As simple as it looks, this is a big... gameplay feature for Hytale! Carryable Objects will let us add items and resources that are too big or too heavy to fit in your regular inventory. Transporting them or getting them home may become its own little adventure to solve, involving minecarts, special mounts, and eventually new transportation methods to bring them back home. Later on, we also want the carry mechanic to be compatible with a downed combat state, so if a friend is down, you'll be able to pick them up to get them out of trouble. It will also be used to move chests, craft stations, animals, solve puzzles, and much more!show more

My favorite AI workflow lately is my thought-to-post pipeline.... I just go on walks, have a good content idea, ramble it, and have an optimized post in my writing style without typing. It's super simple: 1. Download an AI-powered voice dictation app to your phone (I use Wispr Flow) 2. Go on long walks and let ideas flow - when you get a good one, open Wispr Flow and ramble your thoughts (doesn't need to be perfect) 3. Notes auto-save. These become the core ideas for posts later 4. Open Claude and create a new Project called "Post generator" 5. Use this prompt: "Iโm going to provide you with my own written material, and your task will be to understand and mimic its style. You'll start this exercise by saying "BEGIN.โ After, I'll present an example text, to which you'll respond, "CONTINUE". The process will continue similarly with another piece of writing and then with further examples. I'll give you unlimited examples. Your response will only be "CONTINUE.โ You're only permitted to change your response when I tell you "FINISHED". After this, you'll explore and understand the tone, style, and characteristics of my writing based on the samples I've given. Finally, I'll prompt you to craft a new piece of writing on a specified topic, emulating my distinctive writing style" 6. Now's the fun part: Go to Twitter Analytics and download your top posts (Premium โ Analytics โ Content โ Download button) 7. Paste your best-performing tweets into Claude repeatedly until it says "FINISHED" 8. Take your voice notes, paste them into your trained Claude Project, prompt "make a post in my writing style" 9. Post is ready to go. Polish and edit slightly *if* needed. The AI is trained on how you actually write, not generic content. Your voice notes capture your real, raw thoughts without the friction of typing. I have my best ideas while walking. If I try to write them in my notes app mid-walk, I forget halfway through. Voice dictation captures everything as I ramble. Game changer for turning scattered thoughts into polished posts!show more

When your pain, fear or resentment is consuming you,... no one else can pull you out of the dark, because you ARE the dark. Your mindset. Your thoughts. YOU CONTROL where you work & live, who you live with, what you eat & drink, what time you sleep, how you think, how you feel, how you spend your energy & what you do with your spare time. YOU! These things may feel out of your control but they're not. They're all things we can change if we're unhappy but our MINDSET has us convinced we can't, by playing on our fears of the unknown & our own weaknesses. 'What if I can't find other work?' 'What if I don't find anyone else?' 'I don't have time to cook!' 'I don't have time to workout!' 'I have nothing to feel happy about' 'I can't sleep!' Your life will not change, unless YOU do! You need to change your mindset! No one can do it for you. You can CHOOSE to see silver linings OR just the possibility of rain. You can CHOOSE your HARD... - Struggle through a workout vs struggle to look at yourself & how unhealthy you've become - Struggle to learn a new skill vs struggle in a job you hate. Trying to see beyond your unhappiness, 'bad luck' & bad choices is confronting & can feel impossible...BUT it isn't!! It's possible! Not over night but gradually...taking ONE DAY AT A TIME! Be kind to yourself! Changing your mindset & working on overhauling years of negative thought processes is far from easy but in doing so, you'll reclaim your POWER & take back control of your own happiness. Choosing to go out into the sunshine to drink a cuppa (instead of staying cooped up indoors) won't make your problems disappear...BUT it gives you a few seconds of CALM to REFOCUS your thoughts & a dose of Vitamin D & fresh air, while feeling the warmth of the sun on your skin. In making that choice, you reinforce your self-worth: you deserve time for yourself & you deserve to feel good. It's a simple choice that can completely change how you feel for the better, even if just for a moment. In time, your days can become full of those moments & you'll no longer need to look for the light in the dark. You will BE the light! The beacon of your own happiness โค๏ธ๐ซ #mindsetshow more

Iโve been craving a video editor with motion baked... in, designed to work with my own AI agents. Claude, Codex, whatever I want to use. I donโt want to be blocked by someone elseโs credit system for every little interaction. I also wanted a Figma-like canvas/editor for when I want to jump in and tweak any little detail. So we built it: Video & audio editing: cut, zoom, speed up, add B-roll. Motion, animation, 3D, custom shaders & effects, custom 3D models, dynamic components & templates, audio and beat matching. And itโs all programmable. Design your own assets directly on the canvas, bring them in from Figma or the web, or just let the agent find them, mock them up, or record what it needs automatically. You can even drop in your screen recordings and just let loose. Supercut users: yes, itโll have first-class support for your recordings, but itโll work with anything. Iโm going to be dropping a lot more examples and tutorials, so follow along. DM me for early access if youโre willing to give feedback. Weโll open it up to everyone very soon.show more

โBruce Lee had me up to three miles a... day, really at a good pace. We'd run the three miles in twenty-one or twenty-two minutes. Just under eight minutes a mile [Note: when running on his own in 1968, Lee would get his time down to six-and-a-half minutes per mile]. So this morning he said to me โWe're going to go five.โ I said, โBruce, I can't go five. l'm a helluva lot older than you are, and I can't do five.โ He said, โWhen we get to three, we'll shift gears and it's only two more and you'll do it.โ I said โOkay, hell, I'll go for it.โ So we get to three, we go into the fourth mile and I'm okay for three or four minutes, and then I really begin to give out. I'm tired, my heart's pounding, I can't go any more and so I say to him, โBruce, if I run any more, โ and we're still running โ โif I run any more I'm liable to have a heart attack and die.โ He said, โThen dieโ It made me so mad that I went the full five miles. Afterward I went to the shower and then I wanted to talk to him about it. I said, you know, โWhy did you say that?โ He said, โBecause you might as well be dead. Seriously, if you always put limits on what you can do, physical or anything else, it'll spread over into the rest of your life. It'll spread into your work, into your morality, into your entire being. There are no limits. There are plateaus, but you must not stay there, you must go beyond them.โโ - John Little, โThe Art of Expressing the Human Bodyโ (1998)show more

Hi FGC friends. I picked up a Brooks Wingman... FGC 2 myself from to test some older sticks on PS5 cause of issues using them on PS5 for some games. Did a quick Firmware update through their website here: (Hold the side buttons while plugged into PC and grab the latest update) I then tested all of these myself that didn't work in game for Avatar before that are now working instantly. Hopefully a patch comes out before the event for legacy controllers but I wanted to test this as a backup option while I chat with Brook Converters directly about getting some loaners for pools at the event. So far no issues, timeouts or anything so this may be your a good option for the mean time to use all of your sticks/controllers on PS5 in general. If you're having issues please let me know what controller/stick you're trying to use and I'll see if I have it to try myself. Introducing my new OSS framework: OhSnap provides really simple... way to record and reproduce the data your users saw when encountering an issue (bug/crash), integration in your project should take a few minutes at most. Majority of bugs are related to data you have to deal with and often times we have to work with frequently changing data via network API's. Even if you have access to multiple environments (prod/staging/dev) it's still going to be PITA to reproduce a lot of bugs your user saw, since we often get to them a long time after the bug occured... OhSnap allows you to easily record any data your app downloads, pack it and put it on server so that you can replay it on your device later on, while connected to debugger and save hours of development time trying to figure out what exactly they experienced! Here's a demo of 2 app instances running, and me manipulating what server reply I'll be getting, there is 1 line of code needed to record and reply this data (outside of just setting up your framework). I built this so that I can show dev tool building process for the members of which I encourage you to join if you want to put your engineering efficiency at a different level๐show more

One thing I think AI developers underestimate: Your model... isn't always your biggest risk. Your infrastructure is. A lot of AI apps work great in developmentโฆ Until the provider you're relying on has an outage, rate limits your requests, or a model suddenly becomes unavailable. If your entire product depends on one AI provider, you've created a single point of failure. That's why I like the approach CometAPI is taking. Instead of locking your app to one vendor, it gives you access to 500+ AI models through a single OpenAI-compatible endpoint. That means you can: โ switch models without rewriting your integration โ build fallback routes for better reliability โ compare models as new ones launch โ avoid getting locked into a single provider For teams building with Claude Code, Cursor, AI agents, SaaS products, or automation tools, that flexibility matters a lot once you're in production. Your baby thrives on predictability. Specifically, yours. This week... Iโve been talking about attachment, which holds long lasting consequences for your childโs mental and physical health (not to mention their cognitive development). Secure attachments in infancy occur when parentsโ interactions with their babies are: Warm. Responsive. Safe. And consistently so. Iโve shared lots of important tips in the past. Tips on reading to your child. Tips on play. Tips on language development. But I want to be clear that attachment has nothing to do with the number of toys or books in your home. Or how well you interact most of the time. Attachment is a product of your predictability. Itโs how you interact EVERY time. Itโs what you teach your child to expect from you as their caregiver. Inconsistency in the way adults interact with children - warm and responsive one day and potentially cold and distracted the next - is detrimental to secure attachment. When children donโt know what to expect from day to day, it creates anxiety. And this activates the bodyโs stress response systems. Continually. This is one reason that itโs so important for parents to thoughtfully manage their own stress, exhaustion, safety, and mental health needs. When you arenโt at your best for yourself, you likely wonโt be at your best for your baby. As an aside, consistency is also why Iโve spoken out about viral social media trends that undermine trust and predictability by inserting chaotic behaviors into the parent-child relationship. Several months ago - if you can believe it - it was unexpectedly cracking open an egg on your childโs forehead. This week it seems to be throwing slices of American cheese at/onto your babyโs head/face. (I wish I was making this up.) While itโs easy for us as to dismiss such behaviors as jokes, to young children they are detrimental for precisely the reason some adults may find them funny: theyโre unexpected. But when your otherwise kind and attentive parent randomly acts with callousness - if even for a moment - it breaks a stable pattern. It provides a new data point that suggests you may be warm and caringโฆ but also may not be dependably. And this is precisely what undermines attachment. (The good news is that an otherwise stable attachment is unlikely to be permanently disrupted by one dumb mistake. We all make them. Stillโฆ donโt. Just donโt.) Be kind, be responsive, and do it predictably. Iโll never share the kind of videos I described above. In their place, enjoy this warm and secure interaction between storyoferica (IG) and her happy little one.show more

Infant sleep can be such a tricky thing. Just... as soon as you get reaccustomed to resting through the night, all of a sudden your baby reverts to waking multiple times a night. Welcome to the 8 month sleep regression. Interruptions in sleep patterns often coincide with the development of new skills and somewhere around 8 months youโre due for the biggest of them all. Thatโs because your baby is becoming mobile - and putting all the skills together to roll, crawl, and even pull to a stand in their crib. For infants this is a HUGE breakthrough. Imagine having spent your entire life mostly stationary, with your ability to pursue your own interests - or even adjust your view - subject to the whims of a caregiver. Somewhere between 6-9 months most babies begin discovering a host of new abilities. And letโs face it, some of them are a lot more entertaining than sleep. The good news (at 3am) is that the novelty here is temporaryโฆbut there are some important ways you can help your baby to navigate this period safely. Perhaps the most important one is illustrated in this video. And thatโs adjusting the height of your childโs crib mattress to its lowest level. With newborns and immobile infants, itโs often convenient to elevate their mattress so they can be placed into and retrieved from the crib more easily. But when your baby begins pulling to a stand itโs critical that you lower their mattress to prevent accidental falls. Babies are top heavy and can easily go tumbling out without such adjustments. You may also find that your baby masters pulling to a stand faster than they master sitting back down - which can create a crib dilemma and a need for assistance. You can navigate through this phase more quickly by providing lots of wakeful practice in both standing and sitting, which may involve gently guiding your little one to bend their legs at the knee - or even placing an appealing toy on the ground near their feet to incentivize sitting back down. As for the sleep regression, itโll be over before you know it. And while it can be frustrating in the middle of the night, think of it as a breakthrough. Your baby is reaching new developmental milestones - and about to go fully mobile. This sweet little guy was shared to IG by fesgheliha_.show more

most AI chatbots break when you ask a question... that requires info from multiple sources for example try asking: โwhich client contracts are finishing up this month?โ youโll get a half-answer โ or none at all why? because traditional chatbots only look at small snippets of your docs - they donโt understand how things connect across clients, services, timelines thatโs where knowledge graphs come in they let you turn messy contracts into a web of relationships โ like: "Client โ Contract Type โ Service Provided โ End Date" so instead of guessing from a few chunks of text, your chatbot can search across all your clients and contracts to give accurate answers I made a full walkthrough on how I built this: โ how to organize your contracts so an AI can actually use them โ how to define what matters (like who signed what, and when) โ how to get the AI to figure out what info it needs and where to find it โ and how to feed that back into your chatbot so it gives accurate answers reply โgraphโ and Iโll DM it to you (must be following)show more

Ever tried to get things done while taking care... of a baby? ๐๐๐ Fun isn't it? ๐ It doesn't take long to learn the baby doesn't care about your schedule. You can have a simple plan for the day and watch it fall apart before breakfast. You start making coffee. The baby wakes up. You sit down to answer one email. Someone needs a diaper change. You finally get back to the email. Now the baby is hungry. The laundry piles up. The dishes wait. Projects take three times longer than they should. Sometimes you get half of something done and call it a victory. That's parenting. Your time isn't completely yours anymore. Your attention gets pulled in a hundred directions. Sleep gets interrupted. Plans change constantly. Some days, getting through the basics feels like an accomplishment. And you know what? That's okay. A baby forces you to slow down. You learn patience. You learn to handle interruptions without losing your head. You learn that being productive isn't always about checking things off a list. Sometimes the most important thing you did all day was hold your kid, feed them, calm them down, or make them laugh. The work will still be there tomorrow. The dishes will still be there. The unfinished project can wait. Your baby won't stay small forever. So handle your responsibilities. Get things done when you can. Keep moving forward. But don't miss the point of this season because you're frustrated that life isn't running on your old schedule. One day you'll have plenty of time again. Will you look back and wish you had gotten more done, or wish you had slowed down and enjoyed it more?show more

I think I've stumbled onto the future of building... startups. It wasn't supposed to happen this way. It's 2 AM. I'm editing a podcast, questioning every life decision that led me here. I've already burned through hundreds of thousands on this thing since 2021. Zero monetization. Just burning cash. My business partner's probably thinking I've lost it. We're juggling 6 businesses, and here I am, playing wannabe Joe Rogan. Then it hit me. Not during the podcast. In the darn comments section. I start sorting comments by "contains question" using this AI creator tool called VidIQ. "How do you validate ideas?" "What tools do you use?" "Can you dive deeper on XYZ topic?" These questions keep popping up. Over and over. That's when the lightbulb went off. What if I could turn this into a lead magnet machine? Find questions. Answer them with free stuff. Rinse. Repeat. I team up with Design Scientist to crank out 2 lead magnets a month. (Tried doing it myself first. But it was hard lol) We start pumping out things like "6 Tools I Use to Find Startup Ideas." Suddenly, I'm drowning in subscribers. 10,000 to 20,000 a month. On autopilot. Now, you're probably thinking, "Cool story, bro. But how's this a big idea?" Clarity of what to build is probably one of the most valuable ways to build products people want. You have to understand a niche's problem better than they even know them. Problem: what's the roadblock keeping founders stuck? Segment: group these founders by their specific obstacles. Product: build the bridge that gets them over their hurdle. I use ConvertKit like a scalpel, dissecting these segments. Not by age or location. By the problems they're desperate to solve. Suddenly, I'm staring at a treasure map of founder pain points. And that's when you can build startups to solve their problems. Instead of being a lead factory, you become a startup factory. You use tools like v0/replit/cursor to prototype like a madman. And it makes your life less stressful as a founder. Because you know people are lined up to buy the products. I'm so convinced this is the future of startup building, I've bet $1M+ of my own cash on it. Building startups to solve people's problems. And cool part is this blueprint can be replicated in any niche. The best SaaS ideas aren't in some Silicon Valley incubator. They're hiding in your "free" content. Think of it like this (Isenberg's formula?): (Engaged Audience) x (Targeted Lead Magnets) x (Problem-Centric Segmentation) = Product-Market Fit on Demand Here's the step-by-step: 1. Use AI/software to categorize every single audience interaction by problem type. Build a heat map of pain points. 2. Create ultra-specific lead magnets for each major problem cluster. Think "5-Step Framework for Validating SaaS Ideas" not "Generic Startup Guide". I also use free communities as lead magnets. 3. Forget demographics. Segment by the problem they're trying to solve. Use ConvertKit to build dynamic segments that would make Zuck jealous. 4. Use AI to build rapid prototypes for top problem clusters. Test with your segmented lists for instant feedback. Your next cash-flowing business is probably stuck in a comment somewhere, just waiting for you to notice it. I accidentally built a startup factory at 2am. Happy I did. Sharing in case this is useful to anyone out there. The future of startups: 1. Be a content factory 2. Be a lead factory 3. Be a startup factoryshow more
