SUN GAZING 🌞 Allow that divine light to pierce... through your eyeballs, and align your mind, body and soul. The sunlight absorbed in this way times our biological processes, heals our eyes, balances our quantum field, connects our soul to God and more… sun gazing is an incredible practice for your health and life, and at sunset and sunrise is perfectly safe to do so. Gaze directly at the sun for as long as feels comfortable for you, starting with small periods of time and working up to longer. I can now look at the sun for many minutes at a time with no pain or discomfort at all. Do you sungaze ?show more

🚨 BREAKING: Scientists just figured out how to store... sunlight… inside a molecule. Not a battery. Not electricity. The actual energy of the sun locked into chemical bonds. Read that again. Sunlight hits → molecule changes shape Energy gets trapped inside its structure Stays stored… until you release it as heat No wires. No grid. No battery. Just… stored sunlight. This changes how we think about energy: We don’t have to convert it anymore. We can store it directly as structure. Now think bigger: If energy can be stored in shape… What else in physics is really just structure holding energy? Mass? Stability? Even matter itself? So the real question is Are we discovering new tech… or finally understanding what energy really is? Follow me this is where physics gets interesting.show more

The four seasons of Earth change because of its... axial tilt. When the North Pole is oriented away from the Sun, it is winter in the Northern Hemisphere, and when it is oriented towards the Sun, it is summer. Just as there are four seasons in one year, there are four long seasons in the Great Year, which lasts approximately 26,000 years. These four long seasons are known as the Four Ages of Man (in Ancient Greece) or the Four Yugas (in Hinduism), and this is the secret behind the lost antediluvian civilizations and the lost civilization of Atlantis. Deep rabbit hole thread that should change your perception of reality! (1/13)🧵show more

Here's a quick overview of what we can or... could expect from #Kaspa in 2025. - At least 10 blocks per second with a PoW BlockDAG - Listings on major exchanges such as #Binance, #OKX or #Coinbase - A stablecoin on the $KAS BlockDAG - DAGKnight as a new consensus mechanism - Possibly smart contracts - And probably more partnerships in the energy sector and other interesting areas All in all, very bullish and, in my opinion, the most exciting year for Kaspa so far. Especially because a lot of people are mainly looking at the price, I am sure that these people will also be very happy soon. What have I forgotten and what do you think will have the biggest impact on KAS?show more

The physiques that came in the eras of the... silver and golden era are much more aesthetic, beautiful, natural, and healthy. This is what you should strive for. What began as a healthy practise to make your body strong naturally and create an aesthetic physique has now morphed into a somewhat grotesque display of excess. I want to reiterate that I am not taking away from people's discipline or effort in this practise, nor do I want to individually attack anyone. What I do want to attack is the unnatural steroid-driven absurdities that we see in modern bodybuilding, which also carries with it many people trying to pursue this unhealthy vision and even passing away because of it. This is all the evidence you need that this is not healthy. Today, when so many young, impressionable people are seeing steroid-driven physiques online, it's important to talk about and discuss the possible health negatives of this lifestyle. You can attain an amazing steroid-free natural aesthetic physique with the right natural foods, consistency, discipline over years, and intense training where you push yourself. This will always be the case.show more

In early winter, the peak of the migratory bird... season arrives. Each year, this is when flocks of birds return to the Dazong Lake Tourist Resort in Yandu District, Yancheng. Across the outer lake, tens of thousands of wild birds dance above the water, skim the surface for food, or rest on the gentle ripples—creating a breathtaking winter tableau. As the sun sets, countless birds glide through the warm glow of dusk, circling against the sky in a scene filled with poetry and quiet wonder. Their arrival brings new life and vibrant beauty to the winter wetland of Dazong Lake.show more

Let’s talk about the four Ages of Man: the... Golden Age, the Silver Age, the Bronze Age, and the Iron Age—or the four Yugas. They are essentially the four seasons of the Great Year, which lasts approximately 26,000 years. Just as there are four seasons in our regular year around the Sun, there are four long seasons: Spring (Golden/Satya), Summer (Silver/Treta), Autumn (Bronze/Dvapara), and Winter (Iron/Kali). According to my calculations and ancient texts, we are currently in the Iron Age—or Kali Yuga—which is associated with Winter. At present, during winter in the Northern Hemisphere, there are only about 8 hours of daylight—due to the tilt of Earth’s axis pointing away from the Sun at this time of year. While the tilt angle itself remains constant, the axial precession gradually shifts the orientation of this tilt relative to Earth’s orbit. Over thousands of years, this wobble causes the seasons to align differently with Earth’s position around the Sun. Eventually, this will result in more balanced solar exposure for the hemispheres over the course of the year—an event associated with the return of Spring, or the Golden Age. This is a deep rabbit hole with profound consequences for life and the survival of the species on Earth. (1/10)🧵show more

On this, my birthday… I thank God for a... year, though with more challenges than victories, that taught me lessons hidden in pain, in loss, in struggle. For showing me that taking a noble stand, even if it costs you, even when you’re criticized, is far better than living safe, silent, and untested. I Thank God for a year that built grit in so many of us and taught us more about the invincible power of not giving up. For the humbling truth that no one person can save the world but we all can serve in it - especially in small acts. Daily kindness. And maybe that’s how the world heals, not all at once, but a million times over. Thank you for reminding me, in a long year, to hold onto wonder, joy and even fun - as defiance, as resistance, as restoration in the long fight. And this year… thank you for a love that changed my life, for a wife who brought with her a universe of joy, and a partner to walk with, day by day, turning the ordinary into something sacred. Another year older. Another year grateful. Another year still learning how to love, to serve, to stand. (Thank you jin_sung_sa for sharing this precious birthday greeting with your followers and me).show more

For those who worry about the lack of controllers... on Apple Vision Pro: You don't need controllers for artificial movement in VR. Here is the hand tracking alternative we built for Wooorld called 'Glider'. Pull it toward wherever you want to go. Pull it further to go faster. Movement is even more complicated in Wooorld compared to other VR apps & games as we have two modes of movement: 'Map Navigation' (first half of the video) and 'Locomotion' (second half of the video). And in many ways Glider feels better and more natural than controller thumbstick as it utilizes all three axes. *We still have lots of improvements planned for Glider.show more

As we enter New Year 2025, it's reported that... lighting struck the Capitol and the Washington Monument in DC, while in NYC, the Empire State building and the new World Trade Center were also struck. FOUR lighting strikes in one night! Coincidence? Perhaps. But consider that New York is representative of the business and financial world, and Washington DC is the seat of the US government. Is God telling us a big shake-up may be coming soon in both the business and political realms? Interestingly, president-elect Trump is from both worlds. He is the former New York real estate business tycoon and reality TV star turned president who has promised to reform business as usual in Washington as he returns to the presidency. The lighting may signify this kind of earthly shakeup, or nothing at all. Or perhaps it is the omen of something far more consequential, a spiritual shakeup God is planning for America and elsewhere, to arouse many from slumber. We pay much attention to the state of the economy and politics, but are we ready if Christ should return in 2025 as Judge and King, to reckon with us all? Scripture tells us, "Set your minds on things that are above, not on things that are on earth." Colossians 3:2 Now that's wisdom from above!show more

Well Islamist groups are not shying away from describing... exactly how they will pull this off. They now openly describe how they plan to do it gradually by seizing control of Muslim-dominated neighborhoods first before they expand outward. It starts in concentrated areas like Tower Hamlets and Bradford. Sharia councils already rule on marriages and divorces there, often clashing with British law on women’s rights, while past patrols and “Sharia zone” signs tested informal enforcement. Authorities back off, and parallel norms take hold. Expansion follows through demographics and politics. Higher birth rates and migration grow these enclaves, voting blocs capture local power, and concessions multiply to keep the peace. Norms then spread to nearby areas as the parallel system strengthens. And the endgame of course is national. What begins as local Sharia in small pockets becomes institutional pressure for broader change, as many groups have openly pursued a caliphate for years. So Britain either enforces one secular law for all or watches these zones link up and redefine the country.show more

IT'S TIME TO CRACK DOWN HARD ON THESE TEENS, or we are going to have a bunch of teenage criminals who grew up and are still running around looting - stealing and ki11ing for fun. It's the culture stupid, and we are going to have to get their attention. TIME FOR SOME TOUGH LOVE. Good morning from Nuuk, Greenland 🇬🇱 Today we light... the first candle – the Christmas star in the window – and welcome the beginning of Advent, one of the most beautiful and meaningful times of the year here in Greenland 🇬🇱 In the heart of the winter darkness, the glowing window lights, stars, and Christmas decorations across our towns become warm symbols of community and hope. Families gather for cozy moments, kaffemik, baking, and the traditional Advent services where Greenlandic hymns fill the churches with atmosphere and togetherness. In all towns across Greenland 🇬🇱 the first Sunday of Advent also marks the moment when the town Christmas tree is lit – both in every town and in the small settlements. These tree-lighting events bring people together outdoors, wrapped in warm clothing, sharing the glow of lights that brighten the dark season and signal that Christmas is on its way. Afterwards, many families gather for a traditional dinner with Greenlandic dishes, such as reindeer, lamb, and – not least – the classic roasted duck, which for many is a cherished Advent tradition.
