51 BILLION INFRASTRUCTURE PROJECT? 💚 Why not? There are 710 Infrastructure projects naman ang naipatayo in the first District of Davao City. No ghost projects. All details can be verified in DPWH.

A CALL FOR FORMAL INVESTIGATION RE: PULONG DUTERTE’S 51 BILLION INFRA BUDGET Seriously? How much more evidence do we need to have in order to finally have an investigation on the 51 Billion infrastructure project of Congressman Pulong Duterte? In yet another document — the DPWH Leaks say that 14 out of 16 line items requested by Congressman Pulong Duterte were granted in the 2020 General Appropriations Act. Zaldy Co first exposed the 51 billion budget if Pulong Duterte… then, even the late Undersecretary Cabral confirmed this under oath. What the hell are we still waiting for? I think the attacks of the Duterte vloggers came too early. Lol! They are too busy labelling congressmen and senators “magnanakaw” after the list of allocable/ DPWH leaks surfaced. Following their logic —- are they going to call Sara Duterte “magnanakaw” too? At least according to this report, 1.5 BILLION! 16 PROJECTS for Sara Zimmerman Duterte and 4 for the fugitive and known Duterte ally Harry Roque! I wonder how the Duterte vloggers will twist this!

Akbayan Rep. Perci Cendaña pointed out that the two highest budget lines under the unprogrammed appropriations are still mainly for infrastructure projects: Support to foreign assisted projects for 97.3 billion pesos; and Strengthening Assistance for Government Infrastructure and Social Programs (SAGIP) for 80.9 billion pesos. We could have invested in health — pero lamang pa ng 3 billion ang Unprogrammed Appropriations kumpara sa DOH budget. We could have invested in education. Pero bakit puro infra pa rin?", he said. In previous years, SAGIP has been linked for the release of funds for controversial flood control projects. The budget sponsor, Rep. Mika Suansing, welcomed the call for the removal of SAGIP — but not yet of the entire unprogrammed appropriations budget. In response, Akbayan Rep. Cendaña called against the passage of the budget with the unprogrammed appropriations: "We have to zero out the Unprogrammed Appropriations budget until we ensure that our institutions are immune from corruption. Further, he noted the 4-year delayed allowances for healthcare and non-healthcare staff during the COVID-19 pandemic, which is also listed under the unprogrammed appropriations: "Inuna pang i-release ang flood control budget kesa bayaran ang mga healthcare workers na nagbuwis ng buhay noong pandemic." #AkbayanPartylist [𝗩𝗶𝗱𝗲𝗼 𝗖𝗼𝘂𝗿𝘁𝗲𝘀𝘆: House of Representatives]

Yes! The Dutertes failed Davao City. Contrary to the 2016 campaign of the former President Duterte, Davao City has a lot of problems and I dare say that if I compare it to others? It is not living to its great potential. One of my first assignments fresh out of college was our satellite office in Davao City. I was there every Thursday of the week and would return to Manila by Saturday. I did that for two years. After six long years of the Duterte presidency and thirty plus years of Duterte reign in Davao City… nothing much has changed, huh? I went to Davao City twice in the past three months -the airport is still problematic (no aircon, disorganized, filthy), the city looks the same to me. And compared to how fast Cebu City develops? It seems as though Duterte failed Davao City. In the press conference of the House of Representatives yesterday, the Young Guns called out the Vice President for blaming the current administration for the flood in Davao City. Congressman Jill Bongalon cited the 51 Billion DPWH fund of Congressman Pulong Duterte during the Duterte administration, if flooding is indeed a problem there… Why didn’t he prioritize that? Imagine! 51 billion pesos in one district?! Then the Vice President would have the audacity to blame the national government for things her family cannot do? Just like Congressman Bongalon, who is also the Vice Chairman of the Committee on Appropriations, I would like to know the infrastructure projects done with the 51 billion fund allotted to his district. Maybe the government agencies can also check who the contractors of those projects are. That’s a lot of money! The 51 billion was aside from the enormous IRA or Internal Revenue Allotment of the LGU fund that was then headed by the Davao City Mayor Sara Duterte. Davao City deserves better!

The Judiciary deserves not just respect in words — but support in resources. We are also dismayed by the cut in the additional budget for the Commission on Human Rights. Pagdating naman sa Unprogrammed Appropriations, I firmly believe that it’s time to stop having this in the national budget. Unang rason: Unprogrammed Appropriations have no definite source of financing. Pangalawang rason: The practice of having Unprogrammed Appropriations is tantamount to undue delegation of legislative power to the Executive. Only the legislature has the power to appropriate. In the past, billions have been authorized to be released without adequate congressional scrutiny and sufficient safeguards. Also, some UA items came in lump-sums, with no specificity or itemization, with no prior determination of, say, real projects and actual recipients. Only the Executive knows how unprogrammed funds are being used, and we in Congress and the public find out only after the fact. This abdication of the congressional power of the purse must be discontinued. This practice has created persistent false hopes and mass deception among the affected sectors and agencies, who have been made to budgetary support when no real funding actually exists. Prime examples of these are the “revised AFP modernization program”, “prior years’ LGU shares”, “support to foreign-assisted projects” and “budgetary support to GOCCs.” I also expressed disappointment on the rejection of the proposed amendments to the Special Provisions on Unprogrammed Funds, as proposed by Representative Tinio, that would have provided additional safeguards against abuses of unprogrammed funds. Therefore, my stand against the Unprogrammed Appropriations is a constitutional imperative and a moral obligation on my part. This Representation votes NO vote to House Bill No. 4058.

Diversionary tactic of Vice President Sara Duterte EXPOSED! The Chairman of the House Committee on Appropriations responded to the video message of the Vice President Sara Duterte last night and I agree that this is nothing but a diversionary tactic. In his speech as attached below, Chairman Zaldy Co pointed out very good points and I highly recommend you watch its entirety. The video message last night was a diversionary tactic to the real issues 1.) the 125 million confidential funds spent in 11 days 2.) Low PISA score 3.) Issues and questions about the DepEd expenditures and a lot more. If there is one thing I want to highlight here, it is probably the part when Chairman Zaldy Co said that Vice President Sara Duterte assured them she can defend/justify the requested confidential funds. And so, let me thank the 19th Congress for disapproving the confidential funds requested by the OVP in 2024. “Pang-apat, paulit-ulit niyang sinasabi, "I will defer to the wisdom of Congress," pero hindi ito totoo.

Sa isang Palace press briefing, diretsahang tinanong si Ruiz: “You vehemently deny that you are the owner of Digital 8, so who owns Digital 8?” _AMPilipino/AngBalitaNgayon #bbm #marcos #jayruiz #duterte #ampilipino

We have received alarming reports of deployment of heavily armed men and restriction of community access in SLS, Kaputian, Island Garden City of Samal (IGACOS), Davao del Norte. In a video posted by Liwayway Magaway on Facebook, armed men are reportedly intimidating Agrarian Reform Beneficiaries (ARBs) to dismantle their homes and vacate lands legally awarded to them under the Comprehensive Agrarian Reform Program (CARP). According to reports, residents attempting to enter or leave the area are allegedly being blocked by these armed personnel, causing fear and intimidation in the community. Based on our information, these armed men claim that they are acting under a legal order. Bakit sila armado? Dapat agarang matingnan at aksyunan ito ng mga kinauukulan, partikular na ng lokal na gobyerno, ng Department of Agrarian Reform (DAR), Department of the Interior and Local Government (DILG), Commission on Human Rights (CHR), at siguruhin ang kaligtasan ng mga residente. In light of this, I co-authored House Resolution No. 502 filed by Kamanggagawa Partylist Rep. Elijah San Fernando, seeking to conduct an investigation into this land issue and human rights concern in IGACOS, Davao del Norte. 📸

🚨PBBM to the Senators: GET BACK TO WORK! This is what he said in this interview: 1. Get back to work. Get back to work because it's important. Ang rules diyan bago ka mag-cancel ng session, you have to inform the other house three days before you cancel a session and there has to be a very good reason for canceling a session. 2. It is a rule that is contained in the Constitution. 3. I'm afraid all these events that we have been witnessing has thrown the Senate and its leadership, the whole Senate, into disarray. It has discredited the leadership and it has stopped the essential business of legislation in government. The two other departments continue to work. The Executive continues to work. The Judiciary continues to work. Why does the Legislature decide to stop working? I don't understand that. I talked to my fellow senators at the time I was senator and we cannot figure out bakit magkakaganto, anong nangyari, paano tayo napunta rito. 4. The best description I can have is that the Legislature is now in disarray. But that is exactly the opposite from what we are trying to achieve. We are trying to achieve some form of stability so that people can get on with their lives, so that people can plan ahead for their future, so that people can count on the assistance of government during this time of an emergency. And we cannot do that if the Legislature decides to stay at home and have a vacation. That is anathema to everything that governance is about. 5. I never imagined in my entire life, in my entire political life, that such a thing could happen, especially to the august — it's no longer august now — to the august body of the upper house, the Senate of the Philippines. ###

The Race for Davao City 1st District Congress Seat! Last night, Congressman Pulong Duterte in a press release challenged Congresswoman Atty. Migs Nograles to undergo hair follicle test. If you ask me, I think it was a result of another media meltdown of her sister, Vice President Sara Duterte. For the people of Davao City, Congresswoman Atty Migs Nograles immediately accepted the challenge. In fact! For accountability, she challenged Duterte to show up at 1:30 in the afternoon to undergo the same test at the same time. In all fairness, although Cong. Pulong Duterte cowardly did not meet up with his rival, he underwent another hair follicle test shortly after. So… Now what? As we wait for another month for the release of the test results, can we go back to the real challenge Davao City really needs to consider? How about let’s talk about legislative accomplishments in the 19th Congress? Or attendance to committee hearings and plenary sessions perhaps? I can confidently say that Congressman Pulong Duterte is neglecting her legislative duties as the representative of the 1st District of Davao City. I can argue about this anytime, anywhere! I have been watching the live streams of the lower house on an almost daily basis and I only see the man for 5-10 minutes in plenary every now and then… after the attendance, he’s gone! Also, there were committee hearings of importance like the legislative franchise hearing for Davao electric cooperatives and he’s never there! Not even in budget hearings of anything! If you are a supporter of Pulong Duterte, you’re free to comment down below any video/ link that he’s actually doing his job inside the House of Representatives. Maybe it was too rare, I missed it! If you are being honest, you only hear he exists if it’s issue-related, huh? I sincerely hope the 1st District of Davao City finally sees this! He still has 51 billion worth of explaining to do! Parang wala na kasing mapiga even an iota of understanding on how oil prices actually work. You make it sound like the Philippines is stuck with the Middle East. Sila lang ba ang may langis? What about the other oil-producing countries outside the region? Yes, a large portion of our imports from the Middle East is crude oil; but the Philippines also sources from other suppliers like Russia, Malaysia, and other countries (possibly Latin America and Africa). For refined fuel, we import from Malaysia, South Korea, Singapore, China and other regional suppliers. Which means: may alternative sources na ang Pilipinas. So, tanong: since may alternatives tayo, bumaba ba ang presyo ng langis? HINDI. Because oil prices are not determined by where the Philippines buys. Prices are set by global benchmarks. We can switch suppliers all we want, but if global prices are high, mataas pa rin ang presyo sa Pilipinas dahil private sector ang nagse-set ng presyo depende sa kung magkano ang bili nila. Alangan naman malugi sila. (Oil Deregulation Law yan). So, the claim that prices will keep rising unless we find alternatives to the Middle East speaks more of your brain’s capacity to understand the oil market. Even countries that don’t rely on the Middle East are affected because the market is global. And like I posted before, the Philippines is a price taker, not a price setter. We don’t influence prices, we follow them. Hindi naman tayo member ng OPEC+ to be able to influence the price. So, again, remind us, bakit gusto mo ulit maging presidente kung basic global pricing mechanics hindi mo gets?

For something she insists has no merit, it rattled her enough to release a video message, not to answer the serious charges, but to desperately attack us and our Chair Emeritus, Senator Risa Hontiveros. She even called the complaint “harassment.” How can something she insists is baseless harass her? Ano ba talaga, ate? Her video doesn’t project confidence, it reeks of fear, poorly disguised as bravado. And why wouldn’t she be afraid? The prospect of Congress impeaching her again grows more real by the day. The Senate, under Senate President Tito Sotto, is ready to do its constitutional duty if the articles reach it. Prepare to go down in history as the first vice president to be impeached, not once, but twice. #AkbayanPartylist

'Kung may dahilan kayo kung bakit ninyo sinimulan ang pangarap na ito, hawakan ninyo iyon' 🥺💗 Uploader Justine Imperial drew admiration online after sharing the story behind his decision to stop pursuing architecture and shift to nursing. Imperial shared that the moment that reshaped his path happened in 2021, when his grandmother suffered a mild stroke while also battling Alzheimer's disease at the height of the COVID-19 pandemic. According to him, the family's struggle to navigate her condition during a time of limited access to professional help made him realize the absence of a health professional in their household. When asked about his message to his grandmother, Imperial said he dedicated his achievement to his grandmother, whom he lovingly calls "Mommy." Imperial also left a message for aspiring nurses who may be facing their own hardships while chasing their dreams. 🚨 #SidraFamily — An Important Point About SidraStart That We Should Understand Many people in the community still look at SidraStart mainly from the perspective of crypto, tokens, payments and listing. But an important point explained by Dr. Mohammed Aljefairi in an earlier video gives us a different perspective on how SidraStart projects are expected to approach business. His message was simple: > Don't build your business around crypto payments. Build a real business first. If you are building a project through SidraStart, your first focus should be: 🔹 What problem does your business solve? 🔹 Who are your customers? 🔹 What is your business model? 🔹 How will the company generate revenue? 🔹 How can the business grow locally and internationally? 🔹 What is the investment/equity structure? Crypto should not necessarily be the foundation of the business. For example, a project operating in Nigeria can accept NGN. A project operating in Qatar can accept QAR. An international business can use USD. The business does not have to wait for crypto payments or an SDA listing before it can start operating. 💡 So what is the role of SidraChain? The blockchain can become an additional infrastructure layer that provides utility when the regulatory environment, payment infrastructure and ecosystem are ready. This is why Dr. Mohammed also discussed the possibility of providing payment gateways that allow SidraStart projects to receive payments in currencies such as USD or QAR, rather than forcing every business to depend on cryptocurrency payments. This is a very important distinction: SidraStart is not simply: Project → Token → Crypto Payment → Listing. It is closer to: Real Business → Real Customers → Business Model → Revenue → Investment/Equity → Payment Infrastructure → Blockchain/Token Utility → Global Expansion. 🌍 Why does this matter? Because SidraStart is supposed to connect real businesses with a wider ecosystem, not simply create more tokens. A strong project should be able to survive because its business is valuable, not only because its token is tradable. And when crypto regulation, payment infrastructure and the wider ecosystem become ready, projects can integrate those capabilities according to the rules of their respective countries. This also explains why the role of partners can be important. Partners can help identify local businesses, introduce them to SidraStart, educate them about the process and support their onboarding, while the appropriate SidraStart/Core Team process handles evaluation and approval. So, even though this video is not new, I believe the message is still very relevant today because many people are still misunderstanding what SidraStart is trying to achieve. Don't wait for crypto to build your business. Build the business first. Let the ecosystem, regulations and payment infrastructure develop alongside it. That is a much bigger vision than simply waiting for a token listing. The President, is building a bridge linking Benue State and Taraba State, yet people in these places are not posting about it. A lot of the projects the President is executing across Nigeria are not being highlighted by residents. Why? You don’t post what he is doing in your city or appreciate it, yet you complain that nothing is being done. Just recently, the Abuja–Kaduna highway has been trending, yet hardly anyone based there is posting about it. That’s not fair. You cannot ignore ongoing projects and then claim the President is doing nothing in your city,it’s not criticism, it’s misinformation. For example, I choose to appreciate what the President is doing in Lagos because it is visible and impactful. The road networks being developed on the island will reduce travel time, improve productivity, and make life easier for residents. When the government does something good, I will say it. Yes, there is inflation, and the government should work towards reducing the cost of living so Nigerians can thrive better. But it is still important to acknowledge the good being done. Please highlight projects in your own cities. Thank you, Mr. President, for your efforts. I know it is taxpayers’ money, but I still choose to appreciate it. Please continue to build more infrastructure. For example,Lagos needs more infrastructure, especially with the level of real estate development going on. More bridges, more road networks etc, this will make life easier for residents and future residents. Even if others don’t appreciate it, I do. THANK You sir 🎥: Nigeria man reveals an ongoing bridge contribution linking Benue State and Taraba State

The fame whore Congressman Toby Tiangco and the Navotas City flood I watched the press conference of Toby Tiangco before the typhoon hit the Philippines. He was asked if Navotas was ready — you can sense the fear as he switched his tone and just like clockwork, he started saying that flood control projects should be assessed within 5-10 years as most have “phases”. He knew that the incoming typhoon would tell the whole country that his district is also problematic. Why are his excuses acceptable and the others’ are not? Please don’t make me laugh. He’s too busy advocating for the narrative of those who are against the administration, he forgot to advocate for what his district needs. What? Flood control projects. He was so busy being in cahoots with Senator Marcoleta and then Senate President Chiz Escudero — that he forgot to do whatever it takes to make sure that his constituents will not be submerged in water again. Yes! Chiz Escudero in his privilege flaunted bringing Congressman Toby Tiangco in the Blue Ribbon Committee hearing as if it’s an accomplishment. Lols. Congressman Toby Tiangco was too busy asking for the list of projects — not for transparency but for his own personal agenda. That he forgot that he needs projects too or is it safe to say that it is no longer his priority? I hate hypocrisy more than anything — this is what Benjie Magalong and Toby Tiangco have in common. Rumors have it! People say that the congressman from the lone district of Novotas wants to run for Senate in 2028 so he is milking the whole Zaldy Co issue. Why else would he antagonize the new Committee on Appropriations Chair when in fact he was a Vice Chair of Zaldy Co last Congress? Why else would he ask the Department of Foreign Affairs to do something that is illegal? It is all for his personal political aspiration in 2028. So I would caution the news channels for giving him the air time. The whole nation wants to hold Zaldy Co accountable — we don’t need one fame whore to push for it. It’s already a popular opinion. Trabaho muna po, Congressman.

Isang mariing “OO” ang akin pong boto upang pagtibayin ang Resolusyon at Articles of Impeachment na isinumite ng Committee on Justice. The Committee received voluminous documentary evidence, heard testimonies, examined audit findings, reviewed certifications from government agencies, and evaluated sworn statements and financial records. And after all these proceedings, the Committee found probable cause and approved the Articles of Impeachment. We saw evidence of misuse and abuse of confidential funds amounting to hundreds of millions of pesos; - We heard testimony regarding questionable disbursements, fictitious identities, and liquidation documents with indications of falsehood and falsification; - We examined evidence of unexplained wealth and billions in suspicious and covered transactions that are manifestly disproportionate to declared and known lawful income; and - We confronted deeply disturbing threats and inflammatory rhetoric that target not only ranking public officials but attack the very heart of our constitutional order. These are patterns of bad behavior. These are habits of abuse of power. These are matters that go into the integrity, accountability, and fitness of a public official occupying the second highest position in our government. Mr. Speaker, let us also be clear: impeachment is not political persecution; it is not a partisan activity; it is a constitutional accountability mechanism. The constitutional process of accountability could not move forward if we shirked our duties in this House, if we dropped the ball in this plenary. I vote YES to affirm the favorable resolution of the Committee setting forth the Articles of Impeachment. Given these compelling reasons — and for the sake of truth under the banner of justice and accountability — Dapat lang litisin na si VP Sara Duterte sa Senado.

Yup, not a model or ambassador, just a Customer, I sincerely hope using her own money. The client lane is considered a higher tier than the influencer lane, and it's often viewed as having more status than the celebrity lane too. In the luxury business world, clients are valued more than famous individuals. It can be tough for us taxpayers while these public figures enjoy the benefits! I'm with all of you on wanting to see her in the influencer lane, so she can show that she's truly working hard for what she has. It just feels like there's something more going on there.

I’m glad people are beginning to see how badly run Governor Jide’s administration has been. There are far more abandoned projects than completed ones, and that is very disappointing. It feels like seven years have passed with very little that directly improves people’s daily lives. Under this administration, you can see a 50-meter road taking almost eight years to complete. Basic infrastructure now looks like rocket science. Many projects are started but never finished across Lagos, both in highbrow and low-income areas. If you want a current comparison, look at Nyesom Wike who is very much a "politician". His administration is ongoing just like this one, yet he has already delivered over 15 flyovers and more than 300 roads. Meanwhile, Lagos has more resources, talent, and access to funds, yet we still struggle to complete any meaningful major bridge. Even the Opebi Link Bridge has been completed for months but is still not in use. Another issue is the state of major roads. The Lekki‑Epe Expressway is a critical road that should be rehabilitated to the highest standard, yet just see the shabby work his team is doing. Why not give such roads to reputable companies like Julius Berger, Craneburg Construction Company, or Hi‑Tech Construction Company to fix them properly? So when are they going to do the finishing if not now? Even the drainage infrastructure in the whole of Lekki today is still largely what was built during the administration of Babatunde Fashola around 2008, with no meaningful upgrades despite the massive population growth, all the interlock laid by Gov. Fashola has been eroded and its less than 7 months to E1..yet no single sign of environmental management. At the same time, the government keeps announcing huge IGR figures, but people cannot clearly see the impact of that money on infrastructure. Roads remain in poor condition and many projects remain unfinished. Is he the only politician in Nigeria??? This is not just criticism; it is a genuine concern. Lagos is supposed to be a mega city, yet under this administration, infrastructure appears to be deteriorating instead of improving. A government should at least deliver visible, tangible projects that people can point to, but that has largely been missing. 🎥: embarrassing shabby work bring done on one of lagos' must critical transport corridor Lekki-Epe Expressway, and AI rendering of a basic and easily achievable finishing
