🚨🇺🇸 2,000 ICE & BORDER PATROL AGENTS FLOOD MINNEAPOLIS... IN MASSIVE CRACKDOWN Roughly 2,000 federal agents are being deployed to Minneapolis for a 30-day immigration and enforcement blitz. One of the biggest in recent U.S. history. This comes as Minnesota faces exploding welfare fraud scandals, Somali-run daycare investigations, $185M in child care payments frozen, and an ICE agent reportedly shot a woman during an arrest. Gov. Tim Walz just ended his reelection campaign, and DHS is moving in hard. Border Patrol unions say Walz and Mayor Frey’s anti-cop stance is putting agents at risk while local leaders may be obstructing federal law enforcement. Source: Benny Johnsonshow more

🚨(Minneapolis) A Border Patrol agent was caught on camera... illegally assaulting U.S. citizens in a public park. In the video, you can see the agent walking down the sidewalk towards a smoke canister. He kicks it not once, but TWICE, directly towards the feet of people trying to get away. And then, he casually turns around and walks away. He was in no danger. The people were not blocking any agents. They weren’t even near the street. And he purposely walked out of his way, towards the people who were walking AWAY from him, to kick a chemical weapon at them. This isn’t just reckless… it’s illegal. Under federal and state law, intentionally using a chemical irritant to harm or intimidate civilians is assault. Beyond assault, this is reckless endangerment and excessive use of force, which violates both constitutional protections and civil statutes. AND he did this in a park, right next to a playground. ICE and Border Patrol agents ARE the criminals and terrorists.show more

Here is the guy and the two ladies stopping... traffic in the middle of the street. You can hear him yelling at the person in the white SUV. You can see the border patrol agents parked across the street in front of the place where they were going to arrest the criminal illegal alien and coming out of their cars. You can then see the two women go right towards the agent who was by his car and stand in front of him obstructing an active operation. It can't be seen in this video but we know from other videos that the guy went across the street to the area where the agents were. The two women and the guy all inserted themselves in an active operation. This is dangerous for officers and for the public. These officers have only a few minutes to get in there, execute the warrant, arrest the illegal alien (who may be armed since he is a criminal) and pull him out into their car. These people are going after these officers with loud whistles, blocking traffic, confronting them. The people out there applauding this behavior, saying that it is citizens' right to do that, or instigating it are putting civilians in danger.show more

ICE is back at the Home Deporto in Everett,... Washington, 11915 Highway 99, detaining another illegal alien in the lot. He wrestled the agents and fought to stay out of the cuffs. News flash. Crossing the border illegally is already a federal crime. Putting your hands on a federal agent is another one. Washington's Keep Washington Working Act bars local cops from 287(g) and from using an ICE detainer to hold anybody, so federal agents have to do these lot pickups themselves. ICE still arrested about 700 people in this state in July. Guess what, lefties. He just booked himself a criminal record by arresting. How do you like them apples?show more

🚨An ICE agent, in Palm Beach, threatened to arrest... a U.S. citizen for standing in his own front yard. The video shows a man filming ICE agents surrounding and questioning a young man, which is happening directly in front of his home. While the man stands on his lawn, recording, an ICE agent walks onto the man’s property, points his finger at him, and orders him to move back 25 feet. The homeowner backs up and shouts: “This is MY PROPERTY!” And yet, the agent continues threatening him with arrest. For what exactly? Standing on his own lawn, while filming government agents operate in front of his driveway? Since when do Americans need permission from the federal government to stand in their own yard? The First Amendment protects the public’s right to observe and document government activity. Property rights don’t disappear because federal agents show up in your neighborhood. And if there was a legitimate safety concern requiring a “25-foot perimeter,” why was the agent able to simply turn around and walk away moments later? The Constitution doesn’t become optional when federal officers find it inconvenient.show more

🚨BREAKING: ICE/Border Patrol agents are assaulting U.S. citizens on... public sidewalks in Minneapolis. In the video, agents are walking down a public sidewalk. A man is standing there, doing nothing but existing in public space. He glances back, and an agent uses both hands to shove him off the sidewalk toward the street, then casually walks away. Moments later, another person is standing on the same sidewalk. An agent pushes them into the street, directly in front of a car, and continues across the crosswalk as if nothing happened. Let’s be clear about what this is. This is assault. This is use of force without legal justification. This is reckless endangerment, pushing people into traffic. This is deprivation of civil rights under color of law. This is law enforcement interfering with lawful use of public space without cause, orders, or any articulated threat. These are members of the community, on their own sidewalks, not blocking anyone, not threatening anyone, not committing a crime. ICE agents do not have the authority to clear sidewalks by force, and they absolutely do not have the authority to put civilians in danger because they feel entitled to the space. If any ordinary person shoved strangers into traffic, they’d be arrested on the spot. When federal agents do it, we’re told to look away. So ask yourself this: If armed federal agents can assault U.S. citizens for standing on a sidewalk, what exactly is left of the rule of law?show more

🚨BREAKING: ICE/Border Patrol agents pepper-sprayed a car full of... children while driving down a street in Columbus, Ohio. In the video, a woman rolls down her window and yells, “La migra.” As an unmarked federal vehicle passes, an agent deploys pepper spray directly into her open window… then speeds away. The woman was not interfering, not blocking agents, not threatening anyone. She was sitting in her own neighborhood with her window down. Agents assaulted her with a chemical irritant, endangering an 18-year-old and three children in the back seat. Spraying pepper spray into an enclosed vehicle is dangerous and potentially lethal, especially to children. Doing so without justification or lawful cause is excessive force and a civil rights violation. When the family called 911 and reported the incident, the license plate came back invalid. This is what an unaccountable federal agency looks like: armed agents using chemical weapons on civilians, targeting families, and disappearing without trace… because they believe they are above the law.show more

🚨BREAKING: An ICE agent just shot another person, this... time in Austin, Texas. The man was reportedly fleeing when an ICE officer shot him. He was taken to the hospital. Driving away does not give an agent the right to shoot you. Under the Fourth Amendment, deadly force against someone fleeing requires probable cause that they pose a significant threat of death or serious injury. Fleeing alone is not enough. Until agents, who unlawfully shoot people, are actually held accountable, this will keep happening. Federal agents cannot be allowed to shoot first, explain later, and expect everyone else to feel safe.show more

Tony Romo’s OWI Arrest and the Right to Counsel... Body camera footage just released on Tuesday shows former NFL quarterback and CBS analyst Tony Romo struggling through a field sobriety test after his recent OWI arrest in Milwaukee. (Video: AI) Officers noted his “red glassy eyes” and the “odor of an intoxicating alcoholic beverage.” Romo claimed he had “zero” drinks, said the test instructions were “too many,” asked the officers if he had passed, mentioned he was heading to his grandparents’ house after the golf course, and even stretched on the police car before attempting the tests. This isn’t legal advice, but Romo was right to want his lawyer. He was wrong to believe the officer had to let him call one before he was under arrest. Once someone is in custody and being interrogated, police must inform them of their right to counsel. Until that point, the safest approach if you don’t want to answer questions is simply to remain silent, comply with lawful orders, and clearly request an attorney after formal arrest.show more

🚨I DIDNT WANT to do it BUT I have... too. You didn’t see this yet. The narrative that “he was just filming and the officers got angry” is false. The narrative that he was only trying to protect two women is also false. He, along with others, was actively interfering with a legitimate law-enforcement operation. That is why officers moved them off the street. That does not mean he deserved to die. When officers attempted to detain him, he resisted arrest. That does not mean he deserved to die. He was armed and chose to insert himself into an active enforcement operation while resisting arrest. That does not mean he deserved to die. An agent called out the presence of a firearm. During the attempt to secure it, the weapon discharged before the agent could declare the scene clear. Other officers, hearing a gun call and a gunshot while a suspect was resisting arrest, reacted according to their training. From their perspective, they were confronting an armed individual resisting arrest. That is why, immediately after the shooting, one officer urgently asked where the firearm was. He believed he had just engaged an armed suspect, because that is precisely the situation as it appeared in real time. He did not deserve to die. However, his actions, his decisions, and his criminal interference were contributing factors, alongside serious failures by the officers involved. I believe the shooting was unnecessary. I believe there were many alternative ways the situation could have been handled. I do not believe the officers were truly under lethal threat. Recklessness on all sides resulted in a man losing his life. Approximately 23 percent of ICE activity occurs in Texas, yet we do not see these outcomes there. Minnesota accounts for roughly 2 percent of ICE operations, yet has seen multiple shootings involving American citizens. The difference is organized resistance. Blue states have coordinated efforts designed to insert civilians into active ICE operations to interfere intentionally and directly. Interfering with law-enforcement operations is illegal, and it is dangerous. This is how people get killed. Resisting arrest is illegal, and it is dangerous. This is how people get killed. Within the Second Amendment community, there is a common saying: “I would rather be judged by twelve than carried by six.” It refers to choosing survival over moral victory. That same principle applies to interactions with law enforcement. Would you rather be right, or would you rather be alive? Make smart decisions when dealing with law enforcement. Survive the encounter. Then take the fight to court. Use every lawful platform available to expose misconduct. Name departments, supervisors, and officers. Demand accountability through evidence and process. But interfering with an active operation, resisting arrest, and doing so while armed creates a predictable and deadly outcome. Was it legal for him to be armed? Yes. Should citizens carry lawfully? Yes. Is it profoundly reckless to interfere with law enforcement and resist arrest while armed? Absolutely. When we carry firearms, we accept greater responsibility. That responsibility was neglected here. It is possible to support immigration enforcement while condemning reckless policing. It is possible to criticize law enforcement while also acknowledging the dangerous behavior of civilians. It is possible to recognize complexity, rapid escalation, human error, and shared responsibility in a fast-moving situation. He did not have to die. Liberty only survives when it operates within order. Nothing about this situation was orderly. When order collapses, lives are lost. He did not have to die.show more
