Since last night, our emergency services have been working... at the sites of the Russian strikes. A wicked attack – as of now, we know of dozens of wounded, including children and a pregnant woman. Sadly, four people have been killed. My condolences to their families and loved ones. About 430 drones and 18 missiles were used in the strike, including ballistic and aeroballistic missiles. This was a deliberately calculated attack aimed at causing maximum harm to people and civilian infrastructure. In Kyiv alone, dozens of apartment buildings have been damaged. The Azerbaijani Embassy was hit by debris from an Iskander missile. The main target of the attack was Kyiv, and strikes also hit Kyiv, Kharkiv, and Odesa regions. And also, the morning news that a tanker, also traveling from Chornomorsk to Odesa, was hit by our drones yesterday. Why is the route so important? Let's look at the map. It's obvious that coastal shipping between Chornomorsk and Odesa makes no sense. The distance between the ports is only 20 km, and it's much easier to transport goods by rail and road. Last night, a Russian Iskander-M ballistic missile strike was... carried out on the city of Balakliya, Kharkiv Oblast. The strike was carried out on the "Tbiliso" restaurant in the city centre (49.45145, 36.83705). The target was likely an event for the AFU related to Ukraine's "Day of Defenders". This is especially likely, considering that there are no photos of the restaurant, with all footage facing away from it, even though it has been used for civilian purposes as evidenced by its recent google reviews. This would've made a good propaganda piece for Ukraine to accuse Russia of striking a civilian restaurant.
