Tough decision this morning, it was a big moment... in the calendar - Sports Day Dad’s race. I’ve been struggling for a week with a strained lower back & my chiropractor said don’t do anything too strenuous this week so it probably wasn’t the right thing to do. But I had my little girl saying “just give it a try Daddy”. So there was only one thing for it… The expectation & pressure was on. 💭 “Just get out in front & stay there” 1st place, in 2nd gear & thankfully in one piece. See you next year 🥇show more

A 20-YEAR-OLD MIT STUDENT HACKED HIS OWN BRAIN TO... FOCUS. THE FIX IS STARING AT A WALL FOR 10 MINUTES it starts the way your day probably starts: him on the couch, phone in hand, brain refusing to turn on then he does something that looks insane: he sits and stares at a blank wall. no phone. no music. for ten straight minutes here's the part most people miss: your brain isn't lazy. it's overloaded. every notification, every tab, every scroll is another input fighting for space - and boredom is the only thing that clears the queue staring at a wall feels unbearable for about 3 minutes. then something flips. the noise drains out. and for the first time all day your mind goes quiet enough to actually think then he goes from frozen on the couch to locked in at his laptop, moving through work he'd been avoiding for hours no app. no productivity system with 40 steps just 10 minutes of doing absolutely nothing - the one thing nobody can sit still long enough to try save this for the next time you can't start. staring at a wall might be the most productive thing you do all weekshow more

Here is “one more thing” from GPT-6 Astra that... completely blew my mind!🤯 Asked it to create the 3D structures of 2 proteins, green fluorescent protein (GFP) & interleukin-2 (IL-2), then design a fusion protein combining them, which doesn't occur naturally, using AlphaFold-OMG! It did it and I watched it make it on my computer in 9 minutes, my mouth open! I am just so excited about the possibilities of Astra for Biomedical research, and have many more really cool stuff building now! Only limited with my tokens at this time! my neighbor built an AI girl men send her... money. buy her gifts. write her poems. he says one of them flew to her city to meet her there is no her there's a 38-year-old in boxers in a gaming chair. he moves -> she moves. same second. he puts a hand on his chest -> she puts a hand on hers last week he showed me his phone. three donations before noon. $120. $145. $52 his wife found out. she didn't yell. she asked him to make one for her too his entire setup is a laptop and $21 a month here's the part that should scare you: he's a locksmith. no editing skills, no tech background, nothing. he learned it in an evening which means the number of accounts like this isn't small, and there's no version of the internet where it gets smaller from here every profile you scroll past could be a guy in a chair. the only reason i know about this one is that he lives next door Paone wrote about why videos like this spread so fast in the article below -> the two shapes behind every viral video, and how they get built now save this. the girl in the video is the least real thing you'll see this weekshow more

“Night-night!” Take a peek at this masterful little communicator.... She technically says only one thing… but manages to carry on an entire conversation filled with intent and meaning. Last week I wrote a little about receptive language (the ability to understand words spoken to you) as a precursor to expressive (or spoken) language. It’s clear that this little one is about to explode into the latter. And check out all the heavy lifting that “night-night” does here… meaning at least three different things as the conversation progresses. First it means, “Hey, I really need to go to sleep now. Will you please put me to bed?” (Which, by the way, is incredibly self aware at her age.) Next it means, “Yes, that’s correct. I need to go night-night.” Finally it means, “Goodnight! See you when I wake up.” All of these different meanings are reinforced by her body language, nods, and tone of voice. Such a cool exchange - and window on her budding language development. Jeff Bezos never has to work another day in... his life. He works like he needs the job. Ninety five percent of his time goes to AI. Meetings from 9 to 7. Technical papers after. His reason is one sentence. Bezos: “The world is so interesting right now. We’re in multiple golden ages at once.” Not one. Several. Running at the same time. For ten thousand years, humanity got one breakthrough per era. Fire. The wheel. The printing press. Electricity. A single leap. Then centuries of silence. That rhythm just broke. Artificial intelligence. Space. Gene editing. Robotics. Energy. All of it arriving inside the same ten years. Nothing in recorded history looks like this. So why does it feel like an ending instead of a beginning. Because the mind evolved to flinch at danger, not to measure it. Collapse feels loud. Progress feels like it belongs to someone else. Step back far enough and the truth turns almost violent. Every person who came before you lived and died in the world they were born into. Nothing moved. Nothing shifted. The map they were handed was the map they returned. You were dropped into the one decade where the whole thing changes at once. Everyone before you knew only the old world. Everyone after you will know only the new one. You are the only ones who will ever see both. Bezos: “There’s never been a more extraordinary moment to be alive.” That was not optimism. It was arithmetic. You were not born too late. You were born on the seam between two worlds. Almost no one alive will realize they are standing on it.show more

The most incredible thing happened today. Danielle Brown Art... painted Bentley for us and the quality is beyond mind blowing and realistic. And this is where is gets weird.. Who says dogs can’t see well and only in 2D. Enzo who walked Bentley out to the car when we had laps of love send him off to sleep he jumped up to the back of the car and nosed Bentley to say one last goodbye a few months ago and just did the same thing. Watch the video. Katie just saw the picture as it was a surprise but what Enzo just did blew us away. He has never ever in 12 years jumped up on a wall to do anything. He now keeps walking to the corridor where Bentley used to sit and sleep which is where I just hung the painting and Enzo keeps looking at him. He is now jumping up at him trying to say hello like he used to every day. It’s so sad but so amazingly beautiful at the same time. Danielle thank you for bringing Bentley back to our home in more ways than one. 🐶🙏🏼😍❤️show more

Met my girlfriend's parents for the first time. Her... dad asked what I do for work. I said I build trading systems. He said like Wall Street? I said no. 6 AI agents. They work while I sleep. He laughed. So robots are making you money? I did not argue. I opened my laptop. Showed him the terminal. 6 agents running. 47 mispriced markets caught in the first week alone. His face changed. That is not gambling. That is automation? Exactly. Then I showed him how it works. Built the whole thing in 6 hours. Agent 1: Monitoring Runs 24/7. Watches Polymarket for mispriced markets. Spots an anomaly. Writes to memory and pings me on Telegram instantly. Agent 2: Research Parses news, X, macro data via browser tool on a cron schedule. Every morning I have a full digest on all open positions before I check my phone. Agent 3: Trading Reads the research agent memory. Sees the market has not reacted yet. Acts. Execution tool in gateway mode with a whitelist. No full access on a live server. Agent 4: Watchdog Heartbeat every 5 minutes. Monitoring running. No errors. Positions up to date. Something breaks. Immediate Telegram message. All of this. One Gateway. One config file. Isolation via per-agent scope. The token trick: stopped dumping everything into one file. Critical rules in bootstrap. Markets, patterns, past trades in memory. Semantic search pulls it when needed. Token spend dropped 3x. From $0.40 per request to $0.13. First week running: → 47 mispriced markets caught before Polymarket adjusted → Average entry edge 8 to 12 cents per position → Watchdog fired 3 times and caught a broken RPC before it cost me anything The whole system is plain text files. Open an editor. Change one line. Agent behaves differently. No deploy. No build. Her dad went quiet. Then he asked can you teach this? Her mom asked for the setup guide. I built the entire framework. Six agents. Full deployment. Memory architecture. Telegram alerts. You only need Claude + device + 1 hour per day. Giving this free for 24 hours. To get it: 1. Comment the word "Claude" 2. Like and retweet this 3. Follow me Himanshu Kumar so I can DM you Save this post. Deploy the 6-agent system this week. Start with $200. Scale on evidence.show more

"Last week my husband and I went to the... shelter to adopt a baby. We had a plan. One puppy. That was it. But life had something else waiting for us. At the shelter, we met two tiny Presa Canario mix puppies who had just lost their mama in a tragic accident. They were so small… but somehow, they already understood what it meant to lose everything. We picked one up. And that’s when everything changed. She didn’t relax in our arms. She reached. Right for her brother. Her tiny paws wrapped around him like she was holding onto the only thing she had left in the world. And he… he didn’t hesitate. He buried his face into her neck, holding on just as tightly. No barking. No crying. Just quiet fear… and a bond that was impossible to ignore. Presa mixes are known for loyalty—but this? This was something deeper. This was survival. This was love. We looked at each other… and we knew. There was no way we were separating them. So we didn’t. We adopted both. This photo was taken on the ride home. Two little souls, finally safe, curled up together in our arms… still holding on to each other like they promised they always would. And in that moment, watching them breathe in sync… We realized something powerful— Sometimes the best decisions aren’t the ones you plan. They’re the ones your heart makes for you. 🤯 My mail day on Monday was mind blowing!... This to me is the best Randy Moss rookie card. Skol!! 1998 SKYBOX EX-2001 ESSENTIAL CREDENTIALS FUTURE #4/6 I’ve been a season ticket holder of the Vikings since ‘99 and have many fond memories. I stopped collecting in ‘96 growing up but started back up in ‘13. I dabbled in Moss cards since then but didn’t study them and know the important sets until ‘20 as I mainly collected late 70s to mid-90s high grade rookies that I chased growing up. To have the chance to own a Moss card so special is sacred to me. There are a few Moss super collectors I’ve met. Half are Vikings fans and half are Moss fans. This one is coming to MN and is the only copy of the 4 that I have located that will be back in Vikings country! #skolnation A huge Moss collector that’s been active on him since ‘04 recently had life hit him with a difficult stretch and is looking to move a Moss amazing collection. Helping him find new homes so let me know if you are searching for anything special from his rookie year forward as he probably has it! This card will be graded on-site at #nsccshow next week. I will post the results. Only one ever graded like it by psa and it’s a psa 7 now owned by ‘mikeyinthehobby’ on IG. See link in my Rob’s Sports Takes profile for my full collection & to check prices. She pays $200 a month for her Pilates class.... The studio pays her $18,000 a month for the videos she films during it. She's a member, not an employee. She shows up to the class she'd attend anyway, films a few minutes on her phone, and goes home. That footage is the entire business. Boutique Pilates and yoga studios charge $200+ a month and have some of the worst content on the internet - beautiful spaces, dead Instagram feeds. They know they need video. They have no idea how to make it week after week. So when one member quietly showed them what their own studio could look like, they didn't ask the price. They asked when she could start. Now she films one class and AI does everything that used to need a team: cuts it into 20 reels, writes every caption in the studio's voice, builds the 30-day calendar, and sends the monthly report that gets the contract renewed. The only human part left is being on the mat, which she already is. Here's why the numbers work. One new member is worth ~$2,400 a year to that studio. So a $3,000/month content retainer isn't a cost to them, it's a rounding error against the members it brings in. 6 studios at ~$3,000 each. $18,000 a month. Her tools: $40. That gap doesn't move whether she has one studio or ten. Every other woman in that class is filming the same thing for her own page and getting nothing for it. The only difference is she pointed hers at the studios and let AI carry the 90% that used to cost a five-person agency. There are boutique studios like this in every city, all starving for content, all signing one supplier and never looking again. The full playbook - niches, how to find them, how to close them - is right below. Save it before someone claims your city first👇show more

It’s that time of year again, and like clockwork,... they descend on the school in droves—parents who have been ghosts all year, suddenly outraged that their child is failing. They storm in during the final week, demanding answers, meetings, and miracles, as if the report card is some cruel surprise. Never mind the 10, 15, or even 20+ notices we sent home. Never mind the repeated phone calls, the emails, the texts begging for a parent conference. We reached out relentlessly, but radio silence was the only reply… until now. As teachers, we’ve learned the hard way to protect ourselves and our sanity. I keep meticulous records of every single contact attempt—every note sent, every call made, every voicemail left, every email and text. Each student has their own folder in my binder, a complete paper trail of our good-faith efforts. Because this end-of-year ambush is so predictable, our school sets aside a full day just for these parents. We line up tables in the gym like a tribunal of truth. Parents file in one by one. They give us the child’s name, and we calmly retrieve that thick folder. Then, as the complaints and accusations start flying—“You never told me!” “This isn’t fair!”—we begin the quiet, powerful ritual. One by one, we pull out each piece of documentation and lay it on the table in front of them. Dated. Detailed. Undeniable. The yelling fades. The bluster dies. The finger-pointing stops cold as the evidence stacks up right before their eyes. Why not get involved with your child’s education? We have proven data that children whose parents are engaged with the teachers and involved with the school are more successful.show more

The 20% American Hormuz toll lasted one day. What... replaced it is a countdown to the destruction of a power grid that was already 18 gigawatts short. Monday, POTUS Trump announced America would be reimbursed "at the rate of 20% on all cargo shipped." Tuesday morning, Iran's foreign minister Abbas fully endorsed the idea. "POTUS is absolutely right," Araghchi wrote. Only the rate was wrong. Tuesday afternoon, the fee was dead. Kings and emirs called, Trump said, offering "billions and billions of dollars" of investment instead, and the man who invented the toll buried it: "I don't think anybody should be able to charge a fee for the Strait." By his own account, the toll was not collected. It was bought out. No agreement has been published. No amount has been named. The bill did not just disappear. It merely changed address. What replaced the invoice is a calendar if you watch closely. "Next week it gets really bad for them," Trump told Fox, "because next week comes the power plants. Next week comes the bridges." All of them, "unless they get to the table and negotiate." During last summer's emergency, Iran generated about 62 gigawatts against demand near 80. That is the 18-gigawatt hole, before the first plant is hit. A grid already below demand does not fail politely. It sheds whole regions to save itself. A power station is not light. It is also water pumps, hospitals, cold storage, and the machinery that repairs the next thing destroyed. The CENTCOM blockade seals the coast. The grid strikes the interior. The bridges disconnect the parts. Naming the targets a week early is the strategy. Strategic bombing as forward guidance: the damage begins before the bombs arrive, in hoarded diesel, moved cash, a government pricing tomorrow's infrastructure against today's concession. POTUS has made this exact threat before. It bought a ceasefire that failed. An ultimatum that once bought only time must now work twice. The bombs are scheduled for next week. The first thing on the clock is not Iran's electricity. It is America's word.show more
