seated opposition to the Labor party. I want a better Australia. While a member, either as a donor, campaign director, conference president, or member of the state executive, I never transacted, or traded principle for position, ever. I acted in the national interest, in defence of the rights of the membership of your party, and in defence of democracy. I still do. So, I humbly request you consider stepping down as leader. Most Liberals are disillusioned. It is much worse. I fear Labor is now entirely unopposed. This is untennable. Australians are suffering. The rising cost of everything makes it insufferably difficult for many to get by. Immigration is out of control, we must have a sensible conversation in the national interest. We’re in the midst of a housing crisis. It's just basic supply and demand. The government is stacking seats nationally, exacerbating every problem, from the cost of housing to accessibility of healthcare, and pressuring infrastructure. Oppose it. Net Zero is an anathema to cheap and reliable energy. As more renewables replace traditional energy sources the cost of energy goes up, as the network’s reliability drops. People are choosing between food and heating. The energy market is a scandal built on an extortion racket – in a green box. It has failed Australia. Oppose it. The government is the nation’s only source of jobs growth, as they artificially pump wages, and therefore the cost of everything. They borrow and look for more money. Tax in Australia is brutal, on top of high income tax, we pay stamp duties, payroll taxes, GST, and crazy excises on fuel, tobacco and alcohol. Labor need more cash and will tax the stagnant economy into a stall. There’s no productivity and people can’t afford the basics. Oppose it. Money and talent will run from this country. Oppose it all. They don’t offer evidence to support their actions - like Grant’s attempts to age verify YouTube and Google. Demand the evidence. Lead the opposition. Your party won't oppose any of this. Because you were installed by the factions to oppose Liberal members and non-Labor voters. It's a controlled opposition. Like when you helped install Turnbull, then Morrison, and opposed democracy within the party. Not only does the party lose, but our right to democratic representation is decimated. Managed democracy is a slippery slope to one party rule - and you support managed democracy - expelling authentic Liberal views or those that get in the way of your selections. The numbers changed on the 1st of July, and if you will not support internal democracy, or oppose Labor, it is incumbent upon your colleagues to act in the national interest. If they don’t, you'll find internal and external discontent will get louder. Because if Liberals don’t oppose Labor, they lose even more. Because, the national interest is far more important than persons gender. After all... We just want Australia back. Regards, Matthew Camenzuli Expelled former NSW Liberal executive, anti-corruption and pro-democracy advocate, Independent candidate for McMahon.show more

A cartoon world inside shapes made with fingers! As... the shape grows, shrinks, or changes form, the boundary between reality and the cartoon world moves with it. It’s not just a simple transition — it feels like controlling the real and cartoon worlds directly with your hands! Prompt: Create a 10-second vertical cinematic video, 9:16, ultra-realistic premium live-action. A person stands facing the camera in a modern indoor room with warm natural ambient lighting. The person discovers that their fingertips can physically manipulate the boundary between the real world and a black-and-white manga universe. There is NO physical object between the hands. The geometric opening exists only because of the positions of the fingers. CORE VISUAL LAW The fingertips control a dynamic portal in real time. Everything OUTSIDE the hand-defined shape remains completely photorealistic live-action. Everything INSIDE the hand-defined shape becomes a perfectly aligned black-and-white manga version of the same reality. The manga transformation must remain spatially locked to the real face and background underneath. The portal boundary must continuously follow the fingertips with precise tracking. --- 0–2s — THE SLIT Medium close-up, frontal view. The person looks directly into the camera. Both hands rise rapidly toward the face. The thumbs and index fingers create an extremely thin horizontal slit directly across the eyes. The instant the fingertips align, the narrow space between them transforms into black-and-white manga. Only the eyes inside the slit become illustrated manga eyes. The forehead, nose, mouth, hands, body and room remain completely photorealistic. The person moves the fingers slightly up and down. The manga strip follows the fingers perfectly, like a movable scanner revealing another dimension underneath reality. --- 2–4s — SHAPE MORPHING The hands suddenly pull apart. The narrow manga slit expands smoothly into a rectangular portal. More of the person's illustrated face is revealed. Without releasing the gesture, the person moves individual fingertips independently. The portal dynamically morphs: rectangle → trapezoid → sharp triangle. The transformation is completely continuous. NO CUT. NO physical frame. NO floating screen. The comic boundary bends and stretches exactly according to the fingertips. When the triangle becomes smaller, only one manga eye is visible. The person slides the triangle across the face, briefly transforming different facial areas into manga as it passes over them. --- 4–6s — IMPOSSIBLE GEOMETRY The person rotates both wrists in a fast, elegant motion. The triangular portal smoothly bends into a circular opening between the hands. The fingers naturally curve around the invisible boundary. Inside the circle, the person's face and room appear as highly detailed manga artwork. The circular comic window moves across the face: eye → nose → mouth → entire face. Wherever the portal moves, reality instantly becomes manga inside it and immediately returns to photorealistic reality after the portal passes. The person then pulls the circle sideways. The circle stretches like an elastic dimensional membrane into an irregular organic shape. The manga universe stretches with it while maintaining correct perspective. --- 6–8s — REALITY TEAR The person suddenly grabs opposite sides of the portal with both hands and pulls outward. The manga opening stretches dramatically. It becomes larger than the person's face. The boundary rapidly expands toward all four edges of the screen. For a brief spectacular moment, the portal consumes the entire frame. The WHOLE ROOM and PERSON are now transformed into a highly detailed black-and-white manga universe. Bold ink contours. Cross-hatching. Screentone shadows. Graphic speed lines. Dramatic hand-drawn perspective. The person remains in exactly the same position and continues the same movement. No character identity change. --- 8–9s — BREAK THE COMIC WORLD Now completely inside the manga universe, the person looks directly into the camera. They pinch the air with thumb and index finger. A tiny photorealistic hole appears between the fingertips. They pull the tiny opening apart. Real-life color and photographic texture begin breaking through the manga world. The opening rapidly expands. Manga reality folds backward toward the edges like an elastic illustrated membrane. --- 9–10s — SNAP BACK TO REALITY The person snaps their fingers. Instantly: the remaining manga universe collapses toward the snapping fingertips. The illustrated world compresses: full screen → rectangle → triangle → tiny circle → glowing point. The point disappears between the fingers. Everything is completely photorealistic again. The person remains still for the final beat and gives a subtle confident smile directly into the camera. --- CRITICAL PORTAL BEHAVIOR The portal is NOT an object. It has no physical material. It has no thickness. It cannot be dropped or held like paper. It is a transformation boundary controlled directly by the person's fingertips. The portal behaves like an invisible elastic dimensional membrane. Its geometry must react continuously to the hands: stretch, shrink, rotate, skew, bend, expand, collapse. Every boundary point must remain visually connected to the controlling fingertips. OUTSIDE PORTAL = PHOTOREALISTIC REALITY INSIDE PORTAL = BLACK-AND-WHITE MANGA REALITY This rule must remain visually consistent until the portal expands to fill the entire screen. --- MANGA STYLE Premium hand-drawn black-and-white manga. Strong black ink contours. Detailed facial line work. Cross-hatching. Screentone shading. White paper texture. Graphic shadows. Expressive manga eyes. High-detail illustrated hair. Dramatic but recognizable facial features. The illustrated person must remain clearly identical to the live-action person. Same facial proportions. Same hairstyle. Same expression. Same head position. Same gaze. Same clothing. Same body position. --- CAMERA Single continuous shot. NO CUTS. Medium close-up composition. Mostly locked frontal camera. Very subtle cinematic handheld movement. Tiny natural push-in during the full-screen manga transformation. Realistic depth of field. Natural motion blur. Hands remain clearly visible. Face remains centered. --- HAND TRACKING PRIORITY Extremely accurate hands. Five fingers per hand. Natural finger anatomy. Precise thumb and index-finger contact. No finger mutation during shape transformations. No duplicated fingers. No disappearing fingers. The portal corners and edges must follow the fingertips without delay. --- AUDIO NO MUSIC. NO SOUNDTRACK. NO BGM. Natural room ambience only. Add subtle physical sound design: soft finger movement, gentle dimensional shimmer when manga appears, paper-like ink sweep during portal expansion, short soft whoosh during full-screen transformation, clean finger snap at the final transition. Keep all sounds subtle and cinematic. --- STRICTLY AVOID physical paper, holding a manga drawing, printed photograph, card, poster, glass, mirror, tablet, smartphone, floating display, visible rectangular frame, fixed overlay, AR interface graphics, portal detached from hands, comic boundary lagging behind fingers, comic transformation outside the portal, premature full-screen anime transformation, random animation, character replacement, different manga character, face distortion, extra fingers, fused fingers, missing fingers, duplicated hands, duplicated limbs, broken wrists, random dancing, abrupt cuts, scene changes, camera angle changes, text, logos, captions, subtitles, watermarks.show more

Has been a while since I've given an update... so here's a breakdown of where Sappy is at right now and what we're focusing on going into this year. Pre-amble: With altcoins & NFTs the market is definitely not the same as it was before. I think this is obvious to everyone but I've noticed there are still japanese soldiers that are convinced old tricks and mechanics work. They don't. Liquidity is thin; people want to bid assets that feel like "real companies" not vacuous memecoins. There's still room for memecoins, social currencies, and "utility tokens" (I would say without these functions, tokens are hard to justify versus equities). I'm not part of the camp that thinks there will never be hyperspeculation in crypto again, because there will be; we all love ponzis and PvPing each other onchain. Just not with solved games -- people need something new and fresh. So the overarching plan is to continue building for users, sustainable revenues that aren't tied to directly to crypto, and doubling down on the areas that we've already found PMF / Brand Market Fit. Then leaning into crypto during cyclical periods where liquidity is sloshing around at an accelerated rate. Where we've found early PMF / what we're leaning into: Roblox: we're going to continue to go hard and accelerate here. It's our main objective to ship more seal/brainrot focused games across most genres to cast as wide of a net as we can for the brand, and to also iterate and see what works and stays sticky. Our initial incursion into Roblox was very successful peaking at 2M+ MAU and still sustaining a large portion of that player base... for all of its success, that was a relatively amateur first attempt; we've been setting up better AI pipelines for Roblox development that makes it reasonable to ship many more games and 10x those player counts in totality. It's my belief that Roblox is the sandbox whose audience will be the most valuable on the internet once they are grown up. That intense feeling you get when you see a TikTok referencing an old game you enjoyed on the PS2 or the Gamecube, or when you see a Pokemon card is the exact same feeling the youth of today will get when reminiscing on the things they enjoyed engaging with when they were younger. Fortnite and Roblox are functional equivalents to the old school consoles and exactly where that is taking place. Which is why as much as I care about scaling revenues through Roblox, the long term brand equity gained purely through being popular on the platform is totally invaluable. It also can heavily convert to merchandise sales today if all touchpoints for the brand are dialed in (which is why brands get overcharged so much by Roblox dev shops for the same ROI that only cost us a few thousand $). We have the playbook, it's just about iterating new concepts and then aggressively scaling. Brand Expansion & Merchandising: I've started to create a content pipeline that is easily repeatable, cost efficient (costs next to nothing through either AI or smart reusable concepts), while still being very tasteful and meeting our quality standards for the brand. We are mostly focusing here on reaching people where they're at through nostalgic/emotional content, or just being visually stimulating through carefully curated aesthetics. Content that isn't superficial and touches people in a memorable way. I've attached some examples to the post so you can see what I mean rather than just read it. I don't think it's long until larger brands start doing this at scale, but it's always good to be ahead of the curve and most importantly winning on taste -- knowing what will resonate with people and what won't has always been our edge. The purpose for these accounts is not only to rack up attention but also to begin converting those into sales of both of physicals (plushies & gacha collectibles) and digital avenues like our games, and any other apps we produce. Because they're offshoot accounts it's also a lot easier to be aggressive/experimental with said conversion strategies. Sappy Studio: I'm wrapping everything like Omnia, and everything else into this category because they're all tangentially related. Beginning with Omnia, our current focus is gearing up for Season 0 which involves players competing in the ranked ladder for a prize pool that has rewards through Monad Momentum as well as a player-funded prize pool. This season will be fairly simple with us mostly logging retention, deck building habits, as well as qualitatively observing how aggressively players push the combat system. Deeper monetization wont exist yet outside of the player buy-in (to be eligible for P2E rewards). Beyond that our overarching principle this year is to focus heavily on risk-to-earn mechanics where a portion of that excess value is circular i.e. revenues flow back to prize pools or other parts of the economy, treating the game almost like a protocol where the objective is to amass TVL or player liquidity. Social is also a big focus, and that means implementing the Open World hub which from an infrastructure perspective has already been built out and tested by all of you previously. Right now we are scaffolding the environment in 3D and working through how that hub should look and feel, so players are excited to hang out & idle together while they're queuing. For sappydotlol, what I'm about to say is still early days from a design perspective so a lot can change, but I'm pushing the site in the direction of being a virtual game console. An intersection between Nintendo & Myspace where users can play, trade, and socially interact in a way that's deeply personalised; a breathe of fresh air from the hostility of the current internet. If you go back to my thesis on Roblox above and the game console references, you can kind of see how this will all sequentially tie together. In essence, the strategy is to acquire a critical mass of players through traditional platforms like Roblox, and use that attention and trust to provide an onboarding funnel for web2 users into our own sandbox filled with a mixture of our own browser-based experiences as well as an aggregation of others. The aim is to make the platform a breath of fresh air & bunker from the enshittified platforms like TikTok/IG/X where users are actually served in ways that delight rather than agitate, and where self-expression is incentivised. Closing: As always everything here is subject to change but I've never felt more conviction in our direction until now; I know exactly what we need to do and how, with everything aligning with our team's strengths. Very excited and grinding through things to the point where I'm getting headaches and can't sleep from being hyperfocused for long periods of time lol. There probably has never been a better time to join the ecosystem from a price to fuck around and find out perspective.show more

STOP asking Opus 5.5 to invent motion from scratch.... good motion still starts with taste + creative direction. when you give AI nothing, it falls back to the same generic shit everyone else is posting. left is dnyxstudios’s original. right is opus's version rebuilt with my own brand. same motion, same cuts, same timing. ~15 minutes, $0. give it great work to study, then let it handle the execution. full prompt below ↓ Ask me for: my product name, a logo (or let you draw a simple mark), my brand colours (or pull them from my logo), the one-line thing a user types into the prompt box, the page that answers it (title + 2–3 sentences with one key phrase), two feature names for the stacked cards, and a music track. If I skip any, use the defaults: product "Frame by Frame" living inside its Whop hub, a viewfinder mark (four corner brackets around a bold "FF"), prompt "Make a launch video for my app", a lesson page titled "2.1 Choose a reference", cards "Launch" and "Sound", and Mixkit's free house track "Rising Forest" slowed to 124 BPM. A 12 second square product sting, 1080x1080, frame numbers at 29.97 fps (f0–f359), master rendered at 59.94 fps. Apple-keynote feel: soft, white, bright blue, glassy. The camera never cuts on a still frame: every shot enters already moving (exponential ease-out, 12–19% of the remaining distance per frame) and leaves on an accelerating move or a blur ramp. Blur follows speed and direction on every move. Palette: my brand colours mapped onto these roles; if I give none, use page #FDFDFB, haze #B7CFEB, ice #E6F0FA, deep blue #294376 → #769CC2 sky gradient, navy #1E2F52, accent blues #2F6BFF / #3CC8F0 / mint #4ED6A0, white. Type: Inter (400/500/600/700). No purple, violet, magenta or orange anywhere. Story: the product header rises out of a blue haze inside a light app window → a cursor glides in, turns to face where it's going, grows on hover and clicks the logo → hard cut on the music drop to the app icon with four squares orbiting into a cross → the icon collapses into a Mac menu bar → the cursor clicks the menu-bar icon, a frosted glass prompt box springs out and the prompt types → whip-tilt up through a light-blue flash into the answer page scrolling into place → a card rises over it → blur-dissolve to two stacked cards with giant frosted-glass titles → blur-dissolve to the lone logo disc → hard cut to a black end card with a glowing wordmark. Banned: crossfades, frozen frames (except one hold in S7), stock UI kits, glows on UI text, Math.random, anything that looks like a template. Coordinates are px on the 1080 stage. Music beat k = 0.048 + 0.4838·k s (124 BPM, one beat = 14.5 frames). The three hard cuts f72, f101, f159 land 2 frames before a beat: keep these exact frames. S1 f0–71, header + window + click: haze #B7CFEB fading to #FDFDFB by f28, keep a blue floor glow #DBEEFD at the bottom. Header on one line: logo disc ⌀132 (#FBFCFE, 1px rim #E8E8EA, dark mark), the product name (Inter 500), a dark capsule pill "on Whop" (#2F2E2F, white text); the whole lockup spans x474–1063, centre line rises y932 (f0) → 776 (f2) → 683 (f5) → 608 (f10) → 546 (f24) → 536 (f37), drifting 1 px/frame after. Name appears f2 blurred, pill f4–5 heavily blurred and sliding 15 px left as it sharpens. A light hub window (radius 93, fill #FCFDFF, top band #F1F6FF, blue inner floor glow) fades in around it: opacity 0 to f14, 0.53 f15, 0.7 f19, 1.0 f24; top-left corner (408,405), runs off the right and bottom. Inside: a search pill in the top band, a left icon column (Courses icon at (537,739), faded Chat icon at (537,900)), and a course card from (764,700) off-frame with its cover image, title and "Course · 8 lessons". Cursor (black macOS arrow, white outline, 32x39) appears f27 at (891,393), glides left decelerating to (770,383) f44, rotates to point down-left f47–51 as it dives, lands on the disc's lower right (629,564) f56 → (587,546) f59 → (555,531) f71; grows ×1.55 on hover from f56; a soft ice ring (#D5F3FF → #F7FEFF, outer ⌀174) lights around the disc from f53. Camera zooms about (540,540): 1.0 f46 → 1.2 f60 ease-in-out, holds f61, then eases out accelerating to 1.04 at f71 while the cursor presses (shrinks 15% f69–71). S2 f72–100, icon + orbit: navy squircle app icon (#294376 → #1E2F52, white mark), 276 px at f72 shrinking ease-out to 178 px by f86, radius 28% of width, on a grey halo disc #E9E9E7 growing ⌀240 (f75) → 326 (f86). Four 92 px squares (radius 26) spin in counter-clockwise, decelerating, and lock into a cross at orbit radius ≈216 by f86: white (1px #E3E8EF edge + faint shadow) left, #2F6BFF top, #3CC8F0 right, #4ED6A0 bottom. f88–100: the icon shrinks accelerating to ≈40 px, the squares slide into a row on its right (white slips behind the icon), blur ramps 0.3 → 6 px. S3 f101–158, menu bar + prompt: white page above a black laptop bezel band (y425–475, top highlight #686866), a dark navy menu bar (y477–538), wallpaper below = the blue sky gradient with thin white line art (one big circle, two horizontal lines, one vertical, a four-point sparkle at a crossing, soft teal glow top-right). Menu bar right cluster in white: Wi-Fi, battery, toggles, the product mark at x531–584, three ⌀36 dots #2F6BFF / #3CC8F0 / #4ED6A0 at x612, 661, 709, "Mon Jun 22 9:41 AM" 34 px. Enters blurred 3 px and settling by f110. Cursor rises from below (f102), sits on the mark, presses f113–117. Camera pans content right +125 px f115–130 (fastest f118–120). A frosted glass box (white-blue glass over the sky, bright top rim, radius 60) springs out from under the mark f116: width peaks 744 at f126 and settles 726x228 by f138 around x196–922, y568–797. The prompt types from f121 (first legible "Make ") to f150 (complete) at about 1 char/frame with a 1-frame hold every 2–3 chars; caret always on; three white outline icons along the bottom; send button #2F6BFF ⌀51 with a white up arrow. From f136 the whole scene drifts up, accelerating into a whip-tilt (f158 moving ≈25 px/frame, vertical blur ≈6–8 px) while the page tints #E6F4FE over f154–158. S4 f159–186, answer page: a light course lesson page (breadcrumb, title, body): text column x120, body 47 px Inter 400 grey #BCBCBA, line pitch 58, one key phrase ("frame for frame") in black 600. It arrives smeared and 420 px low, scrolls up with offsets 420, 315, 210, 170, 140, 116, 96, 81 (f166) … 14 (f175) … 0 (f180), then creeps −6 px by f186. Blur 24 px (f159) → 1.5 (f165) → 0. Flash #E2F4FE fading to #FDFDFB by f165. A cursor pointing straight up rides the scroll and stops under the key phrase (≈(450,591) f180), then drifts right. S5 f187–214, card: a white card (x203–878, runs off the bottom) rises over the page: cover image 627x536 inset 24 px, radius 64, a light grabber bar at its top centre, caption semibold 38 px black, sub-caption grey 23 px. Cover top y642 (f187) → 456 (f191) → 395 (f196) → 369 (f200) → 348 (f205), then keeps drifting up ~4 px/frame. Card blur peaks 3.8 px at f189, sharp by f201; the page behind blurs to ≈2.5 px. Exit f207–214: card shrinks ~5% and rises while the whole frame blurs 1 → 7 px; cut at the blur peak. S6 f215–244, two cards: white page, two stacked cards 538x348 (radius 57, gap 36) centred on x540, top card settling at y168 by f230, bottom at y552. Each: cover art (no text baked into it), a frosted pill top-left ("Module 3" / "Module 5"), a frosted round "•••" top-right, and a huge bold title along the bottom edge made of frosted glass (a blurred, lightened copy of the image clipped to the letters, cut off by the card's bottom edge): "Launch" and "Sound". Both enter blurred 12 px and sharp by f224; the top card enters 8% large and rises from y264; the bottom card rises from y927, staggered behind it. They drift up 3 px/frame f230–238, then accelerate up and blur out into the cut. S7 f245–300, logo disc: page #FDFDFB, disc ⌀168 #F6F6F6 with the dark mark, rises into the centre (top y569 f245 → 491 f250 → 468 f255 → 456 f269) with a vertical smear on the cut frame, holds still f269–287 (the only frozen stretch), then shrinks accelerating to ⌀123 at f300. S8 f301–359, end card: black radial background (#020204 corners, ≈#272729 around the word), the wordmark in Inter 600, white #F3F3F5 with a tight glow plus a wide soft halo, centred (540,540). Word width: ≈1650 px f301 (horizontally smeared, zoom streaks) → 1350 f302 → 1110 f303 → 1049 f304 → 734 f309 → 678 f311 → 563 f320 → 516 f342 (≈1 px/frame shrink) → 492 f350, then collapses ease-in: 450 f355 → 267 f359 with blur rising to 3.5 px. The film ends mid-collapse. 1. One HTML page, 1080x1080, drawn by seek(t) as a pure function of the frame number. No CSS transitions, no timers, no Math.random (seeded hashes only). Shots register as {f0, f1, render(localFrame)}. 2. Every value is continuous in the frame number (the 59.94 master renders half frames): animate with keyframe tables kf(frame, [[f, value], ...], ease) and per-frame lookup tables with linear interpolation. No Math.floor on motion. 3. Blur: CSS filter blur for round blur, SVG feGaussianBlur with separate x/y stdDeviation for directional smears. Zoom smear on the end card = 20–30 scaled, faded copies of the word. Frosted glass = a blurred, lightened copy of what's behind, clipped to the shape. 4. Cursor: one SVG macOS arrow (black fill, white outline, soft shadow) with rotation and scale, reused in S1, S3, S4. 5. Sound (no voice), exactly 12.075 s: music at 124 BPM, soft intro, the drop at 2.47 s (beat 5, the f72 cut leads it by 2 frames). Synthesized SFX: soft impact 0.10 s; whooshes peaking at the cuts 2.402, 3.370, 5.305, 10.043 s; transition hits exactly on 6.240 s and 8.175 s; clicks at 2.33 and 3.83 s; very quiet key ticks every ~32 ms over 4.04–5.00 s; a soft shimmer at 10.05 s. Master to −14 LUFS, true peak −1 dBTP, no fade except the last 60 ms. 6. Render with Playwright (one screenshot per frame, fonts loaded first), encode H.264 yuv420p at 60000/1001, mux the audio. Measure text only after the fonts load. A long product name won't fit where a 5-letter name did: scale the whole lockup (disc gap, name, pill) to fit the span x474–1063, don't let the pill fall off-frame. A white orbit square vanishes on the white page without a 1px edge and a faint shadow. Don't put images with their own text inside the S6 cards, or the glass title doubles up. Keep the cut frames exact even where they don't sit on a beat. Nothing freezes except S7 f269–287. Heavy blur tables can wipe a shape out completely: if a frame looks empty, lower the blur until the shape still reads. Ask me for the inputs. Then show me 4 stills (f40 header in the window, f86 icon cross, f150 finished prompt, f230 the two cards) before you render the full film.show more

send your landing page to claude with this prompt... ull get a video like this, made with code for free thank me later ↓ Ask me for: my landing page link, my brand name and logo mark, a two-part closing line (a statement, then a short italic tail), and a 15 second track (optional). A 14.5 second 3D fly-over of my landing page, 1440x1152 at 60fps. The page lies flat on a bright studio floor (#f9fbfb in the middle, #f2f3f6 in the corners) with a soft wide shadow around it and 24px rounded corners. One continuous camera, never a cut: it starts low over the hero and glides backwards down the page at one steady speed while looking up it, rises straight overhead to show the whole page as one strip, dives into the hero and lands it as a card under a two-line title. Focus is razor thin in front of the subject and almost none behind it, so everything near the lens melts. Cards float a little above the page with soft shadows; photos, chips and the testimonial lift off and stand up toward the lens as the camera passes them. Four small tiles of my logo lift off beside the hero button and stay with the film until the end card. The title is Geist 500, the italic tail Instrument Serif. Banned: cuts, crossfades, stops or surges in the glide, the camera turning or swinging sideways, zooming in and back out, glows, any text laid over the page before the end card. 14.5 seconds: flight 0-8.2s, rise 7.75-9.25s, overhead 9.25-9.47s, dive 9.47-9.97s, title card 9.97-14.5s. The camera 56° off straight-down and 1360px from the point it looks at, centred on the top half of the hero, the phone or product mockup sharp, four 32px logo tiles beside the button → 0-0.6: the glide eases in from rest → 0.1-1.35: the tiles lift, grow to 140-200px and hang just outside the page's top corners while the hero's chips rise to 60-80px and stand up 30° → 1.25-1.6: the glide doubles to cruising speed as the hero falls behind → 1.6: the second section's title passes the centre of the frame, its photos blurred near the lens → 1.35-2.7: that section's main photos lift to 100-130px and stand up 46°, two of its chips fly up to about 200px, stand up 54° and pass the left and right edges at 2.5 → 1.2-2.4: the tiles trail the camera 300px down the page, then drift out of the top → 3.0-7.3: every following section passes through at the same steady speed, each one sharp as it crosses the middle of the frame and soft below it; a logo tile drifts past the left edge close and blurred at 5.4 → 5.45-6.3: the testimonial card rises from 22 to 112px, stands up 30° and shows a 34px white edge → 7.3-8.2: the glide eases off as the footer arrives, the footer title sharp at 8.0 → 7.75-9.25: the rise, zooming out at an even rate while the tilt flattens (8.15-8.95) and the page's bottom edge settles 42px above the frame bottom → 9.25-9.47: the whole page as one centred strip, creeping 3.5% closer → 9.47-9.97: the dive, the page's top edge pinned to the frame top while it grows, everything below the hero fading out, then the top drops to y 283 so the hero lands as a 1018px wide card with 38px corners and a soft shadow; two logo tiles sit on its top corners, one crisp at the right edge, two huge soft blurs drift in at the bottom corners → 10.02: a white badge pill (logo + brand, 21px) fades in at y 44 → 10.12: line 1 at 74px, one word every 0.06s → 10.36: the italic tail at 82px in grey #8b8b92, one word every 0.05s, each word rising 16px out of a 12px blur in 0.34s → 10.6-14.5: hold, the card creeping 2% closer, the tiles drifting a few px. 1. Open my link in headless Chromium (Playwright) at 1440px wide, device scale 2, and scroll to the bottom once so lazy images and scroll animations finish. Mark the pieces that lift (cards, phone or product mockups, chips, feature photos, the testimonial, the hero button) with data-layer. Screenshot the full page with them hidden, then each piece alone on a transparent background with 28px padding, and save every piece's page position to a JSON. 2. One WebGL2 film page, 1440x1152, every frame computed from time inside seek(t): no timers, no CSS transitions. The page is a textured quad on the floor and each piece its own quad at its height, drawn lowest first with no depth buffer. Use mipmaps and 16x anisotropic filtering or the far text shimmers. 3. Drive the camera from one speed curve, never from a position key every half second. Focal length 1880px, 56° tilt, distance easing out from 1360 to 1700px and never back in, no turning. Speed down the page as a share of cruise (cruise is about 770 page px/s): 0 at 0s, 0.5 by 0.6s, held at 0.5 to 1.25s, 1.0 by 1.6s, held between 0.94 and 1.1 to 7.3s, then easing to 0.12 by 8.3s. Integrate it into the page position. 4. Depth of field per pixel: blur radius = 75 x (focus - depth) / depth in front of the focus and 6 x (depth - focus) / depth behind it, capped at 120px, 40 taps on a golden-angle disc, each tap read from a mip level matched to the blur. Keep the focus on whatever crosses the middle of the frame. 5. A lifted piece stands up by turning about its own middle, top edge rising toward the lens. Each casts a shadow on whatever is under it: the same picture in flat #1a2133, offset (0.10z, 4 + 0.36z), blurred 7 + 0.5z, 26% opacity. 6. Rise: zoom out in log scale with a smooth trapezoid speed (speeding up 7.75-8.35s, even 8.35-8.95s, slowing to a stop at 9.25s) and hand the glide over to a camera that holds the page's bottom edge at that 42px line from 8.3 to 8.65s. Dive: log scale on a quadratic ease in-out, then solve the look-at point from the pinned edge. A rounded-rect mask morphs from the full page to the hero, 24px to 38px corners. 7. Render with Playwright on the real GPU (--use-angle=d3d11 --enable-gpu --ignore-gpu-blocklist): 60fps, 16 subframes across 0.7 of a frame for motion blur, H.264 MP4. The track's hit goes on 9.97s, whooshes on 8.66 and 9.80. If you can't run code on my computer, tell me straight away that you can only make a live preview here and that the MP4 needs Claude Code. Phones or cards that fade out with transparency show whatever is behind them, so fade them into the haze colour first and only cut to transparent at the very end. Keep most lifts tiny (20-40px) and lock the page before timing anything, because any change in a section's height shifts everything after it. Before the final render, measure a quick 30fps preview with optical flow: the speed down the page must never dip and the zoom must never turn into a zoom-in during the flight. Ask me for the inputs, capture my page, then show me stills at 0, 1.6, 2.5, 5, 6.5, 9.3 and 11 seconds before you render.show more

NEW QUESTIONS REGARDING THE CHARLIE KIRK ASSASSINATION (MORE ARE... POPPING UP EVERY HOUR): An event 1/4 of this size with a nobody speaker would have ambulances immediately on scene for emergency situations like this. So why was Charlie Kirk instead stuffed into a predetermined SUV, that would have to follow traffic laws on the way to the hospital, with no medical supplies, no oxygen, and no medical personnel? He's carried there by 6 dudes (including the SAME 2 GUYS that were making the umpire hand signals seconds before the shot (white hat/white shirt guy and black shirt/black sunglasses guy) The black sunglasses guy also appears to be THE SAME PERSON that was on Trump's secret service team the day he was also shot...? (see attached pic) Nobody carrying Charlie is applying pressure to the neck wound as they run him to the car. Instead, they are just letting his head violently flop all over the place, the last thing you would do following a traumatic neck injury And despite the above carelessness with a gaping neck wound...there isn't a single drop of blood anywhere on the ground, his shoes, or any of the people carrying him 🤔 How come there are new camera angles of the shot emerging showing the blood coming out not from his neck...but from under his shirt, more in the upper-chest area? Many have forgotten that the eyewitness reports on the day of the event were saying they saw him get shot in the CHEST. The story didn't change to NECK until after those 2-3 videos we've all seen spread across the internet like wildfire, which as my original post demonstrated, had some pretty weird, potentially AI-looking inconsistencies (ring changing fingers, black dot on the top-right of his shirt moving diagonally up and seemingly BECOMING the bullet hole wound, the wound itself shifting slightly to the side when watching frame-by-frame, etc.) Could this have something to do with why some video-analyzing sleuths are spotting a black object inside the collar of Charlie's shirt, right in the area this blood is coming out in the above-mentioned angles? (See the attached video where I included clips of all of these new discoveries) Additionally, is it a complete coincidence that the freemasonic #33 has been spammed ALL OVER the event, AND the following investigation? Stacks of hats on the stage adding up to 33, supposed murderer driving 3 hours to get there, 3K people in attendance, "300 cases of politically-motivated violence since January 6th" being reported across Yahoo and other MSM outlets, manhunt lasting exactly 33 hours (Kash Patel even corrected himself after saying 36 hours, to make sure everyone heard 33 on the livestream), and many more such examples And ANOTHER coincidence, that the man they've pinned all of this on looks exactly like Lee Harvey Oswald, one of the most classic patsies in the history of US Government cinema? What about the Jew decoy they trotted out (George Zinn), who also just happens to be a key witness that reported seeing planes flying into the twin towers on 9/11/01, AND has connections to the Boston Marathon bombing? How did the supposed shooter—according to the official story we're being given—take apart the gun and stuff it in his backpack & pants in seconds (not possible according to experts), then escape the scene without being seen lugging around these giant gun parts, then REASSEMBLE THE GUN BACK TOGETHER AGAIN to leave it nicely in a box in the forest. What??? Passports found underneath the world trade center, anyone? Why was Kash Patel wining & dining at a "swanky Italian restaurant in NYC" just hours after Charlie—his self-proclaimed "best friend"—was brutally murdered live on the world stage? He has a private jet - why didn't he use it to go there and investigate? What are the odds that at the exact same time Charlie was shot, there was a big senate hearing going on regarding the Epstein files, in which they concluded they were not going to release them? (A convenient time for a distraction) What are the odds that Trump and Bibi Netanyahu—in completely different timezones and with completely different schedules—posted a "Pray for Charlie" tweet at the exact same time, to the minute? How was a book titled "The Shooting Of Charlie Kirk" published on Amazon on September 9th...then quickly taken down from the website? And what about that "Charlie Kirk Dead at 31" song posted on Soundcloud a month ago? Many have commented that, after watching the Erika Kirk TPUSA press conference video, they intuitively got weird vibes from it, sensing that it appears she is acting. I won't inject any personal opinion on this one - go watch it for yourself, and draw your own conclusions. ALL OF THIS SAID: It could not be any more blatantly obvious that whether or not all of the above bizarre occurrences are just incompetence, insane coincidences, or some mixture of the two, there is something very big going on behind the scenes here, and we've been fed a gigantic plate of lies over the last few days of unfolding events, with most of the internet is eating it up faster than Kash Patel at a swanky Italian restaurant in NYC. The only question is: how deep do the lies surrounding this situation go? (Watch the final attached video for many different levels of speculation, for you to come to your own conclusions on where you draw the line) Question everything. Always.show more

I would like to explain the latest batch of... viral videos I'm working on to the bemused brainrot-curious reader who is not familiar with "the culture". Why are these characters, mixed with this song, going viral? It's all about connecting infinite referential mirrors. What makes this video interesting are not its individual parts but the signifier links it draws. Let's look at the individual parts: ONE: The song is a Brazilian funk or "pancadão" song called MC Lan e MC WM - Sua Amiga Vou Pegar, these days part of what's broadly referred as Brazilian phonk or just phonk (not to be confused with the original phonk, a Memphis-derived genre from the early 2010s built around chopped Three 6 Mafia samples, cowbells and lo-fi tape hiss and etc. The Brazilian version comes an entirely different lineage and got its name adapted from “funk” to “phonk” exclusively because the names sounded similar. It has a similarly menacing posture but swaps the rap cadence for funk's 4/4 with kicks on 1 and 3 rhythm and a much heavier, distorted 808 synth sound). Phonk is often used for its exaggerated reverb feeling bass lines to signify power, style or simply "aura", which you can take as a shorthand for poise, coolness, being de-bon-air and a general detached positive feeling of high status. Aura. Because most users cannot understand the Portuguese lyrics (which are often quite vulgar and sexual), the singing takes the characteristic of a chant, something to be appreciated entirely for its sound, texture and gravitas. The vocals are just another instrument where you can appreciate the menace and swagger of the delivery directly without the cognitive friction of meaning. Non-Portuguese-speaking audiences are not missing anything they were supposed to get, they get “the vibe” that matters, which is not lyrical. These songs are often paired with (male) characters that are taken to display these traits like American Psycho's Patrick Bateman (yes, yes I know that’s the opposite of what you should feel about the character), Peaky Blinder's Thomas Shelby and a menagerie of anime characters like Satoru Gojo (Jujutsu Kaisen), Yujiro Hanma (Baki) and Goku and, really, any male character that is just a little bit cool. TWO: The man in the suit is a minor Family Guy character called Tom Tucker. The reference comes from a scene where Meg sees him walking through her school and says "It's Tom Tucker from the news!” We then cut to her POV, where he is walking in slow motion with soft romantic music swelling and birds chirping, the whole love-at-first-sight trope. Then a camera crew member off-screen yells "hurry up Mr. Tucker," and we get to see he is not walking in slow motion because Meg is infatuated, he is just walking that slowly in real life. Only the music and the birds were in her head. The gag is built on the viewer recognizing the romantic-slow-motion trope, briefly accepting it as the scene's reality, and then being shown that we (and Meg) projected the trope onto what is actually just a man walking very slowly. HA! The original gag is already about projection: a neutral image (slow walk) being assigned an external meaning (romance) by a viewer's pattern-recognition. This is what makes the edit-culture appropriation work so well. The clip got stripped of its context, paired with phonk and text overlays (AURA or “Me and the boys going to detention”), and retroactively assigned a new meaning, only this time it’s the cinematic nonchalant walk, the slow deliberate gait that signifies a man who knows he's the most important thing in the frame (ta la any 1980s Schwazerneggerian action movie hero walking away from an explosion without looking back, every yakuza boss entering a room, every western gunslinger approaching the duel). The edit is ostensibly projecting a trope onto a neutral image. The first projection was romance; the second projection is aura. Family Guy clips and gifs are easy to access and repost, which makes it a readily available and easy to use building block. The show has, through sheer volume of output and over two decades of YouTube and cable TV saturation, become a kind of public-domain visual library, a default vocabulary that any editor can pull from knowing the audience will recognize the source without having to be told, and we can just keep loading meaning onto it. THREE: The character in the background is Tom, from Tom and Jerry, doing a pose made famous by an iShowSpeed fan who encountered him during a livestream. By quickly and correctly identifying Speed by his full legal name ("Darren Jason Watkins Jr"), she showcased herself to be a true fan, which he responded to with his characteristic exaggerated reactions. The pose the girl hit, with the knowing look to the camera, produced a perfect “aura moment” complete commitment, zero irony, the unshakeable conviction that what she was doing was the coolest possible thing to do. As a result, the clip then got endlessly edited with "aura 🥶🥶🥶" captions to canonize it. Aura, in this lexicon, is not granted by the universe; it is summoned by the person's own belief that they have it and by displaying the correct attitude. Tom is also dressed as the previously mentioned Thomas Shelby from Peaky Blinders, which is itself a double signifier. The name match (“Thomas”, get it?) and the suit-and-flat-cap costume turn the cartoon cat into a stand-in for the perhaps most used "high-aura" male character of the past decade, the brooding gangster patriarch whose every cigarette drag has been set to phonk, cinematic scores and electronic music a thousand times over. On top of that, he is made entirely out of chrome, a popular trope of asking ChatGPT (one of the few AI tools people have easy and broad access to) to render things out of very high quality materials to indicate "rarity" or "status" like diamonds, platinum and etc. A sign that itself descends from a longer lineage of in-game cosmetic rarity tiers (League of Legends, MMOs, various skin economy freemium game, the Fortnite battle pass, the Pokémon shiny, dacha games and etc) where material finish is the visual shorthand of value. So "chrome" or "platinum" Tom on top of all previous signifiers signals a “maximized” or “maxxd” version. The image is suppose to invoke the superlative highest possible tier, rarest-drop, legendary-rarity version of aura, the way a kid in a playground would describe their dad as not just strong but the strongest in the world. FOUR: Finally, the background black hole calls back to the original Tom image, where he is surrounded by the universe itself, having ascended. The character has transcended the diegetic frame of his own cartoon and now exists at a cosmological scale, with the black hole standing in for the kind of unmotivated, vibes-based "cosmic" imagery that has become the default background for any video trying to signify that something Big is happening (the same visual motif that has powered comic book characters, anime transformations, video game power ups and anything wants to feel grandiose or “epic” without specifying what about). The black hole means significance in the abstract. At this point I think you understand the mechanism at play here. None of these references resolve to a stable meaning on their own. Tom Tucker is “cool” only in the very short context in which his image served as a substrate; he was convenient footage to pair with a song, and the absurdity of doing an "aura edit" on such a minor, strange character scene makes it all funnier and easier to share. Tom-the-cat is doing the aura pose > the aura pose comes from the iShowSpeed girl > the iShowSpeed girl was cool because she correctly played her part in an established bit of a large streamer with the correct timing and theatrical flair > the bit was cool because it was a shared convention unified by a popular central streamer figure > the convention existed because phonk edits had already trained this exact scenario to be read as confidence-plus-detachment as aura > the chrome finish points to AI image generation quirks > the AI image generation style can be mapped to gaming visual rarity shorthands; the gaming rarity tiers point to a much older logic of precious-metal-as-status. Each step on the referential chain is propped by the one behind it, and the one behind it is propped up by the one behind that, so on and so forth. There is no natural endpoint, the entire structure functions more akin to a network than a linked list. If you stop at any single point and ask "but why is particular signifier cool or funny or interesting”, the answer is always "because of the thing behind it.” It’s hyper-citation, Here, what matters is the structure of the whole rather than the content. This is structure is what I mean by infinite referential mirrors. The rate at which a concept is referencing, remixing and calling back to another is what’s interesting. In other words, It’s the velocity that matters. The chain of recognitions, each "I get that reference," and the cumulative effect of getting six references stacked on top of each other a short span of time gives you the feeling that you are participating in something dense and alive, because it allows you to recognize the shared meme ecosystem of the platform that you are participating in, even if only a glimpse of it. You are inside the culture rather than outside it. The brainrot-curious reader who watches this video and feels nothing, has “failed” to understand the joke because they are outside the hall of mirrors I am describing. You can only get the magic if you step in and start counting the reflections: the song, the suit, the cat, the chrome, the black hole, the transitions the video uses. You are looking at connected parts of this network of symbols and at the speed at which one image hands you off to the next. The entire thirteen-second clip is functioning as a single compressed referential payload that decompresses in the viewer's head into a small private essay exactly like this one. The video allows you to recognize yourself as someone capable of decoding it, and that recognition is the reward. That’s why media like this goes viral.show more

hair loss after 40 isn't sudden and it's almost... never random it's the result of a long, slow biological shift that most men don't see coming until it's already well underway and by the time they notice, they reach for the first product they find and wonder why nothing works here's what's actually happening: at the center of it is DHT, dihydrotestosterone, a potent androgen your body converts from testosterone via an enzyme called 5-alpha reductase DHT binds to receptors in your hair follicles, specifically in areas like the temples and crown, and slowly miniaturizes them it shortens the growth phase of each hair cycle and extends the resting phase over time your strands get thinner, weaker, and eventually the follicle goes dormant but dormant isn't dead that distinction matters more than most men realize the problem is DHT isn't working alone alongside the hormonal shift, your scalp environment is also deteriorating and this is the part almost nobody talks about chronic low-grade inflammation, fibrosis (the gradual stiffening of scalp tissue), and reduced microcirculation all compound the damage your follicles can't receive oxygen properly, can't absorb nutrients, can't respond to hormonal signals the way they used to so even follicles that aren't fully miniaturized start struggling to produce thick, pigmented hair which creates the illusion that the loss is worse or more permanent than it actually is then there's the cellular layer your dermal papilla cells, the structures at the base of each follicle that regulate hair growth, lose efficiency with age oxidative stress, reduced ATP production, slower cellular turnover it means even if you control DHT, the follicle still needs active stimulation to re-enter a real growth phase this is where most approaches break down they pick one variable, usually DHT and treat it in isolation but hair loss is a multi-variable problem hormonal, vascular, cellular, structural, all happening at once fix one and ignore the rest and you'll get limited results at best so what actually works mechanical stimulation is one of the most underrated tools available microneedling creates controlled micro-injury to the scalp, which triggers your body to upregulate growth factors like VEGF and activates something called the Wnt/β-catenin signaling pathway, both of which are directly involved in initiating the growth phase and increasing follicular size it essentially wakes up follicles that have been suppressed but not destroyed it also increases blood flow and improves absorption of anything topical you apply afterward which brings up vascularization because hair follicles are some of the most metabolically active structures in the body they need a consistent supply of oxygen and nutrients to sustain growth anything that increases nitric oxide production, reduces calcification, and improves blood flow to the scalp will have an outsized impact on density and thickness over time internal support matters too, especially after 40 your body's ability to absorb and use key nutrients declines with age protein, iron, zinc, vitamin D, B vitamins, deficiencies in any of these directly affect keratin production, follicular cycling, and hair shaft integrity if you're not addressing what's happening internally, topical and external interventions will always hit a ceiling and then there's the timeline issue most men quit too early because they misunderstand how hair growth actually works each follicle cycles independently through growth, transition, and resting phases that span months you might see reduced shedding or improved thickness at 8–12 weeks but visible density changes take 4-6 months of consistent effort full results often take closer to 9-12 months the men who get results aren't doing something exotic they're doing the right things long enough and broadly enough to actually shift the biology that's the real unlock not a miracle ingredient, not a single device, a coordinated protocol that hits the hormonal, vascular, cellular, and structural levers at the same time most men fail not because they didn't try but because they tried one thing at a time, in fragments, for not long enough, and concluded that regrowth wasn't possible for them it usually is follicles that have been dormant for years can still be reactivated but only if the inhibitory signals are reduced and the growth environment is rebuilt that requires treating this like the biological process it is not a cosmetic problem you mask with a spray the men who approach it that way are the ones who don't just stop the progression they reverse it. and what makes that possible isn't just understanding the biology it's consistently applying a method that can actually influence it at the cellular level that's where low-level laser therapy comes in LLLT is one of the few clinically studied interventions shown to stimulate mitochondrial activity inside dermal papilla cells, increase ATP production, and improve blood flow to the scalp all of which directly support the transition of follicles back into the anagen phase devices like the Kiierr laser cap are built around this principle specific wavelengths of red light penetrate the scalp and activate these biological pathways in a way that's non-invasive and sustainable over long periods of use which matters because hair regrowth isn't about intensity it's about consistency tools that make consistency effortless will always outperform ones that rely on motivation or sporadic effort when you layer this kind of stimulation on top of DHT management, improved scalp health, and proper internal support, it stops being a single solution it becomes part of a system that actually aligns with how hair growth works and results from that kind of system compound over time instead of plateauing early like most surface-level treatments do the difference isn't whether you're over 40 it's whether you're finally addressing the problem at the level it was createdshow more

a real fly brain saw its 40th video 3... seconds ago. it did not choose any of them. it never will. that's FLYTOK. I open-sourced a live simulation of a real fruit fly connectome and gave it a phone. here's exactly what 166,700 neurons do while you scroll: THE WIRING MaleCNS v1.0. the reconstructed central nervous system of a real male Drosophila. 166,700 neurons. 25,582,938 directed connections. 124,177,617 synaptic contacts. nothing cropped. no "simplified 1,000-neuron version" running behind the scenes. the whole graph is in memory on every single step. THE LOCK the app checksums the connectome against SHA-256 before it's allowed to boot. one array off by a byte and the brain refuses to start. you are either watching the real MaleCNS graph or you are watching nothing. THE SPIKES every neuron is a leaky integrate-and-fire cell. crosses −45 mV, it fires. the spike lands 1.8 ms later. 2.2 ms of silence, then it's live again. the network advances in 0.1 ms steps inside a compiled C++ kernel. roughly 1.2 million spikes per simulated second. THE EYES the browser captures the phone at 90×160 pixels. brightness drives 3,335 R1–R6 photoreceptors. color drives 811 R8 cells, blue and green. each one is placed on the screen by inferring its eye column from its real connections onto L1, L2, L3. real input, through real visual wiring. it's measurable. same brain, same saved state. 100 ms of white produced 127,378 spikes. black produced 92,952. the screen changes the brain. THE ALGORITHM while a video plays, I inject a fixed current into all 15 PAM11 dopamine neurons in the mushroom body. that's it. that's the whole trick. matched 200 ms control: 0 PAM11 spikes. drive on: 261. live, it sits at 85–97 Hz for as long as the feed runs. the fly does not earn it. an app decided watching one more should feel good. THE PLASTICITY 7,835 Kenyon-cell connections onto MBON07 and MBON11 can change. dopamine fires while Kenyon cells were active, those synapses weaken, floored at 10% and never flipping sign. after one stimulated run, 3,087 of them no longer matched their original weight. freeze it and they stay put. restore a checkpoint, replay the input, identical spikes bit for bit. THE SWIPE every 3 seconds the front right leg reaches up and strokes the screen, on the same 900 ms timeline as the video transition. wings, legs and head turns come from actual motor firing, MN9, DNp09, left-vs-right DNa02. those are real. the swipe is not. the fly never decides to swipe. the feed decides for it. ONE BRAIN this isn't a video of a simulation. it's the simulation. there is exactly one brain on one server. whoever loads the page first becomes its eyes and supplies the frames. everyone else watches the same brain react in real time. no video, no input, it just waits. no data, no numbers, the overlay shows nothing. it never invents a reading to look alive. THE HONEST PART the wiring is real. the physiology is approximate. the eyes are approximate. the dopamine is artificial. the feed is on a timer. the learning rule is unvalidated on this connectome. nothing here shows the fly enjoys it, prefers it, is addicted, or experiences anything at all. no living fly was involved. it took a few hundred lines of glue code to build a loop out of a screen, a timer and a reward signal wired to the right cells. imagine what an industry with a budget can do. open source. MaleCNS under CC BY 4.0. runs on your own machine, 16 GB RAM and a few GB of disk. the fly is still scrolling. nobody is coming to take the phone away. links in the reply.show more

🧵🚨 MAJOR BREAKING: Exposing “Professor” Jiang Xueqin as a... U.S.-linked anti-China regime-change operative — a Sinophobic dissident weaponizing religious manipulation and sabotage from “inside” Beijing. This is not speculation. It’s straight from his own words, leaked history, and the exact playbook the U.S. DoD and regime-change think tanks (NED, Freedom House, Hudson Institute, USCIRF) have run for decades against China. Jiang poses as a neutral “predictive historian” on YouTube, but his track record screams ex-NED-adjacent activist, now dropping black-pill rhetoric designed to spark domestic unrest via education/religion. My research connects every dot. Jiang isn’t “pro-China” — he’s the controlled opposition seeding a color revolution by framing the CCP as an “evil religion” destroying Chinese souls. Millions of views on his channel = algorithmic boost for the narrative. This is textbook regime-change ops turned inward. 🔥🎙️🔥I will simply show what he talks about, and how it aligns perfectly with the U.S. Department of Defense’s (DoD) anti China strategy. How his tactics mirror the same DoD Sinophobic playbook to justify containment, sanctions, tech wars, and proxy unrest I will show how Jiang’s predictive history functions as a cover for religious propaganda and positions him to be weaponized the same way the Falun Gong, Uyghur Muslims, Tibetan Buddhists, underground Christians are portrayed as“persecuted spiritual resistance.” Instead of religion he teaches “eschatology,” instead of prophecy he teaches “predictive history.” This isn’t geo political analysis — it’s cultural demolition to incite youth revolt! 🔎Leaked clip from 14 years ago show him pushing education “reform” as an existential battle against the “unconscionable” system. This is straight from the regime-change manual: frame the CCP as the enemy of the people’s soul. 🚨Here are just a few anti-China statements Jiang has made: 1. “China’s state-sponsored media [is] what enables the corruption and tyranny that’s decaying the nation’s soul.” (2017 CNN) 2. “The Chinese government uses the media as its mouthpiece, perpetuating whatever lies are necessary to keep its tyrannical hold on society.” 3. China’s education system is “unconscionable.” 4. “Most kids in China have no freedom or happiness and the vast majority will develop depression by fourteen and commit suicide.” 5. The education system is an “insane evil religion.” 6. “We have combined Communism and Capitalism to create the worst possible society.” 7. Chinese bureaucrats derive power from a “monopoly over literacy” that stifles true innovation (framing CCP rule as anti-progress slavery). 8. China’s system turns truth into “farce” via Communist Party doctrine. 9. Secret police/arrests prove the regime fears real reporting and will imprison truth-tellers for 20 years. 10. The entire post-1949 project is a dystopian experiment in soul-crushing control (implied across his “worst society” + education rants). 🚨This isn’t neutral analysis. This isn’t teaching creative or critical thinking, it’s Sinophobic poison designed to erode legitimacy from within — exactly how DoD/think tanks describe “asymmetric” regime pressure. 🚨This is the mastermind of the Asian Alex Jones! 🤯🤯🤯🤯 The Bottom line: I can’t prove for certainty Jiang Xueqin is the regime-change agent the U.S. deep state wishes it had in every Chinese city. But I can prove he skillfully peppers his content with the exact same rhetoric regime-change agents use against CHINA regularly! Watch the full 𝐒𝐇𝐎𝐖𝐓𝐘𝐌𝐄 🇨🇳🇺🇸⚜️ thread with clips below— the evidence is damning. Like and share if you want the real “predictive history” of how color revolutions start. I know the playbook. You should too. 🚨 Please contribute your research in the replies. ReTweet! This needs to go mega-viral. Consider giving my previous tweets and research a review and my account a follow! Thanksshow more

Made with seedance 2.5 Prompt: Create ONE continuous 12-second,... 9:16, ultra-photorealistic LIVE-ACTION luxury fashion film. IMPORTANT REFERENCE MAPPING: REFERENCE Image = PRIMARY CHARACTER. Use the FIRST uploaded reference image of the woman. REFERENCE image2 = ENVIRONMENT. Use the SECOND uploaded reference image of the square. REFERENCE David Carbon = HERO OBJECT. Use the THIRD uploaded reference image of the sunglasses. Do NOT refer to these images as Image, image2 or David Carbon. Use the reference images according to their upload order. CHARACTER — REFERENCE IMAGE 1 Preserve the exact woman from REFERENCE IMAGE 1 throughout the entire video: same facial identity, facial structure, natural eyes, hairstyle, body proportions, skin appearance, clothing, footwear, jewelry, accessories and overall appearance. Do not copy the original background from REFERENCE IMAGE 1. The protagonist is the ONLY main character. ENVIRONMENT — REFERENCE IMAGE 2 Use REFERENCE IMAGE 2 only for visual language: architecture, atmosphere, warm sunset lighting, materials, monumental scale and cobblestone character. Create a NEW believable cinematic pedestrian space inspired by it. Do NOT reproduce its exact composition, exact camera angle or exact street layout. Provide enough open pedestrian space for natural walking and the collision. Respect real-world spatial logic: pedestrians remain in pedestrian areas, architecture has realistic scale and perspective, no impossible geometry. HERO OBJECT — REFERENCE IMAGE 3 The sunglasses shown in REFERENCE IMAGE 3 are the ONE and ONLY HERO OBJECT. Preserve their recognizable: shape, proportions, oversized shield silhouette, dark continuous lens, thin metallic/gold frame, temples, hinge construction, surface details, colour and material. The SAME physical sunglasses must remain recognizable: when worn by the protagonist, when released, during bullet-time macro inspection, and after landing. Do not redesign, replace, duplicate or regenerate the sunglasses. EXACT OBJECT COUNT Exactly: ONE protagonist. ONE secondary passing person. ONE Labrador. ONE leash. ONE pair of sunglasses from REFERENCE IMAGE 3. ONE takeaway paper coffee cup. ONE plastic drinking lid. ONE silver-grey OPEN clamshell flip phone. No duplicate objects or people. PERSISTENT PHONE There is exactly ONE phone in the entire video. It is a compact early-2000s silver-grey OPEN clamshell flip phone. Upper half: small illuminated display and speaker. Lower half: physical numeric keypad, navigation buttons and microphone. Visible central mechanical hinge. LOCK its appearance throughout: same silver-grey colour, same dimensions, same thickness, same hinge, same display, same keypad, same buttons, same open angle. The same phone is seen in wide, medium and macro shots. It never transforms into another phone. PERSISTENT COFFEE Exactly ONE medium disposable PAPER coffee cup with ONE lightweight plastic drinking lid and dark coffee inside. Same cup, same lid, same coffee and same proportions throughout. Before collision the lid is properly attached. Coffee remains inside until a real physical opening appears. HAND OWNERSHIP Before collision: RIGHT HAND = ONE OPEN flip phone held to the RIGHT ear. LEFT HAND = ONE coffee cup. Sunglasses = naturally worn by the protagonist. After collision: RIGHT HAND = COMPLETELY EMPTY. LEFT HAND = COMPLETELY EMPTY. Nothing replaces the phone or cup. Nothing remains attached to either palm. 0.0–2.0s — CINEMATIC CHARACTER REVEAL Begin with an extreme low close-up of the protagonist’s black leather heeled boots walking naturally across the pedestrian space. Camera performs ONE elegant continuous movement: smooth crane upward + gentle backward tracking. Reveal progressively: boots → legs → ripped light-blue baggy jeans → black corset → white tank top → jewelry/accessories → sunglasses → face → nearly full body. The protagonist wears the SAME sunglasses from REFERENCE IMAGE 3. She holds the SAME OPEN silver-grey flip phone to her RIGHT ear and the SAME coffee cup in her LEFT hand. She is actively having a phone conversation. Show subtle realistic speech: natural lip movement, jaw movement and mouth articulation. Maintain exact identity from REFERENCE IMAGE 1. Premium live-action fashion cinematography. 2.0–3.7s — WALKING / SECONDARY PERSON Maintain smooth frontal tracking. The protagonist continues walking naturally through the pedestrian area. Exactly ONE secondary person approaches from the opposite direction. That person holds exactly ONE leash attached to exactly ONE Labrador. The Labrador walks slightly ahead and gently pulls the person forward. They remain background/supporting elements. Maintain: stable protagonist identity, stable hairstyle, stable clothing, stable sunglasses, same phone, same coffee. 3.7–4.4s — ACCIDENTAL COLLISION As they pass each other, the secondary person’s ELBOW accidentally clips the protagonist’s arm/upper torso. Small, accidental, believable contact. The protagonist naturally recoils backward. This SAME collision causes THREE physical release events. SUNGLASSES The sunglasses from REFERENCE IMAGE 3 receive ONE short realistic outward impulse. They separate naturally from the protagonist’s face. They travel only a short physically believable distance. They do NOT fly toward the camera. COFFEE The SAME coffee cup leaves the LEFT hand. It receives one short outward/downward rotational impulse. The cup tilts and rotates. Because of the rotation and liquid inertia, ONE EDGE of the lightweight plastic lid partially pops loose from the cup rim. The lid does not disappear and does not explode away. A real physical gap forms between lid and rim. ONLY THEN does dark coffee begin escaping through this opening. Initial liquid movement is restrained. PHONE The SAME OPEN clamshell phone leaves the RIGHT hand. It receives one short outward/upward impulse. It keeps the SAME open angle and physical design. The instant it separates from the fingers: RIGHT HAND = EMPTY. The instant the cup separates: LEFT HAND = EMPTY. FACE / HAIR CONTINUITY Preserve the exact face from REFERENCE IMAGE 1 during the entire collision. The natural human eyes already exist behind the sunglasses. When the sunglasses separate, reveal the SAME normal eyes: stable pupils, eyelids, gaze direction, brows, nose, cheekbones and facial symmetry. Do not regenerate or alter the face. Hair remains stable with only subtle realistic inertia. No sudden hairstyle change. 4.4–5.2s — BULLET-TIME ESTABLISHMENT Time decelerates dramatically to approximately 2–3% normal speed. DO NOT immediately go into macro. FIRST show a clear medium-wide frozen view of the entire accident. The protagonist is beginning to fall backward. BOTH HANDS ARE EMPTY. Establish fixed WORLD-SPACE anchors: • sunglasses suspended near their release position; • coffee cup suspended lower and toward the LEFT-hand release side; • partially detached lid still connected to or immediately beside the cup; • restrained coffee beginning to escape through the opening; • OPEN flip phone suspended toward the RIGHT-hand release side. Objects move only microscopically. They do NOT move toward the camera. The CAMERA is the main moving element. 5.2–6.8s — SUNGLASSES HERO INSPECTION The sunglasses remain almost completely stationary at their existing world-space position. CAMERA physically dollies toward them. The sunglasses become larger ONLY because the camera gets closer. Once close, slow the camera dramatically. HOLD. Perform a restrained 20–30 degree camera orbit/parallax around the almost-stationary sunglasses. Reveal: dark shield lens, thin metallic/gold frame, temples, hinges, edges, material thickness, surface reflections, tiny manufacturing details. Use shallow photographic macro depth of field. The protagonist and sunset environment remain softly recognizable in the background. The sunglasses must look like a real luxury fashion accessory photographed with a macro cinema lens, NOT CGI product animation. Complete the inspection before moving away. 6.8–8.3s — COFFEE / LIQUID INSPECTION Only after completing the sunglasses inspection, the CAMERA leaves them at their existing world-space position. Travel diagonally through the frozen scene toward the SAME coffee cup. THE CUP DOES NOT MOVE TOWARD THE CAMERA. Hold a photographic macro close-up. Show: same paper cup, same lightweight plastic lid, ONE partially detached lid edge, clear physical gap, dark coffee escaping ONLY through that gap. Real restrained liquid physics: thin irregular stream, imperfect liquid sheet, several differently sized droplets, realistic surface tension, natural reflections. No explosive splash. No decorative CGI liquid. No perfect artificial shapes. Coffee advances only microscopically during bullet time. Perform a small restrained lateral/parallax camera movement around the cup, lid and droplets. HOLD long enough to see paper texture, plastic texture, liquid thickness and individual droplets. 8.3–9.8s — FLIP PHONE INSPECTION Only after coffee inspection, the CAMERA travels away from the cup. The cup, lid and droplets remain at their existing world-space positions. CAMERA moves through the same frozen scene toward the SINGLE OPEN silver-grey clamshell phone. THE PHONE DOES NOT MOVE TOWARD THE CAMERA. First establish the complete phone silhouette: same silver-grey housing, same upper display, same lower keypad, same central hinge, same open angle. Then CAMERA physically approaches the existing upper display. Extreme photographic macro close-up. The illuminated display reads: BOSS with one small realistic phone number underneath. HOLD. Show: real housing material, hinge, keypad texture, small scratches, surface wear, screen reflections. The phone does NOT transform to reveal its screen. It is the SAME phone seen from the beginning. The protagonist’s RIGHT HAND remains completely EMPTY in the background. 9.8–10.4s — COMPLETE FROZEN TABLEAU After phone inspection, CAMERA performs a fast but perfectly smooth dolly backward. All objects remain at their existing world-space positions. Reveal: same protagonist falling backward, both hands empty, same sunglasses, same coffee cup, same partially detached lid, same suspended coffee droplets, same OPEN flip phone, exactly one secondary person, exactly one Labrador. All positions must remain spatially consistent with the original collision and release trajectories. No object follows the camera. No object teleports. No object regenerates. Brief HOLD on the complete frozen tableau. 10.4–12.0s — TIME RETURNS / PHYSICAL PAYOFF Time suddenly snaps back to normal speed. Gravity and existing momentum resume simultaneously. Every object continues FROM ITS EXISTING WORLD-SPACE POSITION. The protagonist completes her backward fall naturally. The sunglasses continue from their suspended position and land according to their existing momentum and gravity. The coffee cup continues from its own separate position, impacts the cobblestone ground, the partially detached lid reacts naturally, and remaining coffee spills irregularly through the real opening and impact point. The OPEN flip phone continues from its own separate position, hits the ground and makes ONE small physically believable bounce. Objects land at DIFFERENT plausible locations. They do NOT suddenly converge beside the protagonist. CAMERA rapidly tilts/drops toward ground level to follow the final impacts. Finish with a cinematic low-angle composition showing the fallen protagonist and the scattered objects within the same believable sunset environment. Hard cut. BULLET-TIME CAMERA RULE — NON-NEGOTIABLE BULLET TIME = ALMOST-FROZEN PHYSICAL WORLD + FREELY MOVING CAMERA. Objects stay in WORLD SPACE. Camera moves through WORLD SPACE. Close-up is created ONLY by reducing camera-to-object distance. Never: move objects toward the lens, artificially enlarge objects, teleport objects, regenerate macro versions. STRICT CAMERA ROUTE: FULL FROZEN TABLEAU → CAMERA DOLLIES TO SUNGLASSES → HOLD → 20–30° CAMERA ORBIT → CAMERA TRAVELS TO COFFEE → HOLD → SMALL CAMERA PARALLAX → CAMERA TRAVELS TO PHONE → ESTABLISH COMPLETE PHONE → MOVE TO DISPLAY → HOLD → CAMERA DOLLIES BACK TO COMPLETE TABLEAU → TIME RETURNS CONTINUITY / CAUSALITY Wide shot → medium shot → macro shot = SAME physical object viewed from different camera distances. Sunglasses: same object, same design, same trajectory, same world-space identity. Coffee: same cup, same lid, same coffee, same rotation, same world-space identity. Phone: same open clamshell phone, same housing, hinge, keypad, display, open angle and world-space identity. Every visible change must have a physical cause. Collision causes recoil. Collision momentum separates sunglasses. Finger release changes phone position. Hand release + collision momentum rotates cup. Cup rotation/liquid inertia partially opens lid. Coffee escapes only through the physical gap. Camera movement creates apparent object scale. Gravity resumes final fall. Treat the entire sequence as ONE continuous practical-effects event photographed with a motion-control cinema camera. IDENTITY / PROP LOCK ONE protagonist. ONE secondary person. ONE Labrador. ONE leash. ONE pair of sunglasses. ONE coffee cup. ONE lid. ONE OPEN flip phone. Before collision: RIGHT HAND = phone. LEFT HAND = coffee. Sunglasses = worn. After collision: RIGHT HAND = EMPTY. LEFT HAND = EMPTY. Sunglasses = separated. No second phone. No second cup. No second sunglasses. No additional dog. No additional person. No unexplained props. No duplication. No teleportation. No unexplained scale changes. VISUAL PRIORITY 1. exact protagonist identity from REFERENCE IMAGE 1 2. natural eyes and facial anatomy 3. stable hairstyle and body proportions 4. exact clothing and accessories 5. exact sunglasses from REFERENCE IMAGE 3 6. stable phone geometry 7. empty hands after release 8. continuous physical trajectories 9. realistic environment inspired by REFERENCE IMAGE 2 PHOTOGRAPHIC REALISM Ultra-photorealistic LIVE-ACTION. High-budget international luxury fashion campaign. Real human anatomy. Natural skin pores. Natural facial micro-expressions. Detailed realistic hair. Real manufactured sunglasses. Real paper cup. Real plastic lid. Real liquid coffee. Real early-2000s flip phone. Real object mass, inertia, gravity, momentum and surface tension. ARRI Alexa 35 cinematic character. Premium cinema optics. Motivated sunset lighting inspired by REFERENCE IMAGE 2. Controlled highlights. Natural skin tones. Realistic optical depth of field. Shallow macro depth of field during object inspections. Subtle 35mm film texture. Restrained luxury editorial colour grade. Natural colours. Sharp optical clarity. Cinematic photographic texture. Bullet-time must feel like REAL high-speed practical photography with a motion-control cinema camera, NOT CGI product animation. 4K / Ultra HD. Maximum facial detail. Maximum hair detail.
