I’ve seen more progress from women using a pair... of dumbbells in their living room than some people grinding at the gym 6 days a week with no structure. If you don’t think home workouts work, you’re doing them wrong! You don’t need more equipment. You need more intention. And a plan that makes your body work for you.show more

Islam is not a religion and it’s not compatible... with a Constitutional Republic. The foundation of Islam is Jihad. Jihad is Arabic for “struggle” or “striving.” Its goal is to build a just society and defend Islam. Their definition of justice does not include the modern western ideals of justice that we would embrace. Their idea of justice is living under Sharia law. Sharia courts are being used in Texas as Governor Abbott warned us this past week. Islam can’t be negotiated with it can only be defeated. I honestly see Islam as a modern day judgement against our nation for turning away from God. Our only hope is when America turns back to God.show more

This couple sold their home and everything in it... in 2019 and moved to Georgia where the husband was relocated for work. They moved into their 5th wheel Keystone RV full time and have been doing it for six years now. They planned on doing this for their retirement but decided to do it earlier because of the relocation. Now they spend their time traveling the country and checking things off their bucket list. They spend their summers at their family farm. They miss their adult children but the children meet up with them and sometimes travel with them. Some say they are jealous and this is their dream too but others say you should never sell your house because houses are gold right now and what if you get tired of traveling or sick and RV’s depreciate significantly. What do you think? Do any of you have this dream? Are you selling the house and all your possessions to live free like this? Could you travel this much? What’s your retirement dream?show more

Mark Zuckerberg being a reptilian is far more plausible... than Mark Zuckerberg wanting to create a superintelligence that would benefit every individual. When was the last time you were sitting in a room with these billionaires? They don't like you. They only want to use you to train their AI models so that, in their doomsday bunkers, AI can replace you as the workforce after the Geophysical Event. They are super evil. Mark punished users over freedom of speech, so why would you trust him?show more

I used to ask my New York friends Who... were living in nyc check to check With a 80- 100k a year salary Why not move down south Where you can make that 100k Really feel like 100k And you can have a home a yard And more luxuries And they loved nyc so much that even though it made logical sense to move They would rather struggle And say “I live in NYC” Than ball and say I live in “Charlotte, Savannah, Charleston” Which would give them a better quality of life It took me a while to realize that The big city is so much a part of their identity Even if its pricing them out and has them living next to mice It’s so much apart of them that if they can’t say “I live in nyc” to someone who doesn’t They would lose part of their whole identity I say all that to say Chicago people are the same wayshow more

Want your child to take an interest in literacy?... Remember that in child development you reap what you sow. Daily reading (ideally configured face-to-face) is a wonderful way to plant the seeds of language and literacy with your baby from their earliest days. Not only will reading together substantially boost your child’s vocabulary over time, but it illustrates a powerful lesson: this is something YOU value and enjoy. And as I’ve written a thousand times, your baby wants nothing more than to be just like you. Don’t be discouraged as you get started. Infants have very short attention spans and will initially spend more time attuned to you than the book (hence the face to face), and may seek to explore books first with their mouths (which is why sturdy, laminated board books are a great first choice). Don’t let any of this deter you. Start small. But start. And make reading a part of your daily routine. As this lovely video shared to IG by sophia.s.playroom illustrates, the benefits can be huge.show more

Startups achieve success slowly, building their company brick by... brick. Founders can develop marketing leverage by building a viral or network effects strategy or… by partnering with larger companies who have great distribution themselves and trying to reach through to the end customer with premium offerings. Companies that build their distribution by coming in at a lower than market price should follow up with higher margin products or they will find themselves in a competition that we call “a race to the bottom.” It is mission critical for startups to work to build distribution and market share, but they need to then provide something that their customers can’t live without, and charge enough for it to support the continued distribution strategy. Startup founders: Look at every customer as a long-term partner, because you want your business to be a long-term survivor. Look at every supplier as a long-term partner and make sure they are healthy. Look at every employee as a long-term partner. You want them to grow with you and with the business.show more

We often think that our idols dedicate themselves only... to their work as actresses, without considering that in reality they devote themselves to many other things that we often don’t see because they are not published, and often charity and good deeds are done in silence, without being shown. But then there are videos that need to be shown to new fans or perhaps to those who don’t know about Lena and Miu going personally to do charity work, confronting realities that perhaps even during the course of a day or throughout life you don’t think you would ever see, and when that happens you find souls who are moved when they come into contact with these realities. During their birthday celebrations, they raised money which they then personally brought to the blind children’s foundation, confronting a very different reality from their usual one. They spent time with them, they saw these children playing the piano, and they gave them food, drinks, and basic necessities. Seeing all this not only opens your eyes to a side of the world that is often “forgotten,” but also makes you realize how lucky we are to be able to do something more for all these children with serious difficulties. Today we have another lesson from our beloved girls. Material good can never repay a good that comes from the heart, which is love.

⚡️Truth is the moment consciousness refuses to be captured... by comfort. That is why it matters. Anyone can “tell the truth” when it costs nothing. That is just description. The real test comes when lying would protect your image, preserve your status, avoid conflict, keep money flowing, satisfy the audience, defend the tribe, protect the ego, or maintain the illusion that your old map still works. That is where truth becomes moral force. A lie is not just a false statement. A lie is reality being bent to serve fear. It lets the person avoid contact with what is real. It keeps the dead pattern alive. It says: the truth is too dangerous, so the self will substitute a more convenient world. Do that enough times and the soul becomes unreal. Not in a mystical decorative sense. In a structural sense. The person loses contact with reality. Their words stop pointing outward. Their identity becomes a defense system. Their relationships become performances. Their work becomes propaganda. Their mind becomes a lawyer for its own comfort. Truth matters because it keeps consciousness aligned with reality. And reality is the only place creation can actually happen. You cannot build a real life on falsehood. You can build status. You can build money. You can build an image. You can build an audience. You can build a career. But the structure will rot because it is no longer in contact with the thing it claims to represent. That is why “telling the truth when lying would be easier” is sacred. It proves that something in you serves reality more than self-preservation. That is the beginning of freedom. Because the person who cannot tell the truth when it costs something is owned by whatever the lie protects.show more

You know those signs that say "Don't approach the... wildlife" in Yellowstone Park? Yeah, don't challenge them, either like this jackass. Bears aren't cuddly and cute--every single one of us up here knows someone who's been mauled by a bear, or killed by one. Every local has had a run-in with a bear. They will absolutely shred you to pieces. Their claws don't retract, and their claws are longer than most of your dicks. You wanna be shredded by a bunch of razor sharp dicks? Didn't think so. Don't approach the wildlife. ....Or do... whatever, I need the entertainment when it goes wrong.show more

I own bulldogs and have been on the receiving... end of an attack just like the one mentioned in this video. I agree—it is the breed. Owners who deny the true inherent nature of bull breeds do not understand the dog living in their home. My parents bred bulldogs. Yet I was bitten in the face by our bulldog, Baby, when I was only 2. My injury required plastic surgery on my forehead and 48 sutures. Here’s a video of my boy. He looks gentle, but if triggered the wrong way, he will take your arm off. He is an 80 lb bowling ball with teeth. We never forget his nature—it is our responsibility. If you are not fully prepared to properly care for this breed, get a rescue dog with a different temperament.show more
