I want this to hit home for you today.... You might be reading this knowing you’ve been putting yourself last. Maybe you’re coming out of a tough breakup. Maybe you’re a mom just trying to find a moment for yourself. Maybe you’ve worked your whole life and the thought of adding one more thing feels exhausting. Or maybe you just don’t feel the urge to do more at all. We see the word motivation thrown around everywhere, but here’s the truth. Motivation doesn’t solve problems. It’s that spark of excitement at the start, but when it fades, you’re left with two choices. You either build discipline, or you slip back into old habits. And if right now you don’t feel like you have the strength to want better for yourself, think about the people who love you. They want you here for the long run. They want you at birthdays, at weddings, at family moments that matter. Your partner wants to see you healthy so you can build a future together and pass those habits down to your children. Maybe your reason to change doesn’t start with you, but it can become about you once you decide to try. When you are ready to take charge of your health and transform your lifestyle, working with me is an investment in your best self. ➡️Click the link apply & start your journey Your future self will thank you for the commitment you make today. 💞show more

Asking a fit person what they do to stay... fit AND assuming that’s how they got fit is like asking a rich person how they maintain wealth and assuming that’s how they built it. The maintenance protocol and the building protocol are not the same thing. If you model the current behavior without the foundation, you’re solving the wrong problem. And yeah, the build takes some time… But once you get there? Maintenance is easy. If you want to start from the right place without trial and error, DM me “TRAIN”.show more

Just tried something cool on my own app. I... let my app generate a workout for me using the new beta mode… and it actually built a solid session based on my goals. The idea is simple.. instead of guessing what to train, you hit generate and the app builds the workout for you. Still early days but I’m keen for people to test it and tell me what you think. When I say “beans and rice, rice and beans,”... I don’t actually mean only eat rice and beans. What it represents is so much more than a low grocery bill. It’s about short-term sacrifice for the long-term win. You can do anything for a few months, even a few years to set yourself up for a lifetime of success. You have to live on less than you make in order to pay off debt, in order to save and invest, in order to be generous. You can’t spend more than you make and end up anywhere except bankruptcy court. And people are doing it every day, everywhere. The stuff I talk about is not hard to understand. It’s very hard to actually go and do it. You’ve got to decide you’re going to DO it. Day in and day out, you’ve drawn a line in the sand, and you are NOT going back. No more excuses. You’re taking control of your actions and your life. You’re ready to make your money work for YOU, not the other way around. Are you ready to change your life?show more

I don’t know who needs to hear this but….... If you’re using mostly free weights and very few well-built machines in your training, you are FOR SURE costing yourself gains If you’re using a blend of free weights and well-built machines in your training, you’re PROBABLY doing a pretty good job with exercise selection but you may be leaving SOME gains on the table If you’re using mostly well-built machines and very few free weights in your training, you are very likely putting yourself in a position to MAXIMIZE gains I DO NOT MAKE THE RULES!show more

I get this question a lot. How to play... remote play (Xbox) on your phone! Inside the Xbox app you do this and once you hit remote play on the web you will finish setting stuff up. After you sign in there will be options or a tab bar that you want to click play. Eventually you will get an app that looks like this and you can just click it then your Xbox and it will take you in. IB/ Wescott America Most people don’t realise how the... system actually works. If you keep depending on the government to “look after you”, you’ll always stay trapped in their game. The elites want you reliant, obedient and grateful for crumbs, while they take more of your money in the name of “fairness”. The wealthy don’t play that game, they learn the rules properly and structure their money so they keep more of what they earn. That’s why I put together a free guide showing you 10 legal, HMRC-approved ways to pay zero tax in the UK. If you want to escape the system instead of funding it, comment TAX and I’ll send it to you.show more

Enjoy this journey while you can. There will be... a day when you don’t have anyone to throw with or lift with or play pickup racquetball and then hit the sauna after with. There will be a day when you can’t immediately roll from your workout into breakfast/lunch/dinner with 8 of your best friends. There will be a day when disputes cannot be settled with a game of madden, 2K or the show. You will realize that showing up late for work pales in comparison to the fear you had about showing up late to the field or the weight room. You can say that you’ll still train hard, keep yourself in shape, hold YOURSELF accountable. It’s easy to say when you have a goal you’re working towards with a collective group. But when you don’t have that, damn it gets hard. So enjoy it. Take advantage of the time and the energy. For some guys it happens after 6 years of pro ball. For others it happens after 4 years of college. But it will leave you. Let me repeat that: IT WILL LEAVE YOU AND IT SUCKS WHEN IT DOES.show more

What happens when you swipe right on Sorce? 1.... Your application is added to our queue. 2. A browser picks it up and starts filling it out, usually within a few minutes ( you can watch it happen live on the app) 3. If the application asks something we can’t infer from your profile, our AI will ask you in the app. 4. Once it’s complete, you’ll see the form details and a replay of the browser session in the app.show more
