I've been missing your company. I came really close... to checking into a mental hospital. I haven't needed that kind of saving since the late 90's. I'm so frustrated with my health, and feeling that I'm not in control, that I didn't trust myself. I got the lower back MRI results today. It shows bulging discs, arthritis, and stenosis. I feel defeated and broken. There's no lower rung for me. Tonight I'm trying to turn things around with the one thing that has helped me- my stream. My heartbeat. I'm going live now. Back in January 2025 when I moved into my... new home, I found Biscuit. He was being chased by dogs, and I took him in. Biscuit and I instantly bonded. He rode with me in my truck. He would chill on my shoulders when I walked around the house. He slept with me. He was truly my friend. When I posted about Biscuit when I found him, everybody loved him. He's was truly a unique cat. I didn't post about what happened to him, because it took me a long time to process. One day, earlier this year, Biscuit got out and was hit by a car. We never found out who did it. I was the one who found him. All I could do was bury him and mourn him. I've been around a lot of animals in my life. I love them, and I'll protect them at all costs. Something really cool happened in swimming this week. After... 16 years, the 50m free world record got broken by Australian swimmer McEvoy. What’s very interesting is the approach he has been following for a few years now. Super low volume (2-3 sessions per week, less than 1000m per sessions which some swimmers do more than just for warm up) in a pool with cameras and other devices to track different values and of course getting stronger with weights.show more

I was 11 years old when I got this... PSP 3000 for Christmas back in 2008, and it absolutely blew my mind. FIFA, FlatOut, Iron Man, GTA, and many other games… so many hours, so many great memories. Back then I didn’t even have a modern phone, so the PSP was more than just a gaming handheld for me. I used it to browse the internet, watch movies, and I even remember how awkward it was trying to chat with friends on social media using it. 😄 18 years later, I still have it. It still works. A wrestling accident put me in a wheelchair activating... the most painful pain known to man. Seven years 15 doctors until I finally got a diagnosis. At 300 pounds I taught myself how to walk again without the aid of the medical community…no pain pills I felt everything! So when I’m hard on myself, and my body isn’t able to do what I wanted to do, I just think of the girl in the wheelchair and how proud she would be of all the things that we are able to do now! Three minors terrorized south Austin, Texas over the weekend... with a shooting spree. They stole guns & cars & murderously shot at fire stations, homes, & apartment buildings injuring 4. I just didn’t want girls to lose the protections that generations of women fought to secure. Today, I’m here representing so many girls who feel the same way.
