Out of his own mouth, #Turtleboy admits that he and Karen Read have known since February (as well as Read's attorneys) that the federal investigation was closed without any targets, arrests or findings of wrongdoing. They hid that from the public and lied about it for months because the trial was ongoing, and Karen wanted to mislead the public into accquitting her. Shameful. There are no "real killers." Several law enforcement agencies investigated this and only ever found evidence to support Karen Read being the killer. Because she is. This is innocence fraud, and it is the antithesis of justice. Shameful.

Hank Brennan is going to make sure that #Turtleboy's bitch ass has to stand up and plead the fifth to get out of testifying against #KarenRead. Side note: Fifth amendment is the right against self incrimination. If there's no chance of (criminal) incrimination, one cannot plead the fifth. It is a LEGAL principle that it cannot be held against someone in CRIMINAL court. But common sense says, if he pleads the fifth, he is admitting to criminal conduct with Karen Read, in the context of her murder trial. Turtleboy is 100% gonna plead the fifth because he 100% broke the law.
