Update on the vo2max scandal: ・Here is a video of Bryan saying he got two vo2max scores of 53.4 and 58.7 ・His Apr 15th biomarker sheet says his most recent is 51.3 ...and the average is 55.03 ・55.03 is NOT the average of those 3 scores. How did he get this number? ・If he forgot to note that 51.3 was not included in these three scores, OK. No problem - perfectly understandable. Then, I would like to see vo2max reports (or proof) for: 53.4, 58.7 and 53.0 ・Honestly I think he's capable of 53.4 - questioning his athletic capability is not the point. This is the most measured man on the planet who shares "all" his data, but where's the proof of these vo2max scores? ・Also, as I have been asking for weeks, I'd like to see proof of him achieving that mysterious 64.29 score - the one he tweeted out with no proof and a 2 year old picture. Even if it needs to be "investigated" by this team, he would still have a report and/or some proof. Also, notice how it's the only score with 2 decimal places when (from what I've seen) Trifit Los Angeles, the gym he tested at, only goes up to one decimal place. ・Again, Bryan claims to be the most measured man on the planet. UPDATE The man in the video has now come... forward and provided the following video to explain what he brought into Mitch Sylvester's store. Information that I have received includes - He avoided calls from the RCMP for several weeks - He left the store with the item - He is claiming it was just a misunderstanding - The RCMP still has an open investigation - Charges could still be filed - There was one item, not two as previously reported If this was infact the item he brought into the store along with his "This is for Mitch" message, this is hands down the dumbest thing anyone can do to the employees of the store, and to Mitch directly. There still is an active investigation as showing staff a bullet, or a pen that looks like a bullet, uttering a threat, and not responding to the RCMP for weeks, is still grounds for criminal charges. Uhaul plowing into a crowd of anti-Khameini protestors This man should never have been able to get near the crowd with a uhaul but some info about the situation seem to be - signage on the truck is anti both the shah and the current ayatollah. is this his actual position or is this camouflage to have gotten into the protest to perpetrate an attack? "no Shah, No regime, No Mullah" Mullah is a religious leader so possibly referring to the current leader and not a king like Pahlavi Timeline appears to be - anti-Khameini protestors try to rip signs off his vehicle and are bashing on the windows and eventually his passenger side window is broken - guy in uhaul then stutterstops forward into the crowd, eventually accelerating further, then stuttering again, then full stopping down the road - there is a man surfing on top of the uhaul in the 3rd video, below I have posted another video showing the man on top of the uhaul trying to take the posters off the side, so he is likely part of the anti-Khameini protestors - uhaul driver is taken into custody by police is this a case of police not having the street sufficiently blocked off and so a guy was able to get a uhaul in here? If you think pre season is a joke then... you have no idea how difficult it is for players to stay in shape and most of this training are connected to how the team wants to play during the season. This is what the first few days in the pre season looks like and medicals like blood test, flexibility check, mobility test, VO2Max test, and the heart test to see if the heart is healthy. My personal view on pre season test is that I hated the VO2Max test and if you are not fit enough the pass the test which usually last for just 15 minutes. When I was at Vitesse Arnhem and Red star Belgrade my medicals took 3days to be completed and it was the longest I ever had. If you don't take your off season trainings seriously you will be exposed on the first day of pre season test and you will be in trouble with the coach.show more
