Russian forces deliberately targeted Ukraine's 11 hydroelectric power plants and 45 major combined heat and power plants. 🔥 Explosion at a key power plant near Moscow... During the night, Ukrainian drones attacked the Shatura GRES in the Moscow region — one of the oldest power plants in the country.
