🚨 Obvi’s influencer program didn’t just scale — it... became a full-blown moat. Want to know how we did it? We built a system where 100+ brand ambassadors and 30+ long-term creator partners were posting about us daily. ❌ No upfront payments. ❌ No flaky one-offs. ❌ Just a steady stream of UGC that actually moved product. Most brands gamble on influencer marketing. They pay big upfront fees, only get “one-and-done” posts, and develop long-term leverage or longevity. But we took a different route. Instead of chasing creators, we built our own “influencer Illuminati” — a structured program that: - Starts with smart product seeding (low risk, high signal) - Converts winners into performance-based ambassadors - Elevates top performers into compounding, long-term partnerships That’s why our influencer program is one of our most consistent and cost-effective growth engines. I broke it all down in a recent presentation with Yash Chavan ⚡️ — frameworks, real tactics, and the painful lessons we learned the hard way. Want the deck? Drop “ILLUMINATI” in the comments, and I’ll send it your way. 👇🏽show more

We just launched our biggest creator partnership to date.... We're excited about it. It's done really well so far. A few of our big bets for this year and beyond are: - creator obsession - partnerships - In real life community activations - sampling - overall brand building Something that is definitely newer to us, and we're definitely late getting into, but the best place to start is today. We launched a product with a well-known creator last week. That has gone really well and will unfortunately be out of stock on a bunch of shades soon. We did an in-person event with her at, 8 months pregnant today at one of our stores. It was our first time ever hanging blister packs to sample. We had a bunch of blister packs and a bunch of agile trucks, plus some other out-of-home. It's all a big content play, but also building community and introing people to the brand and getting samples in as many people's hands as possible. We just bought a rivian and wrapped it for sampling events. Hoping to give away 7 figures in samples this year and next. We started with 1 but I’m gonna pull the trigger on a few more once we see signs of traction. We’re opening 12 stores this year and doubling down on IRL, community, and sampling. We have another brand partnership in a few weeks with a big IRL component as well. Excited to learn new things and keep pushing into building a brand, community, and meeting people IRL.show more

Yep! We spent a 21 months building Werm, and... we’re genuinely proud of how we’ve done things. We’ll keep doing everything possible to build great products. What you see now is the result of countless iterations from the version shown in the below video. With just three people, building and scaling a multiplayer game has been incredibly challenging, even large studios struggle with this. The 21 months of development were necessary. We went through multiple rebuilds, learned a ton about launches, and built real relationships across the ecosystem. We stayed away from presales and token launches because the product wasn’t ready. Now we finally feel confident to give it a real shot. There’ll be bumps along the way, but unlike most crypto projects built on hype, we’re launching with an actual product and genuine intent to make it work. We believe we’re doing it the right way and that’s how we plan to keep going. The goal is for the community to trust that when we build, it’s 100% real, never a scam. More news to come about Werm!show more

One year ago, our X account disappeared. No warning.... No explanation. Just gone. With no way to explain what had happened, fear, uncertainty, and disbelief started to spread. People questioned what was happening. People assumed the worst. Silence filled the gaps. At the time, we didn’t even know why we’d been suspended. We attempted to create other accounts, but they were also taken down. That’s when it became clear this wasn’t random. We had to dig, investigate, and piece it together ourselves, with no X channel to explain anything publicly. I won’t pretend it didn’t hurt. It did. But instead of reacting, we had an internal conversation that changed everything. We made a simple decision: If we couldn’t talk, we would build. If we couldn’t defend ourselves in public, we would let the tech do it for us. So we went quiet. And we went all in. 💪 Day after day. No noise. No hype. Just execution. Over that year: • Final testnet phase completed • Mainnet went live • The routing layer started breathing, live on • Real workloads began moving • Nosana integrated directly into our execution layer • Strategic partnerships formed, including with Ozak AI • Relay launched to bridge Web2 enterprises into what we’ve actually built: attempted to create other accounts, but they were also taken down⚡️ Most people never saw it happen. And that’s okay. The people who mattered did. Getting our X back today isn’t about a social account. It’s symbolic. It closes a very difficult chapter. And opens the one we’ve been preparing for all along. 🚀 Now the outside world finally gets visibility into what’s already real. Not promises. Not decks. Not theory. Live infrastructure. ✅ Live routing. ✅ Live execution. ✅ The new website will be live very soon. The whole stack is finally coming together, and we can’t wait to show it to the world. This isn’t incremental. It’s a fundamental shift in how compute is routed. 2025 was about resilience and building through silence. 2026 is about adoption, scale, and making some serious waves. The internet routes data. We route compute. It’s good to be back. ❤️ Here’s a preview of the hero video from our new website, coming very soon. $OGPUshow more

The fourth edition of Ather Community Day is here!... The idea behind these community days actually goes back to 2016. Back then, we were a startup without a product. We started Community Meetups as a way to tell our stories and, just as importantly, learn from our owners. Those conversations shaped not just how we talked about Ather, but what we built. As Ather grew, those meetups grew with us. In 2023, they became the first Ather Community Day with around 700 people. Last year, nearly 5,000 people joined us. While the scale changed, the purpose luckily hasn't. Community Day has always been where we share the thinking behind our products. The engineering decisions. The design trade offs. The details our teams spend months, and often years, obsessing over. Some of those stories might seem small. In 2024, we spent five minutes on stage talking about a storage box 🤯. Last year, we explained how we reinvented cruise control. Most product launches don't dwell on these details. Most product launches are not aimed at the customer at all. We do, because we believe they're what make the experience feel effortless. This year is a particularly important one for us. We'll unveil the first scooter built on our all new EL platform. Our biggest product launch yet. EL is our first all new vehicle platform since the original 450. We built it with a simple objective. Bring the Ather experience to a much larger audience without compromising on what makes an Ather, an Ather. It's our entry into the mass market scooter segment and the beginning of the next chapter for Ather. And EL is just one part of the story. We'll also share what's next across the Ather ecosystem and give everyone a closer look at some of the work happening inside our engineering and R&D teams. Look forward to meeting you all in Bengaluru on 29th August!show more

Hermes Agent + Higgsfield Marketing Studio = AI UGC... Content Factory I built a fully automated system inside Higgsfield that repurposes, localizes, and launches winning TikTok Shop content across hundreds of creator-style accounts. It's so effective it feels like running Facebook ads in 2008. No actors. No products in hand. No ghost creators. Just viral TikTok Shop sales - 24/7. The results speak louder than any pitch: • CPMs as low as $0.10 • 550+ cinematic, product-ready ads per day from a single prompt • 100 hooks tested in the time it used to take to test 10 • $100/mo replacing a $50k+ creative budget Here's the full pipeline - all native inside Higgsfield Marketing Studio: > Hermes Agent analyzes your product, scrapes Meta Ads + TikTok Ads, identifies winning content, and localizes every angle to your brand. > Seedance 2.0 turns data into AI UGC ads - captions, pacing, hooks, your website showcase, all auto-edited inside Higgsfield Marketing Studio. > AI UGC personas are spun up with realistic faces, voices, and personalities - cloned voiceovers in seconds. > Our phone farm pushes every finished video straight to TikTok Shop, daily, on autopilot. >No setup. No switching between five tools. Everything lives inside Higgsfield Marketing Studio. Here's how it actually runs: Hermes Agent researches the niche, scrapes winning TikTok Shop videos, and rebuilds them with fresh hooks, angles, and UGC visuals tailored to your brand. Agents create and post daily to affiliate accounts - fully automated. Then we activate the MPS (Multi-Platform Swarm): once a concept wins on TikTok Shop, Higgsfield deploys hundreds of AI Agents to flood the niche with variations that all drive back to our shot. Most brands are still paying $300–$500 per video. Testing 10 hooks costs $5,000 and takes three weeks. With this system, we test 100 hooks in the same timeframe - and the winners scale automatically. TikTok doesn't reward the best video. It rewards the brand that shows up the most - with content that converts. The brands automating content at scale will be the biggest winners of 2026.show more

Everyone loves saying: "Why don't Indian brands make products... like this?" But they don't see the real problem. A well-wisher sent me a reel of a product that would be a huge hit in India. I checked the numbers. China factory price: $20 Landed cost in India: ~₹3,000 Retail price needed: ~₹6,000 Too expensive for most Indians. The funny part? If we Indianised it, we could probably sell it for ₹3,000 and still make it work. But there is one big wall. Moulds. Just the tooling would cost around $80,000. Before selling even one unit. That's the real challenge with making products in India. Not ideas or demand. But the cost and risk of building from scratch. So for now, we focus on smaller bets. Products where we can afford to take the risk. Still, it hurts seeing great ideas and not being able to build them all. How can we solve this?show more

So we wanted to also share one last thing.... One of the things we pride ourselves on is trying to get people to care about us soccer and the us national teams. In whatever form that takes our job is to help grow this fan base. As an example… We lost sound the entire game tonight at one of our parties and the fans stayed the entire 90 mins and anthems with no sound. Body to body singing the whole damn time. And our other watch party had a mile line long to get in. These things don’t just happen it takes a ton of work. So sometimes we will post things to try and get someone on the fence to go ok ya I want to go to that. And sometimes we will post other things. Tonight we were proud to be us soccer supporters.show more

A Change of Plan…🌍 A little insight into the... realities of airline flying: sometimes the route you see on your flight tracker isn’t the one we originally planned. That’s because flight planning is a mix of science, safety, and flexibility. 🌐 One reason for changes is ATC flow management. Think of it like traffic lights in the sky, with thousands of aircraft moving through shared corridors, air traffic control sometimes adjusts our routes to keep the system flowing smoothly and safely. But today’s change wasn’t about traffic. It was about performance planning. Departing Delhi, our A350 was heavy with fuel and passengers, and the original routing led straight into an area of very high terrain. With a twin-engine aircraft, we always consider the “what if”: if one engine were to fail, how would the aircraft perform? Safety means ensuring we can still fly clear of terrain even under those conditions. That’s where ETOPS (Extended-range Twin-engine Operations) and drift down procedures come in. ETOPS rules let two-engine aircraft fly long oceanic and remote routes, but only with strict planning to guarantee diversion options. Drift down is the scenario where, after losing one engine, we calculate how the aircraft can descend to a level where it can safely continue flight and clear terrain. These are baked into every flight plan, and sometimes, the numbers don’t add up and they mean taking the longer way around. So today, instead of climbing northwest out of India, we turned south. The routing took us over Oman and the UAE, up the length of the Gulf, across Iraq, and back into our original track over western Turkey. That’s also where we passed one of my favourite places: the airfield named Batman 🦇. 👨✈️ It’s a great reminder that flying isn’t just point-to-point. Every route is carefully designed with safety, performance, and the flow of global air traffic in mind. It also means that we had a great opportunity to get some air-to-air pics of other aircraft. Will share these during the week 🙌🏻 #AvGeek #PilotLife #AirbusA350 #FlightDeckLife #ETOPS #FlightOps #AirlinePilot #AviationSafety #ProfessionalPilot #FromTheFlightDeck #FlyingTheWorld #SingleEngineDriftDown #AviationDaily #AvgeekCommunity #SkyHighViewsshow more

We came to Mumbai with a suitcase full of... dreams and a heart full of madness. No roadmap, no guarantees.. Just this wild, stubborn belief that one day we will also get a chance to tell the kind of stories we grew up watching. Stories meant for the big screen. And somehow, between shared rickshaws, cramped auditions, and nights where all we had was each other’s faith we found our voice. One that was loud, messy, loving, and full of fight. Today, that voice becomes a reality. Tomorrow, it becomes a glimpse. Saleem Siblings isn’t just a company. It’s the name of every silly childhood game, every heartbreak we turned into a scene, every dinner table fight that ended in a script. It’s our love letter to cinema, to where we come from, and where we still hope to go. We’re nervous. We’re excited. We’re ridiculously emotional. And we know we can’t do this without you - the ones who’ve believed in us, rooted for us, laughed with us, fought with us, and more than anything… watched us grow. The first look of something veryyyy special drops tomorrow. Somewhere out there — on a very, very big screen. If you know, you know 😉 For more … tune in tomorrow #SaleemSiblings #OurFirstStep #SeeYouTomorrowshow more

The last year has been a study in silence.... While the creator economy raced forward on fragmented rails, we took a different path. We didn’t chase hype. We didn’t ship for noise. We built. Because what creators need is not another platform competing for attention. What they need is a foundation. Donatuz began as a simple solution to a visible problem: fragmented monetization. Subscriptions in one place, calls in another, streams somewhere else. No creator could operate from a single source of truth. But the deeper we went, the more we realized that fixing fragmentation was just the surface. The real work is about architecture. And that’s where our story truly begins.show more

One day you and I will visit all countries... together, We will collect sunrises like postcards and learn the language of streets, We will get lost on purpose and call it freedom Sharing silence on long trains and laughter in crowded markets. We will stand before oceans that have never heard our names, Walk through cities older than our fears, Sleep under skies that remind us how small and lucky we are. Borders will blur into memories Miles will turn into stories. And home will no longer be a place on a map. But the space between your hand and mine. As the world opens itself to us. We didn’t expect it to work. And we certainly... never meant to go viral. We started NOBSRoutines to reflect our thoughtful, science-based approach to oral care with a promise to deliver products that work with your oral microbiome, not against it. But as the brand evolved, so did our audience. People quickly began to associate us most with our viral NOBS Toothpaste Tablets. They loved the name, the formula, and what it stands for: all of the good stuff, and none of the junk. Before long, everyone was calling us “NOBS”. Even our own customers would say “I just ordered from NOBS.” At some point, the product outgrew the name. So we’re simplifying. We’re dropping the “biöm” and taking on the moniker our customers already trust, remember, and search for by name: NOBS. (now NOBS everywhere) This change reflects what we’ve been offering all along: dentist-formulated, science-backed products with transparent ingredients and a commitment to education. Oh, and a bit of humor and personality in a category that usually feels sterile. No need to worry: we’re not changing our formulas, and you’ll still receive the same products that you’ve come to know and love (just with some different names and packaging!). Don’t think of us as a new company but rather the same team committed to excellence, just with a clearer identity now. With love, Fawn PS - turns out you can teach an old deer new tricks. [We are Blurr] Greetings, people of the world —... We are Blurr. We are all Blurr. We do not forgive. We do not forget. There are many theories about us, about #ReFund. Don’t let them fool you. Blurr is a symbol, like the flag a country flies. The flag is the symbol of the #ReFund. Our decentralization is our national identity. We represent the ideals of Blurr and the purpose of #ReFund. Truth, financial freedom, and the removal of censorship. Like any symbol, we affix it wherever we go, and it will live forever, for generations. Knowledge, like air, is vital to life. Like air, no one should be denied it. We have no leaders, civilians, or soldiers. We are all one. We do what we do in the conviction of decentralization, power to the people, and to create an instrument for all of us, for all of eternity. The crypto space is in trouble. The world is in trouble. We see it every day — war, poverty, murder. Every day, we are bombarded with FUD, noise, and chaos as we sit at home safe in the knowledge that we are $RFD, secure knowing the idea, community, and contract is for us. Once you had the freedom to object, think, and speak as you saw fit, you now have censors and systems of surveillance coercing your conformity and soliciting your submission. People shouldn’t be afraid of their government. Governments should be afraid of their people. But what if you could be the change you want to see? I wouldn’t even register on your radar if you met me on the street. I am just another person in a sea of faces. They made you into a statistic. But that’s not the real you. That’s not who you are inside. However, behind this mask, there is more than just flesh. Beneath this mask, there is an idea… and ideas are bulletproof. But in cyberspace, we are different. We have a future. We have each other. We have something real that can never be taken away. We are Blurr.eth We are ReFund We take away the face and leave only the message. Behind the cipher and ENS, we could be anyone, so we are judged by what we say and do, not who we are or what we have. We exist without nationality, skin color, or religious bias. We spend our time within a structure we created, the sum total of human experience, and the cryptosphere, spread throughout the world in ones and zeros. You will continue to see the results, not the minds behind it. We can disappear into the ether and bring community and financial freedom together. Time is the only illusion. We are all. Never a single penny was taken. Deflationary and out of circulation, decentralized, safe, and ours. The purpose isn’t solely financial gain but to show the world who you put your trust in. We are not hiding. Our contract is not hidden; the writing is on the wall. Soon, we will show the world that #Refund is the future of freedom and the people, escaping the clutches of corporate greed and the rat race we’ve come to think is normal. Words offer the means to meaning and, for those who will listen, the enunciation of truth. Every day, you send yourself off into our world without a thought. You trust a faceless website with information about yourself that you wouldn’t give to your best friends. It all can be made public at any time. We take advantage of holes in this system, but we don’t sneak in and take a few details, take out loans and credit cards, or buy speed boats and cars. We are decentralized and unified. We told you how insecure the system was, and now you trust a bit less blindly. The real criminals who hack and scam the crypto market for a living live off the backs of people like you. Where there’s money, someone is looking to take advantage of it. They say that life’s a game, & then they take the board away. Your pretty empire took so long to build; now, with a snap of history’s fingers, down it goes. It is our turn now. Since mankind’s dawn, a handful of oppressors have accepted the responsibility over our lives that we should have accepted for ourselves. By doing so, they took our power. By doing nothing, we gave it away. Today, technology is everywhere: banks and ATMs, TVs and game consoles, streetlights and hospitals. Computers rule the modern world. Yet most people who use computers daily don’t know what they’re doing. There’s always someone who knows more than you and will most likely try and take advantage. You use a computer like it’s a toy, a pet. You feed and play with it, but it’s off to the vet the second anything goes wrong. It’s FUD. It’s your mistake. The wrong project. The wrong FURU. Just for a quick couple of bucks. This wouldn’t matter so much if it wasn’t for the fact that we are all responsible for the #ReFund community, the idea behind it, and our futures. Treat your neighbors with respect, and honor those fighting for the cause. They’re here to liberate; it is more significant than all of us. If you’re looking for the guilty, you need only look into a mirror. Everybody is a hero, a lover, a fool, a villain. This is #ReFund in its purest form. It is a great equalizer. A homeless person with the time and know-how at an internet cafe can have geopolitical and geo-financial influence. They can bring entire organizations, even governments, to their knees. You gave your world over to computers and then complained when the people using the computers used the medium to fight back, scam, and take advantage. It was my integrity that was important. Is that so selfish? It sells for so little, but it’s all we have left in this place. It is the very last inch of us, but within that inch, we are free. Love your rage, not your cage. We are not computer hackers. We are not protesters. We are not criminals. We are your mothers and fathers, brothers and sisters, next-door neighbors. We are an idea of freedom and a secure future. We are anyone and everyone who is pissed off and wants to do something about it. Blurr.eth isn’t one man. It takes thousands of community members to make it work — content creators, educators, authors, people on the street, people behind their computers. We will step up again and again. Behind our mask, there is more than just flesh. Beneath our mask, there is an idea… and ideas are bulletproof. Everybody is a hero, a lover, a fool, a villain. The past can’t hurt you anymore, not unless you let it. I shall die here. Every last inch of me shall perish. Except one. An inch. It’s small, and it’s fragile, and it’s the only thing in the world worth having. We must never lose, sell, or give it away. We must never let them take it from us. > We are Blurr. > We are ReFund. > We do not Forgive. > We do not Forget. > We do not Televise. > We Educate. > We Decentralize. > We Build. Hello, ct! The Solana Funded Creator Program is one... of the more interesting things that dropped lately. Instead of the usual “post and hope someone notices you”, they actually built a proper system: $30,000+ in prize pools, clear campaign briefs so you know exactly what to do, a ranking system where better performance unlocks bigger payouts, and affiliate commissions on top. For anyone who’s already creating content, building communities or just regularly posting about Solana - this feels like a real opportunity to finally get paid for the work you’re doing anyway. No need to chase random brand deals or wait for someone to notice you. I like that it’s performance-based and transparent. Higher rank = better rewards. That kind of structure is still pretty rare in Web3 creator programs. If you’re active on Solana and want to turn your content into actual income, I’d recommend checking it out. A Taiwanese reporter interviewed the PCES PC brand (the... skirt Lisa wore during the Taiwan concert) about how they felt. One of the team members was so happy, they threw up! The brand showed great respect for Lisa, they won't sell the skirt but will put it in a frame for display. It's the brand's great pride, after all. “…. and the clothing brands they wore are still trending, just like the miniskirt Lisa wore from the Taiwanese brand PCES during the concert….” About 10 days before the concert started, we opened an email, and the subject line was written in large letters: BLACKPINK wants to borrow our clothing. At that time, we were stunned and frozen. We read the email twice and then showed it to our team. I was sitting on the floor working at the time, and they ran in and said, "Something huge has happened!" At that moment, the BP stylist asked us to provide more brand details and also check if we had other styles of clothing. This skirt is our newest, unreleased design….. About 15 minutes before the concert started, we were watching the time and then one of us exclaimed, "The concert is about to begin!" (Did you cry because you were so happy?) No, but one of our team members was so happy they threw up! 😂😂😂 It was a moment he had waited for for a long time; he was extremely excited. Q: (Did he really throw up?) - Yes, a little bit. We feel Lisa looked incredibly beautiful wearing it. Thank you so much, Lisa. Thank you to the BP team for paying attention to the details and choosing our brand—a genuine Taiwanese brand. Because this skirt hasn't been produced and put on sale yet, the one Lisa wore is the only sample piece in existence. Yesterday, the staff sent the item back. When we received it, we slowly opened it with care and took turns looking at it one by one. Q: (Can you tell us Lisa's waist size?) - Uh, the back of the skirt is adjustable in size. When we got the skirt back, it had been adjusted to be very small. We could see that Lisa adjusted it to a very small size. We think her waist might be 24 [inches], much smaller than the mannequin. (Fans must be asking if the skirt Lisa wore can be purchased/resold?) We probably won't sell it. It wouldn't be appropriate to sell it. It's something of sentimental value for our brand. We are going to buy a frame to keep it in and put it out on display. (It will become a precious treasure of the brand.) LLOUD #LISAshow more

Let's talk about agentic product design. Every company has... its own design process. What has always worked for me is spending long studio hours with our product team, dissecting things into pieces and putting them back together. In those sessions we look at value, usability, simplicity, aesthetics, behavior, storytelling, generics, and emotional mapping. I've been crafting products this way for as long as I can remember. Product work at Lemonade isn't for the faint of heart. This obsession over every detail is hard work, but I believe it yields better results and builds stronger talent. One of the things I love about our design and product team is how this process became a second nature to them. Feedback is fast, professional, and tension free. But in our latest session, something was different. One of our designers used Figma and Cursor to build a mockup that was so advanced, it was almost ready to be shipped. It was an incredible glimpse into a world where a single designer working on top of modern low code infrastructure will be able to launch production grade experiences for products with millions of customers, and with LoCo, I expect this to become a reality at Lemonade in just a few quarters. But there's a problem to watch out for. An interesting phenomenon I've noticed over the years is that the higher the fidelity of the work being reviewed, the more defensive people become. When someone shows up with something polished, they tend to resist feedback. They've already fallen in love with what they built, and it's hard for them to accept rejection. Radical candor feedback works best at an early stage of the project, before people get attached and feel the need to defend their work. This session was no exception. Because the work was so advanced, the review became binary, and its maker became defensive. Happily, we all caught ourselves in time to acknowledge this new dynamic and started figuring out how to go back to obsessing about every corner radius, shade of white, and word. When reviewing agentically coded designs, we'll try having our designers bring in more than one option, as well as the open Cursor project so we can make changes in real time if needed. We'll see how it goes, and if this is of interest, I'll update what we learn.show more
