This creative has pulled in a 33% hook rate... and 6x ROAS since we started running it on the client's TikTok ad account. Across the board it's worked extremely well. But why? It's not only relatable, but it's very straightforward We're showing a fit creator How many of us aspire to be in that good of shape? The idea is to show an aspiring fitness level And how someone who is busy can achieve it, even if they don't have a ton of free time We don't want to sell an intimidating amount of work that needs to be done Because no one wants to think about doing 2 hrs of exercise every day + dieting + supplements Workout WHILE you do other tasks Remove the pressure of going somewhere else to workout You can see there aren't a ton of shots. Kept it simple and just had different angles of the creator using the product. So what can you take away from all this? #1 - Give the viewer realistic goals they can achieve with the product (taking 10k steps, rather than "you'll lose 30lbs" - seems much more believable). #2 - Video doesn't have to be complex. If your product is very visual, just showcase the product being used. You don't need to get fancy with your edits. Let the product do the selling.show more

When your pain, fear or resentment is consuming you,... no one else can pull you out of the dark, because you ARE the dark. Your mindset. Your thoughts. YOU CONTROL where you work & live, who you live with, what you eat & drink, what time you sleep, how you think, how you feel, how you spend your energy & what you do with your spare time. YOU! These things may feel out of your control but they're not. They're all things we can change if we're unhappy but our MINDSET has us convinced we can't, by playing on our fears of the unknown & our own weaknesses. 'What if I can't find other work?' 'What if I don't find anyone else?' 'I don't have time to cook!' 'I don't have time to workout!' 'I have nothing to feel happy about' 'I can't sleep!' Your life will not change, unless YOU do! You need to change your mindset! No one can do it for you. You can CHOOSE to see silver linings OR just the possibility of rain. You can CHOOSE your HARD... - Struggle through a workout vs struggle to look at yourself & how unhealthy you've become - Struggle to learn a new skill vs struggle in a job you hate. Trying to see beyond your unhappiness, 'bad luck' & bad choices is confronting & can feel impossible...BUT it isn't!! It's possible! Not over night but gradually...taking ONE DAY AT A TIME! Be kind to yourself! Changing your mindset & working on overhauling years of negative thought processes is far from easy but in doing so, you'll reclaim your POWER & take back control of your own happiness. Choosing to go out into the sunshine to drink a cuppa (instead of staying cooped up indoors) won't make your problems disappear...BUT it gives you a few seconds of CALM to REFOCUS your thoughts & a dose of Vitamin D & fresh air, while feeling the warmth of the sun on your skin. In making that choice, you reinforce your self-worth: you deserve time for yourself & you deserve to feel good. It's a simple choice that can completely change how you feel for the better, even if just for a moment. In time, your days can become full of those moments & you'll no longer need to look for the light in the dark. You will BE the light! The beacon of your own happiness ❤️🫂 #mindsetshow more

I built a clone of the Yeezy store with... Next.js. This was a fun challenge — the site has some smooth animations and feels very fast. But it was bothering me that I couldn't use the browser back button. Can we do better? So I rebuilt the site with v0 and Motion. Here's how it works: 1. When you click on a product, Motion is able to animate the original position of the product in the grid, to the zoomed in product detail page. 2. During this transition, we also shallow update the URL with the `/p/slug` route for the page. 3. If you press the back button in the navbar, or use the browser back button, or press escape — all options will take you back to the main product listing page. 4. If you reload the page while looking at a product, or someone sends you a link to a specific product, it still works! This is the best parts of a SPA and MPA mixed together. In the future, I can make this even better with View Transitions (I wasn't able to get the product animation just right, but if you can I'd love to see it!). I also took some creative liberties from the original design. The whole 1/2/3 size thing, where you needed to click the "?" to see SM/MD/LG was strange, so I just went directly to those sizes. Similarly, I prefered the more traditional style sheet/modal with the background color change, versus the full screen takeover. If you wanted to actually hook this up to Shopify now, you can swap the cart implementation with Next.js Commerce, which has all the APIs you need + optimistic writes 🔥 Should I make a video walking through the code?show more

Traditional cage makers are often proud to show off... an entire table covered in dozens of different cages, rings, and designs. And we get it. There's a reason all those options exist. Getting the right fit has always been a pain in the ass. But to the rest of us, and especially our keyholders, who really cares how many cages are on that table? They want to know two things: When is it going on, and is it going to work? For years, getting a proper fit has meant buying different rings, different cages, trying one after another, sometimes for months, just hoping to find something that works. That's the entire process we've worked to eliminate. The Veru One and everything included in its box give you what you need to dial in a truly custom fit. No collection of cages. No drawer full of rings that didn't work. I don't think the future of chastity is a bigger table full of cages. I think it's only needing one that is biometric with real-time updates for the keyholder. Putting your email on our site = being firstly aware of when we release the product. Some people see a man being very cruel to... a young boy here. That's not what I see. Achilles just taught this young boy something important. Something most people never learn. They never have anyone to tell them. ACHILLES TOLD HIM. Sure, it hurts to hear the truth, many times. The only people who make their mark in this world, who do great things...are those who can overcome their fear. The boy is being honest. He's seen the warrior that Achilles is about to fight. He tells the truth. "I wouldnt' want to fight him." It seems cold and distant, what Achilles says to him in response: "That is why no one will remember your name." You can be safe. Or you can be great. We don't live in a world where you can be both. Do you want to be remembered? Do you want to be great? Do you want the glory? Well, you'll never achieve it in the safe zone, staying away from the danger. Life isn't about how much comfort you can enjoy. Life about doing things that matter. And that means... You have to WANT to fight the Thessalonian.show more

It's hard to overstate the level of hatred this... mindset creates in men. Even I didn't get it. Maybe I still don't. But pay attention, because this meme or something like it crops up in the background all the time. The only way I can think to describe it is "Pre-Cucking". Which to us sounds kinda... out there, but men seem to have an intuitive grasp of it as a concept. Her: "How can you be jealous of men I slept with before I even knew you? Why aren't you happy that I want to build a relationship with you, rather than just sex?" Him: *face contorts in barely concealed rage* I suspect it comes down to a lack of empathy from her. We have a lot of difficulty wrapping our heads around his want to feel desired because guys rarely give us any indication that it's something they crave. They *express* desire and so don't convey a need to feel it... they just kind of are. I mean we "know" guys want to feel desired but we don't really view it as our responsibility, I guess? See? This whole phenomena is weird. It's why this meme or some variation of it keeps popping up. Because it's men TELLING US that this whole culture of pre-cucking makes them feel ugly and unwanted. Undesirable... even as we tell ourselves we're just trying to make better choices.show more

I came across this clip of Carlos Alcaraz doing... this simple but effective drill to help with his ball toss when serving It immediately made me think about how these amazing players in ANY sport don't skip the basics I see it everyday with golf, the recreational golfer isn't willing to do the smallest, most basic things in order to help themselves acheive their goals They say they want one thing but their actions don't show they will achieve it Golfers always want to hit driver as hard as they can, they skip the importance of setting up to the ball correctly, they don't like changing their terrible grip because it "feels weird" Yet the best tennis player on the planet is working on his ball toss in order to ensure he can serve the ball to the best of his abilities It's these 1% efforts that can help you achieve exactly what you want. this is probably one of the cleanest AI ad... workflows you can use right now... doesn't matter if you're a freelancer, an agency owner or running an ecom brand... a brand sends you a few product photos and you can turn them into a full UGC ad without a single real shoot. here's how it works: > upload every angle of the product first, because if the model has never seen the back of it, it will guess. > lock your character and product references once, save them, and reuse them across every shot. > generate the whole 15 second script as one talking take, keep the first 5 seconds on camera and run the rest of the audio as voiceover under your b-roll. that last tip is the one most people miss... the voice stays identical across every cut, so the ad plays like one creator talking to you instead of three stitched-together clips.show more

So, by now I'm sure you saw the AI... fanart recreation of the Princess Mononoke trailer. It got a LOT of feedback, mostly from people telling the creator what a terrible thing he did and how AI assisted workflows can never be used for anything good or meaningful and most of all that it can never be used for art. That's such nonsense. Of course it can. If it's wielded by artists and great storytellers, great things will come of it. If you hand a violin to someone on the street they'll be able to make it make sounds.. if you hand it to a talented musician it becomes a conveyer of thoughts, emotion and art. Here's a small scene from Mononoke that I did an AI take on.. it's far from perfect and to animate this properly would require much more work. The AI workflows we have today are lacking so many control elements. But to think those things won't come.. come on. Of course they will. But most importantly, in a way where they don't overtake the art completely, but instead acts like an "amplifier" of the artists using the tools. This technology will be in most of our creative tools in the very near future with full controllability. Oh and I never liked the idea of turning old disney classics into live-action films, or doing the same with the beautiful work of Studio Ghibli. But for the purpose of this post I hope you'll forgive me ;-) #art #animationshow more

"PRICE IS WHAT YOU PAY. VALUE IS WHAT YOU... GET." I keep buying $Kekec and I have a strong conviction. Here's Why: While the market is down, and Kekec is declining with it, there are data points that few are considering. Kekec borned in October and since then has been posting a different and original 30-second video every day, which I find extremely funny. For the past couple of months, they have also been posting daily on Instagram, and the attention on Kekec (which doesn't present itself on social media as a memecoin) is growing, moreover, it's increasing exponentially. The number of followers is increasing by about 500-1000 a day. This is largely due to the fact that they are not just focused on the main account but have several others that post reels and redirect to the main one. In short, an excellent strategy to keep growing more and more. Instagram link: Guess What? Not only are the followers increasing, but the team's workload is also growing. In fact, for a little over a month, they have also started pushing on YouTube, and the data here is promising as well. YouTube link: If we want to make a comparison, we can take Pudgy Penguins as an example, which has shown it can reach millions and millions of users without mentioning that they are a WEB3 company that owns an NFT collection. Or, if we want to be more appropriate by comparing one memecoin to another, we could take PONKE. Thanks to the use of social media and the quality of their content, they managed to achieve incredible numbers, which then translated into an increase in the coin's price. Kekec came before PONKE, but that doesn't necessarily mean it's better than PONKE. I believe PONKE is unbeatable in terms of content, but I want to make you reflect on an important point. PONKE came after KEKEC, and after PONKE's success, many coins have emerged trying to imitate it. One of KEKEC's strengths, in my opinion, is precisely the fact that it leverages social media without being a copy-paste. Instead, it is a unique meme derived from a 90's film, and it uses a unique form of content. In short, KEKEC > KEKEC and no one else. I want to conclude by suggesting you follow them on Instagram and evaluate not only the exponential growth of their followers day by day but also observe how the views of each reel increase accordingly. Pay special attention to the comments. Many of the people commenting have no idea what it is, and you can see from the comments how Kekec generates particular emotions in people—strange but still emotions. Personally, I believe that when something is unique and even very strange, it needs time to be adopted. However, once it happens, it usually explodes and spreads like never before. A few days ago, a Kekec video was posted by a very popular meme page. They probably don't know what Kekec is about but thought the video could spark interest among their followers. How many other pages will do the same? Lastly, but not least, I want to point out how Kekec maintains a good market cap despite everything that has happened in the crypto world since October 2023. As far as I know and have personally observed, everything is extremely organic. There is no cabal behind it, and the quality is not reflected in a single jpeg but in work that has been ongoing daily for months. Every day they work harder, and the quality of their videos grows as well. I have no affiliations with the team, but I believe that Kekec truly deserves more in this world where we push celebrity or cabal-backed coins to hundreds of millions in market cap. I keep buying because the numbers suggest so. Don't just evaluate the chart (price), evaluate the data (value). BÂLKÂN DWÂRFshow more

The new Product Page Header image in the App... Store will not matter. First you need users to actually want to enter your App Store listing. And the reality is that a lot of users NEVER enter the listing. They search for something, see the app in the search results and download it directly from there. So the important update here is the new Search Results image. It's an app banner inside the App Store search results. And you should think about it as a persuasive ad. COPYWRITING will be what matters. Not the fancy "branding". Users are searching because they want an answer to something. Your creative needs to give them that answer immediately. And this becomes even more important with Apple Ads. You can pay to appear for the keyword, but your creative still needs to convince the user that your app is the answer they were searching for.show more

The Sabotaging Practice of Over Supply and Sameness in... the NFT Space. The current zeitgeist of the NFT space is that the same artists are doing the same kind of work five times a year, with project after project leaving a trail of disappointment and discontent among collectors and all of us watching in disbelief as huge resources are extracted from the space over work that feels like it could be left as an "artist study." I understand that you can do what you want with your money as collectors, but we are killing the whole space with this incestuous practice. No artist is that prolific to be able to do 5 collections of 100+ pieces each every year and actually deliver innovation and some kind of creative evolution. Of course, they can pretend play that the work has something new, but there is no precedent nor proof that that has ever happened in the speed that it happens in the NFT space. Again, people are free to through away their resources on whatever they want but with this way of doing things, we more and more are going to start seeing the consequences. Oh! There are consequences? Yes. Maybe unintended, but there are. Let's see. Let's start with the loss of belief in the NFT space as somewhere where emerging artists can come and find support for their experiments. Why even bother to bring experiments, innovation, and new ways to think of art on the blockchain if the same people have all the collectors hypnotized with their magical flutes? Why even try to come to a space where taking risks and challenging the status quo (the mission of art!!!) is overlooked? This makes the NFT space a social club and not a space for art. I guess it is fine, but IMO it is a recipe for disaster. New collectors stay away because the art will slowly but surely become stale and un-challenging. Why even bother to come and see what is happening here if you can't, as a collector, see new weird and up-and-coming artists? The amount of noise emitted by the same artists doing the same art over and over, drowns out any new voices. Again. A recipe for disaster. The NFT space is becoming a space of disappointment and doubt. We think that collections going to zero one after the other, over and over, is not damaging? I feel we are kidding ourselves. Disappointment piles up, and again, the people who will hurt are the emerging artists, the new blood, the ones who are willing to risk the most and, in return, put fire in this cold space of sameness. I love this space—don't get me wrong—it has changed my life, and I believe it has a ton of potential, but things need to change for it to become a beacon of light in art. But we need to support new voices. We need to support new ideas. The challenge is huge. I hope to contribute all I can to this change. I hope more and more see how exciting it is to go out and try to discover what else is out there and move this space forward. But again, I understand the leaps of faith needed, but if there is a space that is based on that, it's the NFT space...so there is hope. We will see. 📺by Boldtronshow more

here's how you can scale to 10k/month on tiktok... shop with slideshows so most affiliates are stuck doing the same thing every day. film, edit, post, make like $60-80 in commissions. and the problem isn't effort, it's that your time is the bottleneck. you can't film 15 videos a day. so your output caps and your money caps with it. meanwhile there's a guy in canada who made $18k in his first two weeks. never filmed anything. never showed his face. never even held a product. canada doesn't even support tiktok shop, he's running us tiktok from there. all slideshows. and when i say slideshows i mean 4-7 images posted like a normal tiktok with a product link attached. that's it. someone buys off it, you get paid. making one takes maybe 5% of the skill of making a video. now here's the catch. tiktok gated the feature. most accounts can't attach products to photo posts, you'll get a "product links not available in photo mode" error. some accounts randomly have it. quick way to check: open tiktok studio on desktop (has to be desktop, mobile won't work), hit upload. if you see "videos or photos" you have access. click photos, upload your images, attach the link. if you only see video upload, you're not in yet. uk and europe are getting it randomly right now, us is only top gmv creators for the moment. check every day because tiktok doesn't tell you when you get it, the option just shows up. worst case you build the system now and execute day one when your account unlocks. because the people getting random access with no clue what they're doing are posting random images and making nothing. the format is easy, that doesn't mean it's mindless. the format itself is one thing repeated over and over: pain point first, product second. slide one hits an insecurity. back acne from the gym. car turning into an oven all summer. makeup that never sits right. the person scrolling sees it and goes "wait that's literally me." middle slides twist the knife a bit more. then "so i tried this thing everyone's using," show it working, before and after, and the last slide is just the offer. sale, free shipping, link below. done. that structure sells cold traffic. people who've never seen the product buy off one slideshow because you sold the problem, not the product. and here's the part most people don't clock when they're scrolling past these: none of it is real. the guy holding the ceiling fan doesn't own a ceiling fan. the back acne was generated onto the model. the smoothies were never made. it's all ai images. which kills every excuse at once. no face, no product in hand, no waiting on shipping, no country restrictions. the workflow is dumb simple. screenshot a slideshow style you like, drop it in chatgpt, say "make me 3x4 images in this style." then describe your pain point scene. couple walking to a car that's been baking in the sun, whatever it is. then grab the product image off the tiktok listing, feed it in, "now show them using this." repeat per slide. no fancy prompts, the reference images do all the work. two small things that matter more than they should. keep everything 3:4 or the mixed sizes make the whole post look off. and don't bake text into the images, add it inside tiktok. native text looks like a person posted it. baked text looks like an ad. people can feel the difference even if they can't explain it. if you want it to look even more real, take a photo of your actual kitchen or desk and only generate the product into it. real room, ai product. nobody can tell. for ideas, don't invent anything. steal structure, swap one variable. the number one post in the uk right now is a simpsons style slideshow about linen trousers. take that exact skeleton and run it with a sports set or summer shorts instead. same format, different product, suddenly it's unsaturated again. or take viral videos and turn them into slides. one guy took a viral video about a sink drainage thing, rebuilt it as images, and beat the original with 1.7m views. first week on the platform. the biggest edge though is going backwards. pull products that went viral 2-3 months ago, take the exact hooks that already converted millions of views, and rerun them as slideshows. nobody's done them in this format because the format barely exists. you're not testing ideas, you're re-releasing proven hits. then it just comes down to volume. no filming, no editing, no product costs means each post is basically free. so post 10-15 a day. most will flop, who cares. one will do 500k views in two days and when it does you remake it 50 times and drain it. every gated feature on tiktok runs the same cycle. early access prints, wide rollout saturates, then it's just another format everyone does. slideshows are still in the first part of that cycle.show more
