Three quick takes. 1. #CBJ hasn’t played perfect during... this 11-1 run. Still got things to clean up. 2. Despite getting 22 of 24 points, Blue Jackets still outside playoff picture. That’s their motivation when they come back. 3. Defense night & day different than before.show more

❄️UP TO 70 INCHES of PURE POWDER has already... fallen in the Sierra Nevada, with another 1–2 feet of Snow still to come today. Snow has been absolutely PUKING over the last 24 hours, with near-constant rates of 1–2 inches per hour. More than 2 FEET has fallen in just the past day alone. Truly unreal. Ski resorts have been getting CRUSHED. Here are some of the biggest 24-hour totals: ❄️ Sugar Bowl Resort: 30" ❄️ Mammoth Mountain: 24" ❄️ Bear Valley: 24" ❄️ NorthStar California: 23" ❄️ Lake Tahoe: 21" Many resorts are temporarily closed due to extreme snow and wind, but once things reopen… it’s going to be an absolute gold rush to the mountains for this fresh powder. 🚗I would still avoid Traveling today in the mountains if you can. Its going to be awhile until the Roads are passible in many areas. Skiers, this is what dreams are made of ❄️🎿show more

While antis and boycotters are screaming loudly and trying... to dim ENHYPEN light, here’s what’s actually happening: - Social media growth is still rising ENHYPEN now has over 21M followers on Instagram, 14M on Weverse, and tens of millions on TikTok and YouTube, with numbers continuing to grow even during this situation. - Spotify performance keeps increasing ENHYPEN surpassed 7B total streams, and monthly listeners continuing to rise past 10M+. - “THE SIN : VANISH” is still dominating Re-peaking at #1 on Billboard World Albums and staying on Billboard 200 for 10+ weeks, becoming one of their longest charting albums. - Strong multi-chart presence Multiple albums charting simultaneously on Hanteo and Circle charts, while also holding positions in global charts like Sweden, France, Greece and more. - Massive tour demand All 3 days of Seoul concerts completely sold out during presale. - Huge ticket demand Over 45,000 people in queue trying to secure tickets. - Merch selling out globally The MINISO x ENHYPEN collaboration in Indonesia saw stores full of ENGENEs and products selling out quickly. - Continued brand partnerships ENHYPEN were announced again as ambassadors for Dunkin’ Philippines, proving strong commercial value. -headlined a major K-pop festival in Australia, drawing massive crowds. - Ongoing international events They are also confirmed to perform at “Hello Bangkok 2026”, continuing their global expansion and demand across regions. Haters doubted them, and some so-called “fans” even called for disbandment, trying to downplay their talent and erase their impact. But reality tells a completely different story. Growth didn’t stop. Demand didn’t drop. Support didn’t disappear. This situation made one thing very clear: the loudest voices are not the majority!!’ What we’re seeing online does not reflect what is actually happening. The real fandom is still here, still streaming, still buying, still showing up, and still supporting the boys in every way that matters. Real ENGENEs don’t disappear when things get hard. They show up even stronger. So instead of feeding into negativity, let’s focus on what actually matters. Let’s support them louder, celebrate every achievement, and engage positively with each other. Because at the end of the day, love will always be louder than hate. And ENHYPEN? They’re still rising. They still chasing their dreams. They haven’t given up. They are sowing strength and resilience. This is only the beginning. The peak is yet to comee❤️ ENHYPEN FUTURE STILL PERFECT #KeepShiningENHYPEN #ENGENES_forENHYPEN_FOREVER ENHYPEN ENHYPEN OFFICIALshow more

"I only got 3 reps. I should have gone... lighter." This is the most common mistake in the gym. Heavy set, three productive reps, and the lifter walks away thinking they failed. What actually happened: - The first three reps were near maximal motor unit recruitment - High threshold fibres were doing the work - The set ended where the stimulus ended - No fatigue reps were tacked on the back - No junk volume to recover from before next session What didn't happen: - You did not ego lift - You did not waste a set - You did not need to drop the weight by 10kg and grind out twelve The 4-6 rep set has a maximum of five productive reps before fatigue starts compromising the quality. Getting three is 60% of the available stimulus in that range, delivered clean. The lifter next to you doing 12 reps to mild discomfort thinks they had a great set. They got two stimulating reps at best, buried under ten reps of submaximal warm-up under load. You got three. They got two. Add a little weight next session. Try for four. Hit three again, you're still ahead of where the high-rep crowd will ever be.show more

Timeline: 12/23/23: MMTLP open letter is signed and sent... to FINRA and the SEC (Deadline for response: 1/31/24). FINRA responded by the deadline; SEC responded 6 days late. 2/2/24: Dennis Kneale interviews Ralph Norman and asks about (MMTLP open letter response) subpoenas and hearings. (On subpoenas) Norman: "That has to come from a chair of a committee, James Comer is chair of oversight. He signed our letter." (On hearings) Norman: "Yes, and we're going to lead the way on that because at the HFSC, that's our job!" 7/10/24: No subpoenas, no hearing (even thought Norman says "We've had hearings on this." (In his interview with Dan Ball) "It's in the SEC's hands." As if to hang his hat on the charges against the former CEOs which still to this day haven't be ruled on or dropped and it seemed as if Norman was wiping his hands clean of getting us answers. 5/26/25: 479 days since his interview with Dennis Kneale, Charles V Payne had Norman on his show again and asks for an update. More lip service from Congressman Norman. Still no hearings, still no subpoenas. ?/??/25: James Comer says on TV, "In order for a subpoena to be honored in a court ruling, you have to make every sincere effort to invite people to come, then you follow up with a subpoena." COMER SIGNED THE LETTER! Why hasn't he taken the initiative here? Still waiting... still tumbleweeds and crickets, even with evidence of collusion between regulators and industry members before, during and after the halt being completely made public. 👻 The word egregious doesn't even come close to describing how unconstitutional the lack of transparency and justice we have received so far has been. But really. This is overwhelming. I can’t imagine what... that must feel like. 50k is no small number. And that’s from one city. I completely understand yoongi crying back then bc of how big bts was getting. This type of pressure could crush anyone if they didn’t have the right support system. And we have seen this happen with a lot of artists. Just collapsing under the pressures of their fame and global reach. It’s what’s makes bts stand out I think. It’s the way they’re constantly and acutely aware of their impact. Humility runs in their veins. And never once have they ever taken even 1% of this global level phenomenon for granted. It’s so easy to get swept up in this type of power. So easy. We’ve seen empires fall bc of something like this. But BTS are just built different. They surround themselves and each other with unwavering support. They don’t fall complacent. Don’t let fame dampen their passion. They’ve never lost sight of what’s important. Never taken advantage of the love their fans have to give them. It’s why they feel different. It’s why their success feels monumental. It’s why people will always want to replicate everything about who they are or where they came from and their story of how they reached the top. Bc they think bts cracked the “formula” towards success. But there is no formula. No “science” behind it. Just an unexplainable truth that there are certain things in this world that come around but once in a lifetime. BTS are one of those things. Their groundbreaking success has no secret. No shortcuts. Just 7 separate lives that lined up perfectly on that one fateful day. That’s it. And the rest is Bangtan history.show more

Watching this clip again suddenly reminded me of that... incident : when Ling didn’t like Orm’s photo for six straight days, and Orm had to go live just to clarify that she and the other person were “ just friends ” 😂🤭☺️ If you still remember this, you must be a long time fan, right? 😂 1/9/2024: Orm went live to clear things up 2/9/2024: Orm successfully made up with her older girlfriend 😌😍 Back then, both Ling and Orm spoke up to clear things up whenever rumors popped up about them having a boyfriend or a girlfriend ( one even posted a clarification in three languages, while the other went live to explain everything clearly. ) The funny part is, when people started speculating that LingOrm were a couple, that they were each other’s girlfriends and actually dating…. the two of them stayed completely silent : no statements, no denials at all 😚😚😚 #LingOrm #หลิงออมshow more

I have not seen enough about the decision from... Mike Vrabel and Tim Kelly to go for 2 down by 8 last night. Here’s why I loved it: 1) NFL teams this season have been successful on 55% of two-point conversion attempts. The odds were in the Titans’ favor. 2) Will Levis was dealing in the 2nd half. 3) Titans still had all three timeouts and the two-minute warning. 4) Miami struggled to move the ball on offense all night. Their three scoring drives went for 12, 7, and 59 yards. 5) If successful on the two-point conversion, a stop on defense and a TD wins the game. If unsuccessful, you can still send it to OT. 6) Titans offense marched down the field, scored the TD to make it a one possession game and essentially told Miami, “we are going for two because we know you cannot stop us right now.” The odds are in your favor. It’s a good mathematical decision. You want to psych out an opposing offense? Give them the ball knowing they need to run the clock out, or you are going to have a chance to WIN the game, not send it to overtime. They saw what your offense just did to their defense. They saw your QB on the sideline screaming and hyping everyone up. Cutting the lead to six put WAY more pressure on the Dolphins offense. You want to hype up your defense? Put them back on the field knowing your offense just did their job. Put them back on the field knowing a stop and a TD wins it. At that point, they aren’t in the mindset of “we need a stop to have a chance to go to OT.” They are thinking, “let’s go out here, get a stop, and give our offense a chance to WIN.” There’s a fundamental difference in playing to WIN and playing NOT to LOSE. This was a decision by a coaching staff that was playing to WIN. Brilliant game by Vrabel and Kelly. Brilliant execution late in the game by the offense and the defense. Completely out-coached one of the best offensive minds in the game. #Titansshow more

COMPUTER PAINTINGS: THE BIG GRIND Grinding isn’t a side... effect — it’s the foundation. I grind to create. To push through doubt. To give everything I have. If you’re getting a work of mine, you’re getting all of me. That’s the vision. That’s the standard. Here’s how I moved through the doubt and into the work: 👇 1. Quietly introduced the works 2.5 years ago in a Mirror article. A seed planted with intention. 2. Waited patiently. 2.5 years — no hype, no rush. Right moment > fast moment. 3. Announced this drop a month out. Gave it space. Let it breathe. 4. Custom-fit to my ecosystem — 3x scarcer than the signature collection. Humble pricing. Precision > volume. 5. Featured in the Medici Minutes — the real ones saw it coming. 6. Supported early by Cozomo de’ Medici, GVG.eth, Raoul Pal, SuzanneNFTs. Signals matter. 7. Ran a 1/1 auction during the campaign — won by Bharat Krymo. Not just a sale — a signal of weight. 8. Showed up daily. Stayed present. Stayed sharp. Still grinding. 9. Had secondary sales of above 15E within the last weeks 10. Curated the allowlist with care. 90% minting just one piece. Distribution with intention. 11. Onboarded full-set collectors via OTC. Guaranteed outcome, no luck needed. 12. Secured major podcast spots post-mint to share the vision and future. Thank you RD, Sergito ❚ ❚, justinaversano. Still grinding. Still building. Your baby knows your voice, even before they enter... the world. As the senses activate between 24-26 weeks of gestation, the tone of our own mothers’ voice is one of the very first things we experience as humans (second only to her heartbeat, most likely). And a whole host of research (which you’ll be able to learn about in my next book, Wonderment) documents their recognition of - and preference for - mom’s voice while still in utero. But my favorite study on this topic measured this preference in the days immediately following birth. Using a specially rigged electronic pacifier, researchers established a baseline rate of sucking for each participating infant… then they inserted a new variable. When the newborns began sucking faster than their baseline, a recording of their own mother’s voice (reading a story) was activated. If they began to suck more slowly, a stranger’s voice would read the same passages. 80% of the children in the study successfully modified their behavior to hear their own mother’s voice. The next day these kids were brought back to try again, only this time the situation was reversed. This time to hear their mother they had to suck more slowly. And after some experimentation, 100% successfully modified their behaviors to privilege the sweetest sound they knew: their own mom’s voice. I loved this video from the Leslie Rodriguez on IG that shows baby’s response at 3 weeks. Rest assured she knew and loved your voice even before you met!show more

STOP poisoning your babies!! "Day 13 after the 💉... 7:39 am before daycare 5:10 pm intubated because he can’t breathe. Life flight coming to get him. Life flight leaving with him Him TERRIFIED not knowing what is happening. Chronic ear infections needing antibiotics that wreck their gut? Sick shortly after receiving 💉? “When I got to him that day he started to turn blue. I picked him up and held him out in front of me to open up his airway. He was still moving all extremities at that point. Minutes, maybe even seconds who knows, later his arms went limp and fell back behind him. The rest of his body then quit moving in my arms as well. 9-1-1 rushed us to the ER. All tests, blood work, scans, x-rays were normal. They intubated him because he was struggling to breathe on his own. Life flight came and reintubated him because he was uncomfortable. We got to Childrens at the same time they did. They admitted him and immediately took him for his MRI. Dr. Cullimore knew what was happening before we even got there. They had just had 2 children with the SAME thing leave in the last two weeks with it, they came from the same ER as each other. One left a day before we got there…but it’s “rare” right? They asked all sorts of questions. So many tried to blame his daycare provider. I knew that would never be the case. After his MRI she sat us down and specifically said “this can be caused by a vaccine or a virus”. My heart sank. I knew what happened to him. Still mad I didn’t get that on video. If you can plan a nursery, you can take the time to read an insert for your childs safety and wellbeing. My baby was not sick.”show more

Every word still rings true 15+ years on. Mark... McVeigh personifies the greatness Essendon has within & he saw firsthand what it takes to get to the pinnacle. “Remember how bad this feels & go do something about it!” Do any of the players take enough pride & responsibility in their own performance to go that extra mile? Do they have the capability/willingness to sacrifice, nail their nutrition & leaving no stone unturned? Lastly, are they prepared to train well beyond what’s expected at an elite level, not just the bare minimum? Will they battle harder than ever before to become better players? That’s routinely catching up with coaches (beyond the mandatory) watching endless film & create a killer’s mentality that’s willing fight even harder when the deck is stacked against us? There’s so much passion Mark McVeigh can bring to the table, & given he was GWS’ caretaker role when Leon Cameron left, he’s developed a strong set of skills outside the Essendon four walls. He’s not some kind of blindly naive first-time head coach who’ll be out of his depth. He’ll add so much to our coaching panel: whether it’s as the head coach or as a key assistant. Bring Spike back, because he is ESSENDON ❤️🖤show more

Spent a long weekend with a group of folks... in the mountains of Switzerland. All top people in their fields: a senior position in investment banking, CFO of a bank, serial acquirers, PE investors, etc. Some of the obvious observations: 1. Everyone’s busy, grinding, working hard to get things done, to take care of their family. 2. Almost all guys work long hours, be it Friday, Saturday, or Sunday; most folks had their phones on, getting some work done at any given time. 3. Everyone’s normal people - it really comes down to having abnormal goals, desires, and the willingness to do what is necessary to accomplish all that. When you hear folks in their late 30s, 40s, and 50s building and operating roll-up companies that are doing hundreds of millions in EBITDA, in niches you do not even know exist, it’s pretty special. Shows you the importance of focus and mastering your craft. All the 72 hours we spent together was great proof that more events like this need to happen. Going from online to offline, getting out from the day-to-day. Having various short and long interactions with people in different industries... Be it while on the lift coming up from the slope, during a coffee break, dinner, after dinner, 2-3 hour conversations, long walks, and overall brainstorming. Again, very special.show more

I still think Hermes agent is the most slept-on... AI tool of 2026. For literally $6/mo, you can launch multiple subagents that work for you 24/7. Most people don't know you can do this, but it's a complete game-changer. Instead of one Hermes assistant doing everything sequentially, you run specialized agents in parallel, each with its own job, its own context, and its own memory. Practical example: → Research agent: scans your watchlist and competitors overnight, delivers a morning brief → Content agent: drafts and schedules your posts based on what's trending in your niche → Ops agent: manages your inbox, flags anything urgent, drafts replies for your review All three can run simultaneously and improve over time. How to start: 1. Install Hermes Terminal command: curl -fsSL | bash (can also download desktop) 2. Prompting Simply tell Hermes directly: "I want to run separate subagents for [task 1], [task 2], and [task 3]. Set them up to run independently and report back to me." For the cheapest setup, you can use a $4/month VPS with Hostinger, plug in DeepSeek V4 Flash as your default model. There isn't another AI tool with this much value in 2026. Hermes is still so underrated.show more

Month 1: $0 Month 2: $0 Month 3: $205... Month 4: 50,532 This is what actually happens when you stop overthinking and start a faceless YouTube channel the right way. Most people quit in the first 60 days because they see zero results and assume it doesn’t work. But the ones who push through the first two months with consistency usually see their first real payout in month 3. Here’s the simple system that makes this possible: Step 1: Pick one proven niche (history, facts, motivation, or luxury) and stick to it. Step 2: Use AI to generate 30 video ideas in one sitting so you never run out of content. Step 3: Outsource or use AI to create the videos (script + voice + editing) so you can upload consistently without burning out. Step 4: Upload 3–5 videos per week and stay consistent for 90 days without checking analytics every day. The first two months are almost always quiet. The third month is where most people either quit or finally get paid. If you’re willing to be patient for 90 days, this model still works extremely well in 2026. As the Connecticut Huskies attempt to win another national... championship tonight against Michigan, Alabama Men’s Basketball fans still hear the echos of two years ago when the Crimson Tide finally crashed college basketball’s biggest event for the first time on April 6, 2024. Inside State Farm Stadium in Glendale, Ariz., the Crimson Tide’s breakthrough season reached its crescendo in its first Final Four appearance against the Huskies. As a No. 4 seed coming out of the West Region, the magical run ended with an 86-72 loss, but not before the Crimson Tide proved it belonged on the grandest stage. Mark Sears led the way with 24 points, five rebounds and three assists, continuing his March brilliance. Grant Nelson delivered a monster effort with 19 points and a season-best 15 rebounds for a double-double, while Aaron Estrada added 13 points as Alabama fought to keep within striking distance deep into the second half. Stephon Castle scored 21 points, Donovan Clingan had 18 and Tristen Newton controlled the game with 12 points and nine assists. When Alabama clawed back to tie it in the second half, UConn answered with a decisive run. “We got this program to its first Final Four, and I’m unbelievably proud of these guys,” Alabama head coach Nate Oats said. “We just went up against the best team in the country and they showed it.” Two years later, as Connecticut chases another title, that Saturday night in Glendale stands as more than a final score in Alabama history. It redefined the ceiling of a program and created an expectation to get back.show more

I wanted to take a moment to talk about... my early stages in golf and hopefully this helps someone out there getting into the game. This video is from 2013, around 1 year into golf and I was shooting mid- low 90s. My Dad was a teaching pro so the fundamentals came easy. However, all my friends at the time played since they were 5 years old and I felt a ton of pressure trying to “catch up”. Golf never seemed to come easy for myself. I struggled really bad for 2-3 years before I saw any true progress. I was never a “natural” at the game At this time, my main goal was to play college golf so a lot of progress needed to take place. So, we moved to Florida as a family for my dads job and that’s when everything changed. I began to practice each day for 3-5 hours. I realized since I wasn’t a natural, I had to work harder then everyone. My scores began to drop into the 70s consistently after 3-4 years of playing. When I started seeing these results I got even more motivated. To play in college I needed to be posting low scores in competitive junior tournaments. These environments I believe took my game even to another level. I began shooting in the low 70s and 60s on a consistent basis. Getting to this point easily took 5 years of grinding, while some of my friends it took 2-3 years. I did end up playing 4 years of D2 college golf and posted a lot of scores I’m super proud of. My overall point is people progress at different speeds in this game. I realize not everyone can’t practice 5 hours a day. But if you haven’t seen results right away, or even years into the game, never give up. Something might click and everything could change!show more

🪦Here, carved into a 200+ year-old stone, lies the... mystery of Allord Myrick. During a cemetery clean-up last fall, the light hit this headstone at the perfect moment and caught my eye, so I knelt down to read the hand-carved inscription. It said: “Allord Myrick, b. April 18, 1796, d. Jun 1799.” Only three years old when young Allord died, his family was likely distraught by the loss. And in that era, grief was literally carved in stone. Back then, family members often carved markers for their loved ones themselves, which adds another layer to this story. Because it isn’t just the story of Allord, but the story of the family who lost him and chose to memorialize him in a stone that still holds his name more than 200 years later. I wanted to know more about them, but there are no other Myricks buried in this cemetery. So where did his family go? Maybe they’re here too, and the records have been lost to time. Or maybe they moved on after losing their son. We may never know, but it’s fascinating to imagine what the full story might have been.show more

I recently visited one of our supplement supplier factories... and it honestly felt like they’ve already figured out the answers to the market. For years, sellers have struggled with stability in the supplement supply chain—especially when it comes to compliance. But during my visit, I realized staying compliant isn’t that complicated. This factory already has a GMP certificate, FDA approval, and they can help provide the COA. That’s basically everything we need. They’ve also been innovating around market trends and developing creative, in-demand products: 1. Instead of traditional capsules, new formats are trending—gummies in all kinds of shapes (bears, stars, flowers), chewing gum, chewing candy, and liquid forms. 2. Majority products are still playing with shirajit in different ways. 3.Flavors matter more than ever, and the variety is growing fast. On top of that, they use tools to monitor best-selling products across platforms, launch new ones every month, and even create their own white-label lines ready for dropshipping. We’ve put together a full catalog of their supplement products. If you’re interested, just like, repost, and comment “supplement”—I’ll DM it to you.show more
