Dang! Respect 🫡 My best PR for anything was a 435lb conventional deadlift at 9RPE in the fall. I do the hip thrusts for sure, but usually at 325 for 10-12 as an accessory lift. Do you find that doing these heavy helps with deadlifts or squat?
