2. "Statins are always the answer for high cholesterol" Diet (omega-3s, fiber) & lifestyle often work better than drugs for many patients. Recent research suggests up to 50% of people on statins could skip them entirely. Big Pharma won't tell you that because pills are profitable, prevention isn't.

I spent 4 years getting a pharmacy degree. My #1 takeaway? They prioritize profit over health. Here are 6 things they lied to me about (& the real truth): 1. "Red meat & eggs clog arteries"

Science now shows lean red meat & eggs barely impact cholesterol. Quality protein sources demonized while processed carbs got a free pass. The real culprits? Processed foods, trans fats, and chronic inflammation.

3. "Low-fat diets are best for heart health" Completely outdated. Healthy fats are beneficial and crush low-fat diets for prevention. The real villains are trans fats and excessive omega-6s. Your body needs fat to function. Cutting it causes more problems than it solves.

4. "Diabetes care is all about limiting sugar" They teach that exercise is just a nice bonus. Dead wrong. Resistance training & HIIT reverse insulin resistance better than meds for many people. Focus less on insulin injections and more on fixing the root cause through lifestyle.

5. "Vitamin D supplements are overrated" Vitamin D is crucial for immunity & chronic disease prevention, even if you're not technically "deficient." The real issue is that most people are massively underdosed. Most doctors prescribe 1,000 IU when research shows many need 5,000+ IU daily.

6. "Salt is public enemy #1" Pure myth. Research shows only about 20% of people are salt-sensitive. The bigger problem? Most Americans are deficient in potassium and magnesium. The sodium scare diverts attention from the real electrolyte issues.

The pattern? Pills over prevention. Quick fixes over root causes. Outdated science presented as fact. This is why I left pharmacy to focus on sustainable health systems that actually work.

An idea...quit checking your cholesterol. Personally, I'm calling BS on all of it. 🤷♀️

Could you take omega-3 and a pill form?

"Why are so many people experiencing life-changing health benefits with Beef Liver? It’s simple: they’re addressing the root cause of their health issues—nutrient deficiency. Try Beef Liver today and discover the difference it can make in your life."

This is correct. I'm glad you're putting this out there. Inflammation has a lot more to do with the correlation between cholesterol and heart disease then high cholesterol itself. 2 people can have the same level of cholesterol, but 2 totally different outcomes. Diet can control.

Thank you 😊
