🚨 “SIX MONTHS TO LIVE.” THEN HER 90-DAY IVERMECTIN... + FENBENDAZOLE STORY TOOK A DRAMATIC TURN Irene was diagnosed with stage IV pancreatic cancer. She was reportedly given only six months to live. With little hope left, she reached out for help. What followed was a 90-day journey involving Ivermectin + Fenbendazole, strong family support, and a follow-up CT scan that, according to the story, produced an extraordinary result. 📃 THE 90-DAY PROTOCOL She was reportedly recommended a 90-day protocol that included: 💊 Ivermectin 💊 Fenbendazole With strong support from her family, she followed the plan consistently. Every step. Every day. For 90 days. No shortcuts. 📊 THEN CAME THE CT SCAN After completing the protocol, her husband encouraged her to get a CT scan. According to the testimonial, that scan reportedly changed everything. Her oncologist reportedly confirmed: 📊 No Evidence of Disease (NED) 📄 “CANCER-FREE” ❤️ FROM “SIX MONTHS” TO ENJOYING LIFE AGAIN Today, Irene is described in the story as healthy and strong, enjoying life with her family again. For supporters of repurposed-medicine research, stories like this are powerful because they raise an obvious question: What happened? Could an outcome like this potentially tell researchers something worth investigating? ⚡ BUT THERE'S AN IMPORTANT DISTINCTION This is a testimonial, not clinical evidence. Individual cancer stories cannot establish that Ivermectin or Fenbendazole caused the reported outcome. Critics correctly point out that controlled clinical studies are needed to determine whether these medicines have meaningful effects in cancer. Still, stories like Irene's continue to circulate online and generate intense discussion. And one thing remains consistent across these conversations: When people hear “Stage IV cancer” and “six months to live”... They don't stop searching. They start exploring every possible option. That's why discussions around repurposed medicines continue to grow worldwide. ❓ THE QUESTION THIS STORY LEAVES BEHIND If a reported 90-day protocol was followed by an NED result, should stories like this be investigated more rigorously in larger clinical trials? That's the conversation worth having. 📌 SAVE & REPOST so others can review the story and draw their own conclusions. 💬 If a 90-day protocol was followed by this reported outcome, do you think it deserves deeper clinical investigation? 💊 If you're looking for Ivermectin or Fenbendazole, explore available options at Dr. David with worldwide delivery. #Ivermectin #Fenbendazole #CancerTestimony #Stage4Cancer #MedicalResearch #RepurposedDrugs #CancerResearchshow more

5-Month Methylene Blue Update I've been taking Methylene Blue... since October and I wanted to reflect on the first 5 months with it. I’ve been micro-dosing to experience the mental benefits, so usually 3-5 drops. In the first couple months the effects were truly mind-blowing. The cognitive enhancements felt like magic. My focus became laser-sharp, and my memory was spot-on, especially my visual recall. The enhancement of my mental-visual abilities was the most amazing change. I've always been a very visual person. If I had an idea, I could picture it much easier than I could explain it. Methylene Blue increased that ability tenfold. Verbalizing my thoughts became much easier as well. Methylene Blue is certainly a verbal lubricant; my words would flow off the tongue almost effortlessly (in a good way). So, 5 months in, those skills are still heightened, but the dramatics have worn off since I'm now used to these "Super Abilities" It's remarkable that I never felt like my cognitive abilities would decline if I missed a few days of Methylene Blue. The mental benefits were long-lasting. Methylene Blue is great to cycle on and off since the effects last. The thing that still feels like magic to this day is the motivation I get from a dose of Methylene Blue before a workout. The feeling I get from a large glass of water with honey or maple syrup, Himalayan salt, and Methylene Blue is pure drive. Drive, motivation, inspiration, and feeling like I can take on the world are what the above elixir provides. Not to be confused with energy like caffeine would give, it's a much deeper feeling of drive. It instills a mindset shift of "I'm going to do what I came here to do." Truly a life changing substance and I’m so glad I tried it. I’m happy I am learning about it so I can teach my friends and family about MB. I think everyone that can should be experiencing the laundry list of benefits from Methylene Blue. Check the first comment for helpful links. 15% off and a tool to search potential interactions. I want to know when you try it and what you think!show more

IRAN: What about China and Russia? Certainly they’re not... going to provide much kinetic support, but they do not want to see the regime fall. Are either of them providing any support? Israel has secured protection from both the Americans and the Russians, yet it remains poorly regarded by the Chinese. The Russians delivered MiG-29s, some EW systems, and a few helicopters, but to this day, they are postponing the delivery of more modern aircraft. Tel Aviv and Moscow maintain a very strong connection forged by the Soviet diaspora; today, roughly 20% of Israeli households speak Russian. The Chinese, for their part, have raised suspicions regarding the supply of radars and intelligence, but they are proven to be using satellites to photograph and publicly expose American military assets online - a clear demonstration of their involvement and power. This means that, unlike during the 12-day war, Iranian forces will now have direct satellite support. Ironically or not, China’s role in intelligence with Iran appears to mirror exactly the U.S. role with Ukraine. Regarding rumors of Iran receiving S-400s, there is zero evidence of this, and based on Putin’s statements, I do not believe they will proceed. Similarly, there is no visual evidence that the Chinese have provided long-range HQ-9B surface-to-air missile (SAM) systems or YLC-8B radars to Iran. Personally I believe it is possible that radars were delivered, though there is no confirmation. To date, there is no evidence of any Chinese cargo planes landing in Iran over the last few months. Most of the material delivered comes via Mahan Air Boeing 747s. There were also Cargolux flights, but those were also Boeing 747s, and for an HQ-9B system to be delivered, a much larger military airlifter would be required. Above all, these long-range defense systems would have been commissioned and showcased as a deterrent in a country on the brink of being attacked, which has not happened. However, Iran has invested heavily in revamping its own systems, as I reported previously. The Chinese also maintain a very close relationship with the UAE and the Saudis which, similar to the Russian position, limits the extent of massive support for Iran. Iran finds itself in a situation where its two main allies do not hesitate to provide political and intelligence support but remain reticent regarding direct military equipment. Nonetheless, this is a situation Iran has been used to for years, and it has been the primary driver for the development of its own military ecosystem.show more

"PRICE IS WHAT YOU PAY. VALUE IS WHAT YOU... GET." I keep buying $Kekec and I have a strong conviction. Here's Why: While the market is down, and Kekec is declining with it, there are data points that few are considering. Kekec borned in October and since then has been posting a different and original 30-second video every day, which I find extremely funny. For the past couple of months, they have also been posting daily on Instagram, and the attention on Kekec (which doesn't present itself on social media as a memecoin) is growing, moreover, it's increasing exponentially. The number of followers is increasing by about 500-1000 a day. This is largely due to the fact that they are not just focused on the main account but have several others that post reels and redirect to the main one. In short, an excellent strategy to keep growing more and more. Instagram link: Guess What? Not only are the followers increasing, but the team's workload is also growing. In fact, for a little over a month, they have also started pushing on YouTube, and the data here is promising as well. YouTube link: If we want to make a comparison, we can take Pudgy Penguins as an example, which has shown it can reach millions and millions of users without mentioning that they are a WEB3 company that owns an NFT collection. Or, if we want to be more appropriate by comparing one memecoin to another, we could take PONKE. Thanks to the use of social media and the quality of their content, they managed to achieve incredible numbers, which then translated into an increase in the coin's price. Kekec came before PONKE, but that doesn't necessarily mean it's better than PONKE. I believe PONKE is unbeatable in terms of content, but I want to make you reflect on an important point. PONKE came after KEKEC, and after PONKE's success, many coins have emerged trying to imitate it. One of KEKEC's strengths, in my opinion, is precisely the fact that it leverages social media without being a copy-paste. Instead, it is a unique meme derived from a 90's film, and it uses a unique form of content. In short, KEKEC > KEKEC and no one else. I want to conclude by suggesting you follow them on Instagram and evaluate not only the exponential growth of their followers day by day but also observe how the views of each reel increase accordingly. Pay special attention to the comments. Many of the people commenting have no idea what it is, and you can see from the comments how Kekec generates particular emotions in people—strange but still emotions. Personally, I believe that when something is unique and even very strange, it needs time to be adopted. However, once it happens, it usually explodes and spreads like never before. A few days ago, a Kekec video was posted by a very popular meme page. They probably don't know what Kekec is about but thought the video could spark interest among their followers. How many other pages will do the same? Lastly, but not least, I want to point out how Kekec maintains a good market cap despite everything that has happened in the crypto world since October 2023. As far as I know and have personally observed, everything is extremely organic. There is no cabal behind it, and the quality is not reflected in a single jpeg but in work that has been ongoing daily for months. Every day they work harder, and the quality of their videos grows as well. I have no affiliations with the team, but I believe that Kekec truly deserves more in this world where we push celebrity or cabal-backed coins to hundreds of millions in market cap. I keep buying because the numbers suggest so. Don't just evaluate the chart (price), evaluate the data (value). BÂLKÂN DWÂRFshow more

I am sorry, but your understanding of supplements for... hair and skin health is quite wrong. 1/ Multivitamins for health promotion is the biggest myth there is. A multivitamin a day improves health is a promotional gimmick from the wellness industry, health-illiterate influencers and poorly informed doctors. Daily multivitamins give you high-colored expensive urine and long term use increases risk of cancer. See here: 2/ Probiotics are sham treatments except in specific situations. See the WGO 2023 guidelines here: Its use is specific to: ➡️Prevention of antibiotic associated diarrhea. ➡️Shortening duration of acute infectious diarrhea in children by 1 day when given early during course of disease. ➡️Useful for treating "pouchitis" of inflammatory bowel disease. ➡️Reduction in risk of necrotizing enterocolitis in preterm babies. ➡️Using probiotics outside these indications is a waste of your money and time. 3/ Ginseng has no known benefits on the prevention or treatment of any disease condition known to humans. Many of the published randomized controlled trials on Asian ginseng may not be high-quality studies. Ginseng can also interact with your standard medicines and increase toxicity or reduce benefits. See here please: 4/ Omega-3 fatty acids. The only use identified from large quality studies and metanalysis is for treatment of high triglycerides and lowering of non-HDL lipid fractions. Please see this highest quality of evidence: Omega-3 does nothing as mentioned in the video. 5/ Collagen for wrinkles and fine lines, prevention of "aging" and improving "skin health" is actually a myth. Large metanalysis from 2021 showed improvement in skin elasticity and reduction in wrinkles. This one here: But, this metanalysis was done poorly. A rebuttal letter showed that conclusive benefits of collagen on skin health did not actually exist when reanalysed from proper statistical methodology - see here: Collagen will waste your money. 6/ Biotin for hair and nails. I am sorry to burst your bubble, because I know many of you are on this supplement, but it does not work. It is a waste of money. The American Academy of Dermatology Association states that biotin supplementation has no benefits on hair growth/loss or nail health. See here: Moreover, a recent review does not even mention biotin being useful in hair loss. See here: Instagram is full of these overgrown Amul-babies who have absolutely no idea about the science of healthcare or value the role of empirical evidence in advising healthcare options. Do not fall for such people or their garbage handles. And frankly, I think the guy in the video has just about average hair and skin. Not worthy of second-looks even with all that bottled stuff going in.show more

I FIND GREATER BUSHENYI TO BE INCREDIBLE! KAMPALA SACCOS... MAY WANT TO MAKE STUDY TOURS HERE Over this Easter holiday in Bushenyi, I was hoping to find some time to write a more formal piece on law. Instead, as you can see in these clips, Kabagareme, the booming Saturday meat market got in the way. You will never find a better meal, a better price and the extra satisfaction of actually supporting the local people’s “hustle” Deeply satisfying on all fronts. Kabagarame is yet another example of the high levels of civic awareness and organization of the people here. Apart from always being well represented in National since independence, Bushenyi has achieved social-economic transformation through embracing formal education very early on. It’s not uncommon to find families with three generations of university graduates here unlike almost anywhere else in Uganda. Most 50-60 year old Ugandans are one generation removed from peasantry. And, I think that Bushenyi’s case is not the case of the “diploma disease” that afflicts Uganda, generally. There’s a big difference between papers and an education. The former, I hear, you can buy at Nasser road, the latter, you cannot. It must translate in the way you think and live. The people here for example, organized their land holding as early as the 1960s when most land here got surveyed and titled. Elsewhere, land fragmentation, disorder, disputes and violence still block economic progress. Access to credit for example, is much easier when you have titled land. The per capita income here is even by visual estimation only, high. Generally, every household has a combination of any of the following crops; coffee, tea and bananas or all three. They will generally keep at least a few crossbred cows. Each of those is a cash crop in its own right. I have never seen a grass thatched house here. Especially tea factories dot the magically beautiful green hills along with several schools whose performance in the National exam, a National obsession, is among the very best in the country. The stretch between Kyamuhunga and Kasese covering the present day Rubirizi and Bunyarunguru districts is perhaps, the most beautiful part of Uganda. It spots the beautiful magical twin crater lakes of Kyema and Kamweru (“Africa”), the Kazinga channel, lakes Edward and George. One can have the breathtaking, sweeping panoramic views of Queen Elizabeth National park, Mountain Rwenzori, and all aforesaid lakes, atop the West arm of the great East Africa rift valley. There are so many hotels in Bunyaruguru of which Kyangabi Crater Resort has always been my favorite. Although, it has to be said, the views are at King Fisher Lodge. The big revelation to me this holiday however is how well the SACCOS here seem to be doing. I took interest in taking a closer look at upcountry SACCOS from my friend Muhimbise Atiki and Kakande Alex ‘s recent analysis of Y-SAVE’s no dividend in two years situation. From anecdotal evidence, the biggest SACCOS here include Kyamuhunga, Mushanga and Muhame. At least two of these SACCOS have a loan portfolio of ugx. 50BN each! Today, one declared and gave dividends. SACCOS might be the local solution that has been brewing to building local capital. SACCOS might also finally break the back of the trust deficit and therefore high risk that underbelly Uganda borrowing resulting in high interest rates. Kampala SACCOS may, after putting down The Intelligent Investor, need to come here for a practical education. There’s a lot to admire and learn.show more

🚨 CATL SAYS LITHIUM-AIR BATTERIES COULD ONE DAY DELIVER... 1600+ KM RANGE WITH ENERGY DENSITY APPROACHING PETROL. The world’s largest battery maker is pushing a radical “breathing” battery technology that replaces heavy nickel, cobalt and manganese with lithium metal and oxygen pulled directly from the air. In early lab tests, researchers have already achieved around 1,200 Wh/kg more than four times today’s best lithium-ion cells. With further development, CATL believes the technology could theoretically reach ~12,000 Wh/kg, close to the energy density of petrol itself. Why this matters: • It could slash battery weight and cost dramatically • Small EVs might achieve 1,600+ km of real-world range • It removes dependence on scarce metals like nickel and cobalt • A 1,000-cycle prototype with 1,600 km range would theoretically last 1.6 million kilometres The deeper implication: Lithium-air represents one of the few battery chemistries that could genuinely match or exceed the convenience of petrol without massive compromises. If the enormous technical hurdles (moisture sensitivity, cycle life, and oxygen management) can be solved, it wouldn’t just improve EVs it could fundamentally change what’s possible for electric aviation, long-haul transport, and portable power. We’re still very early. Current prototypes are far from commercial, and most experts expect mass production only after 2030 at the earliest. But the fact that the company producing over half the world’s high-voltage batteries is seriously pursuing this shows how transformative the payoff could be. Would you rather see solid-state batteries win the next decade, or do you think lithium-air could leapfrog them entirely? Follow for more frontier battery technology and energy breakthroughs.show more

Shared from Dominique de Silva on Instagram 🙏😔 March... 18th, 2021 is the day that I made a decision that flipped my entire world upside down. I’ve been EXTREMELY quiet about this decision and the adverse effects that it has caused me simply because I didn’t want to scare anyone out of making their own decision on receiving the vax.. With all this being said, I made the decision to get my vax before I left Las Vegas to move back to my home state of North Carolina because I wanted to play it safe and make sure those around me weren’t in harms way. I also do have underlying autoimmune issues which I have openly talked about for a while now. I’m not ashamed of why I received the vax because I know my heart was in a good place and my intentions were pure..and yet here I am struggling with adverse side effects from this life changing decision. Doctors have been pretty lost on what exactly is going on..running multiple tests, medical imaging and neurological exams coming back with no answers.. Here’s just a glimpse of what I’ve been dealing with- Symptoms that come and go: Dystonia Difficulty walking and weakness within the legs Dull aching & sharp shooting pains within the legs Vertigo Heart palpitations Lack of sensation throughout the body Cold sensation in the legs Pain behind the eyes Tremor in right hand Symptoms that are 24/7: Short term memory loss Trouble forming sentences Feeling out of body Depth perception is off Visual Changes Severe brain fog I am not sharing this post to scare anyone out of making their own decision, however I do believe that people must know exactly what the risks are. These stories shouldn’t be so hidden on social media platforms or the news and I’m done being so quiet about this.. If there is anyone out there that is experiencing something similar don’t be afraid to let your voice be heard. Please share!!! I can use all the insight and help I can get right nowshow more

vPay offshore accounts and physical cards have been getting... field-tested IRL for a while now, and we’ll open them to the public as soon as we’re fully confident in the UX. But before offshore accounts go public, I want to address a few points: Some might point out that - vPay isn’t the first crypto card - vPay doesn’t have the lowest fees - So why choose vPay instead of the Coinbase 🛡️ Card or MetaMask 🦊 Card or KAST or or Tria, or any of the other big names? Now to address: Privacy | The biggest differentiator that sets vPay completely apart is Private Banking. The majority of the crypto card providers on the market use Rain infra. Even if you’ve never heard of them, that's what your favorite "NeoBank" uses. And due to their legal jurisdictions, they will report your finances to authorities since they're CRS and FACTA compliant. We are not. As an OmniBank, we work with different banking partners, and although KYC is required to use our services, our offshore banks are non-CRS and non-FACTA. Tax reporting is the responsibility and choice of the user. Offshore Accounts vs Physical Cards | I've tried to highlight this a few times so far. vPay has 3 offerings on the banking side of things. Virtual cards - live now. Physical cards - coming Q1 2026. The first two are similar to what everyone else on the market offers. The offshore accounts are not. which are coming this week. They allow unlimited spending, ATM withdrawals, and international SWIFT transfers, which very few “Neobanks” provide. Offshore accounts are coming this week. Self-Custody | We're not 100% non-custodial yet, as that is near impossible at the moment but it's something we're working towards. And we try to keep the users' self-custodial wallets in the loop as much as possible for maximum control. Those who have tried the vPay app know that almost every move asks for permission from their wallet, and we always encourage users to keep their funds in their non-custodial wallets until the very last moment, since our top-ups usually only take seconds to a minute to process. Fees | All of the card providers mentioned above either raised millions from VCs or in presales or have a huge org backing them. We have neither. vPay was self-funded and community-owned since day 1, launched under Virtuals Protocol Genesis V1 launch model, an objectively bad launch model and hugely unfavorable toward project teams. So even though vPay has been generating revenue and profitable from early on, we do not have the luxury of offering 0% fees yet, since they're mostly a marketing gimmick paid for by millions in VC money and not a sustainable business model for early-stage companies. What we're working towards instead, is true co-ownership of vPay and revenue-share with users. OmniBank vs NeoBank | I’m not a fan of the term “NeoBank.” It implies just a bank, but make it crypto. That’s not vPay. Our goals have always been clear: A) Anything and everything users need to do with their money and assets, both Web2 and Web3, all in one hub. Powered by a constellation of partner agents. The cards and the bank accounts are just the foundation. B) To eventually build independent financial rails for crypto and decouple from the chokehold of Visa/Mastercard. vLink is the first step toward this vision. This turned out to be a rather long tweet, but context matters. Questions and feedback welcome in replies or DMs. See you all with your vPay vCards very soon.show more

Since my account is somewhat anonymous I’m going to... disclose where some of the California high-speed rail money gets wasted. 99% of you don’t realize where giant chunks of the money is disappearing to. The California high-speed rail authority, literally owns thousands of parcels of land that are in various stages continued litigation, tenant improvements, eviction, and constant maintenance. For example, there are many homes and apartment complexes in the plant path that have been purchased years ahead of construction. Removing those tenants is a slow and expensive process. (let’s ignore the extra stress on housing that all of these destroyed properties are causing) In some cases, these are low rent apartments with a lengthy eviction process During that process, the state of California is the landlord and has to maintain the property codes the same as any other landlord. This means repairs, adding smoke detectors, fixing roofs, vegetation management, landscaping, paying off tenants to leave early, boarding up Windows, constant trash cleanups, towing vehicles etc. But the High Speed Rail Authority doesn’t just have to maintain these properties at normal cost. Every single bit of that work has to be done at California prevailing wage rates. The work can only be done through qualified contractors that have passed through a long series of idiotic mazes to qualify to perform the work. An average rate per hour (charge rate) for a worker to perform any service on these properties is approximately $200 an hour for labor only. The cost go up for specialized work, like electricians, plumbers, or machine operators. Properties that are literally worthless are being maintained at huge expense just so the next round of homeless transients can break into the property and cause more damage. For reasons I can’t explain, the process to finally demo and remove the structures takes years. I’m only mentioning the tip of the iceberg regarding my firsthand knowledge. Completely separate from those outlandish costs are the inflation caused by the construction. The prevailing word on the street is that nothing is getting done. The truth is that a lot is getting done and none of it efficiently. The amount of concrete being poured daily and monthly to build gigantic overpasses for both the rail and roadways is not understood. In these work areas, every concrete mixing company is fully scheduled out and cannot offer building materials for other basic services such as building a house often times for weeks when the average lead time for many of these services used to be one day. And that’s just the schedule, never mind the huge cost increases from straining the supply chain and Labor pool. The amount of concrete and steel that has gone into the structures so far is massive. Dozens and dozens of new water wells have been dug just for dust control. Thousands upon thousands of acres of highly productive tree fruits and nuts have been torn up and shredded. Utility scale solar fields have been uprooted and sometimes relocated at extravagant costs. Every type of business you can imagine has gone through either a closure, relocation, or a long-term tenant agreement with the rail authority. In some cases, it’s just a buyout where the business closes its doors forever. The owners get something all of the workers get nothing. Don’t get me started on how thick the layers of bureaucracy are for these minute tasks that occur on all of these properties. The inefficiency is far beyond your wildest dreams. In many cases, this is not related to fraud in any way it’s just absolute ignorance, red tape, and failed leadership. I can go much deeper into specific examples, but I think that gives some of you an idea of what’s actually happening in California. If a rail is ever usable, some portions of the structures will be decades old and already in disrepair.show more

EXODUS: Help Darren Stallcup Move Out Of San Francisco... After dedicating the best years of my life to save San Francisco, I have made the heartbreaking decision to leave this great beautiful city behind. I did the best that I could every day and I know so many honest good caring San Franciscans out there are hurting just as much as I am and I've met so many of you who desperately want the same healing and recovery for this city that I do... The truth is... the daily chaos, lawlessness and human suffering on our streets are not accidents but a deliberate result of a cruel, sick game engineered by corrupt politicians and non-profits who benefit from the suffering of the less fortunate. I don't hate everyone who votes differently or works in non-profits... there are plenty of decent people trying to help, but far too many bad apples in the Democratic party are working hand-in-hand with these organizations to keep the crisis alive. I'm infuriated by this broken, predatory system that devastates the vulnerable, attacks those trying to help and enriches those who have blood on their hands... all on the taxpayers dime. That's why I'm done playing along and refusing to sacrifice my life to their endless failure. Yet even as I leave, I'll never stop fighting for the less fortunate by demanding secure treatment beds, real enforcement against fentanyl dealers and sober housing that actually saves lives instead of enabling death. I can continue my art, music and citizen journalism in another city that is cleaner, safer and dare I say more friendlier to me, a conservative Patriot who loves our great beautiful country. Day and Night I walked these streets up and down the block, handing out food, clothing and blankets to the less fortunate while listening to their stories. Through citizen journalism, I documented the homeless crisis on the ground, sharing videos and photos to raise awareness. I spoke passionately at City Hall meetings, demanding accountability from leaders who seemed indifferent. I appeared on national and international television to share my story with the world about the fentanyl genocide devastating our city. Today, with a heavy heart, I regret to inform our community that I am relocating to a safer area outside San Francisco. I can no longer tolerate the chaos and stress of day to day survival in this city. It has taken an undeniable toll on my physical, mental and spiritual well being. Our corrupt and incompetent local and state leaders have deliberately enabled chaos on San Francisco's streets, creating a perpetual crisis that funnels billions of taxpayer dollars into the hands of corrupt non-profits and organizations. These entities thrive on the suffering of the less fortunate, profiting from endless contracts for shelters, outreach programs and harm-reduction initiatives that fail to reduce harm or homelessness. Harm reduction is causing more harm. Progressive policy is making everything progressively worse. I am done being a guinea pig in their social experiment. Year after year, billions have been spent, yet the humanitarian crisis has only worsened, with more tents, more overdoses, and more despair. Fentanyl overdoses are on the rise, homelessness numbers are climbing and our public spaces have all but deteriorated, all while the same politicians get elected year after year. It is a calculated system of human suffering and I am done living through the nightmare every single day. I've been documenting the truth about San Francisco's streets for years, but as I prepare to leave for good, this frontline perspective might go with me unless I am able to find a nice small town where I can continue my work from afar. If my story has ever opened your eyes or fueled your fight, I ask you to show love to my journey. My work in our community began with a deep compassion for those suffering on the streets and I poured my energy into helping the homeless directly. My home burned down to the ground, I know what it's like to have nothing and work your way up from rock bottom. Every day, more people overdose and more people show up in San Francisco from all over the country. It's a never ending cycle. I have lost too many family and friends and I refuse to be next. I am profoundly tired of the fentanyl genocide that has turned my once beloved city into a hell hole. I have seen one too many open air drug markets, claiming thousands of lives each year. The drug dealers operating freely, the human feces and needles littering streets and sidewalks, the judges letting the fentanyl dealers out of jail, the fentanyl showing up on playgrounds and in schools, the women giving birth on the sidewalk, the still born babies found in port-o-pottys, the people jumping off of buildings, the people living in the sewers, the non-stop every day looting of our grocery store, the robbery of our local restaurants, the targeting of our mom-and-pop shops, the risk of riding public transportation, the waking up to burglars kicking in my door and fighting them off, the sound of going to sleep to people screaming and waking up to emergency sirens, the billion dollar tech offices and third world conditions across the streets, the constant threat of The Big Earthquake, power outages, infrastructure breakdown, skyrocketing cost of living, it's all become unbearable. Homeless encampments blocking public spaces, the high risk of fentanyl exposure and rampant property crime have eroded any sense of normalcy. Personal safety threats from erratic behavior, boarded-up stores and political hostility weigh heavily on me. I no longer desire or wish to endure these heartbreaking struggles. Building a life for myself, let alone a family, in this decay, is almost impossible. The frustration with leftist policies enabling open drug scenes, health risks from biohazards and store closures reducing access to essentials has taken its toll. I have personally witnessed at least a dozen grocery stores close down and my heart is broken as I wonder if I am slowly living in a food desert because of rampant, unchecked crime. They defunded the police and the judge releases criminals out of jail the next day. I am sick and tired of fighting off the same bad guys every day. The Urban decay is not just in areas like the Tenderloin, SOMA and Union Square, but all over the city. The difficulty in regular social life is noticeable and everybody is on guard making human connection even more challenging unless you are a millionaire. I walk into small businesses, stores and restaurants and all the workers are on edge wondering what chaos will happen that day. Tourists ask me what is happening to the city? All I do is shake my head. This is not the San Francisco I grew up in. My City has become unrecognizable. The Full House Days are long gone and it will take years, if not generations, for San Francisco to recover from all the damage done. Years of frontline activism without any city wide solutions have left me absolutely drained. Every day feels like the same nightmare, repeating the same chaos day after day without end. I don't want my life trapped in this cycle of sirens, screams and unchecked decline. It's time to step away from this chaos. I do not want to die here. The threats to personal safety, the constant exposure to violence and humanitarian crisis has become too much for one lifetime. I shouldn't have PTSD from living in San Francisco, but I do. Honestly, we all have survivor's guilt. I refuse to let this environment claim my future or my dreams. Relocating means saving my health, mental well being, spirituality and opportunity to thrive elsewhere. No more waking up and counting the bodies on the sidewalks or navigating hazards just to live daily life. I deserve a chance to build without the shadow of this humanitarian crisis looming over everything. I've sacrificed my personal health, safety and years of my life on the frontlines for the vulnerable while our local leaders profited from their pain... now, to keep fighting, I have to leave everything behind and start over. If this battle has ever meant something to you, please do consider supporting. As I pursue my American dreams in a new place, I carry the lessons from San Francisco with me forever. I will always cherish the memories and good times. This city will always have a place in my heart. San Francisco is my hometown. I continue advocating for change from afar, but with renewed energy in a safer environment. This move allows me to build a stable life, free from the nightmare that has defined too many years of life. Thank you to all my family and friends that have supported my work, I fought valiantly but now it is time for a tactical retreat. My time in the trenches, on the frontlines are over. I can't believe I made it out alive. Here's to new beginnings and the hope that one day, San Francisco heals.show more

I lost one cat to cancer. Nearly lost another... to diabetes. My purebred lab was constantly sick with allergies and infections. All three were eating "premium" pet food recommended by vets. Here's everything I wish I'd learned sooner: 1. Feed them a clean, low-carb diet. Our diabetic cat used to be addicted to high-carb treats and food, the stuff sold in most pet stores. It’s the pet version living on Pop-Tarts and Twinkies for us. After switching to a low-carb, high-protein diet, she no longer needed insulin and lived a long, healthy life. A raw carnivore diet from clean sources free of pesticides and antibiotics is arguably best for both cats and dogs. 2. Only feed them two meals per day. We made the mistake of leaving food out for our cats all day. I’m sure our younger cat (that died of cancer) was metabolically damaged from this. Neutering him too early also negatively affected his health, as he developed a pot belly soon after. Time-restricted eating benefits humans and animals alike. So, aim for an 8-hour feeding window or less. Don't feed them 3 hours before bed or 1 hour after waking, then gradually shrink the window. You'll notice more energy in yourself and healthier weight and digestion in your pets. 3. Only give them pure, clean water. We gave our cats tap water for years. While chlorine dissipates quickly, chemical residues, heavy metals, and hormones remain. Reverse osmosis or spring water proved to be the best. You can remineralize RO water with products like this: (ad) 4. Detoxify Pets are exposed to more toxins than we are. Their food is loaded with pesticides, antibiotics, and heavy metals. Artificial fragrances, chemical cleaners, and lawn pesticides add even more toxic stress. Like I emphasize in my book, “Ultimate Health,” constipation is the first thing to address in detoxification. The same goes for pets. If their bowel movements are strained, this needs to be improved. Increasing their hydration and fiber intake can help, as can fish oil and probiotics. To get a full colon detox protocol for yourself, get the first chapter of my book free here: For deeper detox, use modified citrus pectin because it enters the bloodstream rather than just the gut. Mix into tuna juice, bone broth, or their water dish away from food. 5. Treat your pets for parasites Parasites are strongly correlated to many diseases, including cancer. There's a great book called "The Cure For All Diseases" that covers this in detail (free PDFs online). Fenbendazole is a popular anti-parasitic that’s routinely helped human cancer patients survive. Fenben is also an over-the-counter pet medication. I wish I’d learned of it before Max passed away from cancer. He was such a loving little guy. For ongoing parasite management, consider mixing diatomaceous earth into your pet’s food. 6. Exercise more Dog walks benefit both of you, especially without your phone. Fetch or tug is their high-intensity interval training. *Side note for cat owners: What's your favorite way to get your furry friend moving? Drop a comment below, I'm interested in trying them out. 7. Give them more affection Affection releases oxytocin in both you and your pet. It improves sleep, mood, stress, pain, and muscle repair. Boost your oxytocin further with techniques from "Super Gut" or this video: 8. Replace LED bulbs with incandescent This one surprises people… I wish I had known years ago how damaging artificial LED lighting is for humans and pets. Natural sunlight and incandescent bulbs keep you both healthy. Follow ☣️ Pleb Kruse = BTC foundationalist in exile 🟩🔆 if you want to learn more about this. 9. Watch the sunrise every morning with your pet. Dr. Kruse talks about this constantly. Sunrise has red and infrared wavelengths that heal the brain, eyes, skin, and hormones. Do it for a week, and you'll definitely feel the difference. 10. Remember: what's good for them is usually good for you too. We're mammals. They're mammals. The fundamentals are remarkably similar. Discipline matters. Knowledge matters. Having a purpose and a partner makes change easier. So why not decide that your purpose is for both you and your pet to get healthier? THANK YOU for reading and sharing this with other pet owners. Follow me Craig Brockie for more health strategies that work. (Here are Zeven, Ellewood & Max. The inspiration for this post.)show more

Unpopular opinion about El Salvador. A TON of workers... here are lazy as hell and i do hope this message reaches many Salvadoreños in the United States. You leave the job site, little will get done and yes tools and materials will disappear. I said it. If you’re going to build a home, start a business, or just hire a few helping hands for that side project, get ready to fire fast. Put in systems of checks and balances, hire solid management, use cameras, and lock up materials. If you have the time or money you or someone you really trust must manage the project on SITE. I’ve hired thousands of people throughout the last few 6 years while personally living in 9 Latin countries and El Salvador has been one of the hardest to work in. El Salvador also happens to be my favorite country at the moment with my favorite people. It’s beautiful, small, has a Chuck E cheese for my daughter but most important, it’s safe for my family. So why is it so damn hard to work with people here? I think it’s because of the civil war. This is going to sound crazy coming from a president of a non profit but free money destroys people. It enables them. It ruins their will to work ultimately creating a lazy and slothful person Over 2.5 million people from El Salvador live in the United States. MANY of them send money every 2 weeks to their aunts, uncles, brothers and sisters, nieces and nephews to “help” them. This has turned into dependency. It has created a cycle of entitlement rather than self-sufficiency. “Why would I work for 10 hours in the sun when I can tell my aunt that I need money for medicine?” There are kids here with no desire to self educate, no desire to work, because they’re sucking the tit of their families in the United States or Canada. 2 of my hardest workers who show up early, never miss a day are these two men in this video. No arms, and an elderly who just wants to work. Their speed compared to a young healthy man is slow in comparison but their will and desire to work is unwavering. They’re inspiring. They are happy at work. They don’t complain. They’re not rich working for me but they are ok. I believe they are hard workers because they were never a part of a welfare system given to them from family in the states. I also believe that the civil war has created a massive divide between the wealthy and the poor. Maybe this already existed but chatting with enough people you can put 2 and 2 together. The socioeconomic divides between the wealthy and the poor. Certain families growing incredibly rich over the suffering of the lower class. People have lost trust, they’ve lost hope. Their views on money and rich people are shaped by past experiences of being taken advantage of. People are sick and tired of making $75 per pay period in the farms of El Salvador. I know that’s a whole other discussion. How do we fix this? I don’t know but I know my mission with casa conejo is to inspire others to work their asses off and to get paid by the sweat of their brows. I want to create a micro economy that allows the poor of the poor to grow! To break the cycle of poverty. To shatter the idea of “we can’t make it in El Salvador” We can and we will by working our asses off and getting paid what we deserve. Once we’re open a percentage of profits will go towards these workers. The rest back into our projects of building schools, running our women’s shelters, feeding the elderly. Let’s do thisshow more

RC-135 Deployments Signal Imminent Attack: Myths and Realities of... Iran's Military Power The RC-135 is a family of large reconnaissance aircraft operated by the ISAF. These jets are designed for ISR missions, providing near real-time data to military commanders and national leaders. The primary variant focuses on detecting, identifying, and geolocating electromagnetic signals, such as communications, radar emissions, and electronic warfare activities. Based on past experience, the early arrival of these aircraft often signals that an attack may be very close. But what about Iran, what capabilities does it actually have? There are many myths surrounding Iran's military power. Here are some key points: 1. Israel did not overfly Iran during the 12-day war This is implausible. Most part of the munitions used included bombs like the GBU-28 and GBU-31, both with ranges under 25 km, which suggests they could only have been dropped from inside Iranian territory. 2. Iranian missiles have poor accuracy In 2025, several Iranian missiles were launched against targets in Erbil, Iraq, with excellent precision. During the 12-day war, Iran struck the Weizmann Institute and the Haifa refinery with high accuracy, as well as some Israeli launchers, all in an environment of heavy jamming. The truth is that Iranian missile accuracy depends on the model. Iran has missiles in its arsenal that are more than 15 years old, but there is no evidence that the precision of its modern anti-ship missiles is deficient. 3. Iranian air defenses are of very poor quality This cannot be stated with absolute certainty because they were never fully tested. Israel's ground sabotage operations were highly effective, successfully disabling radars and most short-range air defense systems. Iran does not keep its long- and medium-range air defenses permanently deployed, and consequently none of them were destroyed during the 12 days of war. 4. Iran has no radars capable of detecting stealth aircraft In 2024, Iranian radars locked onto Israeli F-35s while they were still over Iraqi territory. In 2025, Iranian-supplied radars integrated into missile batteries in Yemen also locked onto and fired at U.S. F-35s on multiple occasions, nearly downing one. 5. The high technology of U.S. ships and aircraft will paralyze Iranian weapons This would only happen if the Iranians turned their systems off, as reportedly occurred in the Venezuela case. So far, Iranian equipment has proven extremely resistant to interference. Shahed drones continue to operate accurately, and after years of Western efforts, they have not been successfully jammed. This will pose a major challenge for the Americans. 6. The U.S. Carrier Strike Group will easily crush the Iranian navy They would destroy Iran's large ships in minutes, but they would face enormous difficulty against mini-submarines, USVs, UAVs, UUVs, and fast attack craft equipped with missiles. In additional, the U.S. drones would not have complete freedom for target acquisition and would have to rely on LEO/ISR sats. Iran possesses drones like the Karrar, a jet-powered interceptor equipped with air-to-air missiles that can operate at 15,000 meters to deny U.S. drones freedom of action. The Israelis lost an unknown number of drones during the 12-day war, though losses were reported. Summary Does Iran have any advantage? At sea, against the current Carrier Strike Group and considering all of Iran's resources, I would say Iran holds an advantage, evidenced by factors such as missile range, number of containers, tubes, VLS cells, drones, mines, submarines, anti-ship missiles, and other assets. However, once the focus shifts from the sea to the air, the American advantage is overwhelming, both in satellite intelligence and in combat aviation. And this is the type of war the Americans know best.show more

Norway is the best country in Europe by far... and it's not even close. 🇳🇴 How do I know? 1- my wife's family is from there, and I have ancestry from there too (albeit less)... AKA BASED 😎 2- If I had to pick one European country that American conservatives should admire the most, it would be Norway. Underneath the modern politics is a culture that still values many of the things conservatives care about. Norway consistently ranks among the safest countries in the world. Violent crime remains relatively low, corruption is among the lowest anywhere on Earth, and there's a deep sense of high trust that didn't happen by accident. It was built over centuries through strong communities (especially small and local), and a culture that expects people to actually contribute rather than simply consume. Its history matters. Norway spent centuries as a Christian kingdom after the conversion of King Olaf II in the 11th century. Christianity shaped its laws, holidays, moral framework, and national identity long before modern politics existed. Even today, despite increasing secularization, churches, Christian traditions, and holidays remain woven into Norwegian culture. Norwegians also have an unusually strong connection to their history. They celebrate their Constitution Day on May 17 with enormous pride. Families wear traditional bunads passed down through generations. Viking history isn't treated as something embarrassing to erase. It's part of the nation's story. Conservatives often talk about stewardship, and Norway is a fascinating example. When oil was discovered in the North Sea, the country didn't simply spend every dollar. It created what is now the world's largest sovereign wealth fund, worth well over $1.5 trillion. Instead of treating natural resources as a short-term windfall, they invested them for future generations. The country also has a deep outdoor culture. Hunting, fishing, hiking, skiing, and cabin life remain part of everyday Norwegian identity. Families spend weekends in the mountains instead of shopping malls. Children grow up learning self-reliance and respect for nature. Perhaps most importantly, Norway has maintained a remarkably strong sense of national identity for a country of just over 5.5 million people. They know their history. They preserve their traditions. They celebrate their heroes. They teach their children where they came from. No country is perfect, and American conservatives would disagree with Norway on plenty of modern political issues. But if you strip away today's gotchas and look at the foundations, Norway demonstrates that a nation with strong historical roots, a shared culture, pride in its heritage, and a long Christian tradition can build one of the most stable and prosperous societies in Europe. It has one of the highest standards of living in Europe. Norway is based. Those are lessons worth paying attention to. 🇳🇴🇳🇴🇳🇴show more

Holy shit. Four and a half years. My role... as Marketing & PR Manager at Syscoin has officially ended, and I needed to write this before I posted anything else. So please, stop DM'ing me about Binance AMA's for $200 and telegram trade groups that have all the alpha, and 100k "active" members in them lol. The day I knew web3 was going to be the industry I live and die in started in Dubai. Binance Blockchain Week, March 2022. We threw what I still think was one of the best side events in blockchain history at the time, and from that night forward we had a standard. Syscoin stayed the true web3 vibe that everyone else strayed away from for casinos and meme tokens that died 2 years later. We always had the vibe. The right room, the right people, the right energy. That became the rhythm of the next four years for us. Syscoin stayed imitated but never duplicated over the next four years. Austin. Nashville. Las Vegas. Colombia, Singapore, Dubai, Davos. Medellín, where I first met Fernando Paredes at Devconnect, in a room full of builders who were actually building. Conferences and events all blur together when you've been to enough of them. But the side rooms don't. The 1am conversations don't. Those are the moments that built the network. Those are the moments I'll carry. Through every one of those rooms I had the honor of working alongside some of the biggest names in this industry. VC's, Founders, exchange leadership, protocol engineers, journalists, influencers and KOLs who actually move markets, builders shipping in silence. The kind of access most people in this space never get and with current industry conditions may actually never get again. I never took a single one of those rooms or connections for granted if you can't already tell by my X following. Behind all of it, the receipts that don't fit on a tweet. Over 400 terabytes of content, video, graphics, strategies, brand systems, blueprints, four years of building the marketing engine for a chain trying to scale Bitcoin without compromise. Thousands of hours, research, everything we needed to make it through cycle after cycle with our integrity, honesty and trust intact. Hundreds of strategies and playbooks that never even made it to market. There were good times. There were bad times. Anyone who tells you a four-year run inside a top-tier crypto project was all good times is selling you some straight bullshit. The project came out the other side. The team came out the other side. The work continued. That matters more than the noise. To everyone who made this run what it was. Every founder who picked up a call, every KOL who actually showed up, every journalist who took the meeting, every member of the community who never asked for anything but stayed loyal anyway. Thank you. So what's next for me? This astronaut isn't leaving the field. He's walking into the Wasteland of what he's had to watch our industry become over the last decade. Somewhere out there is the oasis. I'm going deep into AI. AI infrastructure and AI-native marketing, the place where autonomous agents, content systems, and Web3 product strategy actually meet. The next decade will define what the next century holds and I'm here to capture that. I've spent the last two years quietly building in that lane and I'm ready to make it the lane. If you're still in Web3, AI, or the seam where the two collide, my DMs are open. What a ride. — 1DCshow more
