When you look at how the TMO is used in rugby, you hear a conversation between two officials, no need for screens as all that is being relayed are facts. Black and white conversations of what has happened, not what might have happened, or what he believes happened, a matter of fact. The result of this is that everyone watching knows why and is happy with the conclusion as it’s been caused by the actions of the players and everyone understands why.
