Earlier this week they made one of the, if not the, most aggressive cases ever in court *IN FAVOR* of keeping SBRs/SBSs/suppressors/etc... on the NFA despite the tax being removed by congress (the NFA is a tax, so if there's no tax then...) earlier this year. JEFF CLARK: DOJ is a meta agency. There are no agencies really these days, especially after the big Slaughter decision from the Supreme Court that are gonna be running their own show in litigation. It's the attorney general who runs the litigation for the United States. So if you can control all the litigation positions of the United States, that is a huge responsibility.
