29 Days without Carbs. I have to admit it’s getting embarrassing. Got out lifted by Beginners who started 3 weeks ago while I struggled with 40 Lbs. Time to put Carbs back into the diet if I want to push real weights.

28 Days without Carbs and I am actually struggling. I have realised that they are the primary source of energy and they are absolutely necessary. Without Carbs, I am unable to lift my heaviest best and I am leaving Gains on the table. I stand corrected. You people were right.

Sasuke watched the world spin in slow motion as Lee circled him without even dropping his ankle weights. The Sharingan could read every move, but the body simply could not keep up. 🍃🌀

Still keeping shoulders days relatively light. 90% range of motion nearly 100% strength, but just enough of a twinge left to keep these days on the easier side. For cycle recommendations Telegram 👇👇 #BeElite #Bodybuilding #Fitness

“When I was younger, bread barely lasted three days before spoiling. Now I’ve had this one for 23 days and it still has no mold. What exactly are they putting inside bread these days?” — Lady

Diligently and consistently training is essential to maintaining your strength and your health. Always warm up your weights moving from light to heavier before starting your sets. Don’t go heavy and start cold, that leads to injury. Also, practice good movement at lighter weights so that you move well when the bar is heavy. Check your ego at the door and have fun! 🤩

We deemed this movement the name "Stahl rotations" named after the olympic champion Michael Stahlhoff who taught this exercise to Dane. This movement will absolutely slaughter your core. I did this 3 days ago and can barely move.😂

“Nigerians, Watch these 2 videos carefully. The Ekiti church kidnap victims spent 67 days in captivity - just 10 days longer than the Oyo victims. From the Ekiti video, many of them could barely walk. While the OYO victims look healthy and clean.” ~English Alhaji

After 5 days of utter grief, Reform UK could well have done without this. Kemi Badenoch has lost any respect I had left for her.

The hardest thing about being an OU softball fan, is seeing the hate and criticism these players and this team constantly face on social media. Behind these amazing players, are even better people. No matter how much hate and jealousy are thrown their way, their strength, faith & passion will never be diminished or taken away. I could never be more proud of these incredible women. Sooners stay winning!

#Krishnavataram began with barely 500 shows and no superstar-led hype. Now the film has crossed ₹22 crore, with families embracing it wholeheartedly. Even Devkinandan Ji has praised the movie. Such explosive growth without star power is impossible w/o public appreciation👌🏾

NADRA just got a green light from a Senate committee to block any citizen’s CNIC for up to 60 days, a move that could cut off banking, mobile services and travel. Security measure or a dangerous overreach? Nukta Pakistan
