One masked agent orders a man to put down the pole he’s carrying, so he can question him… while another agent walks up to a man who is setting concrete. The man setting concrete tells the agent he isn’t going to talk to him because he’s working. The agent ignores him and says… “Where were you born? We are looking for someone.” The man tells him he doesn’t care who they’re looking for… He’s working. Instead of leaving him alone, the agent gets in his way, and demands his identification. The man says he doesn’t have an ID on him… So, the agent demands his name. The man tells him he’s a legal U.S. citizen, and that’s all he needs to tell him. The agent ignores that, and keeps harassing him with… Where were you born? Where are you from? The United States? The U.S. citizens keeps trying to tell the agent he needs to work before the concrete is sets, and tries to walk away. And that should piss everyone off. Because this wasn’t about finding the person they were looking for… The agent admitted that he KNEW the man wasn’t their guy. 🚨BREAKING: ICE agents illegally arrested a U.S. citizen for not carrying ID… then dumped him an hour and a half later, miles away, in Minneapolis. In the video, a U.S. citizen is standing in a parking lot while agents illegally racially profile him and try to “run” his information. They can’t identify him. Bystanders repeatedly tell the agents he is a U.S. citizen and that they cannot take him. The agents ignore everyone, walk him to their vehicle, and take him anyway. An hour and a half later, after illegally detaining and transporting him, they drop him off miles from where they kidnapped him. That is an unlawful detention. That is an unlawful arrest. That is government agents disappearing a U.S. citizen because he didn’t have “papers” on him. And this is exactly why you never answer ICE’s questions. The only thing you should ever say to an agent is: “Am I being detained, or am I free to go?” If they are stopping you, they should already know who you are.

In the video, an agent couldn’t catch one man, so he pulls his gun and points it at another unarmed man, while chasing him through a residential area. That is not normal. Pointing a firearm at someone is a use of force. And courts have been very clear… you don’t get to threaten lethal force just because someone ran from you. Running is not an imminent deadly threat. And this wasn’t an empty field. This was an apartment complex… where innocent people, including children, could have been in the line of fire because an agent decided to escalate a nonviolent situation. The agent then tells the man to get on the ground, which he does… and as the man is lying there unarmed, complying, the agent still has his gun pointed at him. Only after another agent says, “I got it, I got it,” does he finally holster his weapon. So, let’s be honest about what we’re watching… This is what poorly trained agents look like when they believe there are no consequences. This is what happens when escalation is normalized, and drawing a weapon becomes instinct instead of a last resort. An agent couldn’t catch someone… so he pulled a gun. A pattern we keep seeing. And every time it starts the same way, someone running away. Running away is not a capital offense. It does not justify threatening lethal force in a residential area, full of families. It does not justify pointing a firearm at an unarmed person, especially when on the ground. 🚨In Key West, an ICE/Border Patrol agent threatened to PULL A U.S. CITIZEN OUT OF THE CAR because he cursed at an agent… then had the audacity to tell the U.S. citizen to “learn your laws.” So, let’s learn them. In the video, Border Patrol agents pulled over a car of U.S. citizens and demanded everyone hand over their IDs. When the passenger says, “Bitch, fuck you,” an agent asks what he said and then threatens to pull him out of the vehicle if he “says one more thing like that.” The passenger correctly asks: “For what? That’s freedom of speech.” The agent responds: “That’s not how that works. Learn your laws.” Oh, we’re going to… Cursing at a government agent is not, by itself, a crime. The First Amendment protects a significant amount of verbal criticism, insults, and profanity directed at law enforcement, as long as it is not a physical threat. The government cannot punish people simply for verbally challenging or criticizing law enforcement. And it gets even worse. After the passenger calls the agent a “fucking white cracker,” the agent asks what he called him… and then tells another agent he is “thinking of calling in and arresting this guy.” For what? Because he hurt your feelings? The government does not get to arrest someone for speech they don’t like. And yes, Border Patrol has special authority near the border. That includes operating immigration checkpoints where agents can briefly stop vehicles, without individualized reasonable suspicion, for immigration questioning. But, that is different from a roving patrol stop. When not operating at a checkpoint, Border Patrol needs reasonable suspicion to pull over a vehicle for immigration questioning. And even at a checkpoint, the agents’ authority is not unlimited. A checkpoint stop does not automatically give them the right to search the vehicle, indefinitely detain people, or arrest someone because they said something an agent didn’t like. The Constitution does not say… “You have freedom of speech, unless a federal agent gets offended.” It says the government cannot punish you for exercising that right. And perhaps the most important part of this entire video is… The passenger knew his rights better than the federal agent threatening him. The agent told the U.S. citizen to learn his laws… But maybe the agent should have learned them first.

🚨BREAKING: ICE agents were caught on video illegally stopping a man in Cathedral City, CA… after racially profiling him… then trying to drag him out of his car and handcuff him. In the video, the agents are demanding his ID, calling it “fake,” and completely ignoring him when he explains that he is legally present in the United States. They already HAD his identification. They just decided they didn’t believe it. That’s not how constitutional rights work. Law enforcement does not get to detain someone indefinitely because they “feel” like the documents are fake… especially without evidence, probable cause, or a warrant. And let’s be honest about what this was… A man was targeted, pulled over, and nearly disappeared into federal custody until his wife rushed over with MORE paperwork to “prove” he belonged here. Think about how insane that is. An American street just turned into an immigration checkpoint where federal agents tried to rip a man from his car without proof he was undocumented. That is the exact kind of unconstitutional abuse the Fourth Amendment is supposed to protect against. Protection from unreasonable searches and seizures. Protection from the government detaining people without lawful justification. Protection from federal agents deciding someone “looks illegal” and escalating by force. And the most disturbing part? If his wife hadn’t shown up with additional documents… what would have happened to him? Because this is what racial profiling turns into when it’s combined with unchecked federal power. And let’s be honest about what this was… A man was targeted, pulled over, and nearly disappeared into federal custody until his wife rushed over with MORE paperwork to “prove” he belonged here. Think about how insane that is. An American street just turned into an immigration checkpoint where federal agents tried to rip a man from his car without proof he was undocumented. That is the exact kind of unconstitutional abuse the Fourth Amendment is supposed to protect against. Protection from unreasonable searches and seizures. 🚨ICE agents pulled a man over, accused him of a traffic violation that his own DASH CAM disproved, then illegally used that stop to demand his immigration status, in Pittsburgh. And this is exactly what it looks like when a traffic stop becomes an illegal fishing expedition… for immigration status. In this video, ICE agents surround the man’s car, with what appears to be a police vehicle behind him. A masked ICE agent aggressively approaches the passenger window while another ICE agent goes to the driver’s window and demands his ID. ICE agents are federal immigration officers, they aren’t local police… So, why are ICE agents the ones surrounding this car, confronting the people inside, and accusing the driver of a traffic violation… while the cop appears to walk up afterward? If this was actually a traffic stop, why is the cop not initiating and enforcing the traffic violation? The driver asks why he is being stopped. The agent tells him he was “riding that guy’s ass” and claims he was following the vehicle too closely. Except there’s a problem… his dash cam video shows the exact opposite. He was traveling in his lane when another car… coming from a merge lane… pulled directly in front of him. That is the moment ICE agents appear to turn on their lights, since the driver slows down and pulls over. So, he understandably says, “Me? I wasn’t following anybody.” The agent doubles down, claiming he was too close and that he “has to be a car length away.” Then, they demand that both people get out of the vehicle. The passenger is taken by ICE, while another agent asks the driver whether he has any weapons. And then comes the real reason for the stop… “Are you allowed to be here? Are you illegal? Are you allowed to be in this country?” The driver tells them he has his resident card and hands it over. Eventually, they let him go. And THIS is where the constitutional violations become impossible to ignore. The Fourth Amendment protects people from unreasonable searches and seizures. A traffic stop is a seizure, meaning the government needs reasonable suspicion that a traffic violation, or crime, actually occurred. Even during a lawful traffic stop, officers cannot prolong the stop to investigate an unrelated matter without additional reasonable suspicion. So, when the alleged traffic violation turns into demands for identification, orders to exit the vehicle, questions about whether the people in the car are “illegal,” and an immigration-status check… the Fourth Amendment comes into question. And the fact that they eventually let this man go, after determining he was lawfully present, makes this even more disturbing. Because what exactly was the point of stopping him? He clearly wasn’t violating any tailgating law. So this wasn’t a legitimate traffic stop…it was a fabricated pretext to investigate his immigration status. And that is precisely why the Constitution exists. Because the government doesn’t get to say, “We wanted to check who you are, so we made up a reason to stop you.” And ICE does not get a free pass to stop Americans, and legal residents, and demand they prove their citizenship. In the video, the U.S. citizen is standing at a gas station when an agent walks up and says, “Let me see your ID.” The man asks a completely reasonable question, “Why?” The agent responds, “Because you’re an immigrant.” And before the man has even been identified, the agents grab his hands and puts him in handcuffs. People standing around immediately start questioning what is happening…asking the agents how they can arrest someone when they haven’t even identified who he is… But the agents ignore them and walk the man to their vehicle. The Fourth Amendment protects people from unreasonable searches and seizures. The Supreme Court has held that roving Border Patrol agents need reasonable suspicion, based on specific circumstances, to stop someone and question them about immigration status. And apparent ethnicity, by itself, is not enough. So, what was the actual legal basis for demanding this man show his ID? Because if the answer is literally… “because you’re an immigrant,” that should piss off every American. You should not have to prove you’re a U.S. citizen before the government decides it has the right to put you in handcuffs. And this is just another reminder that constitutional rights don’t mean anything if federal agents can violate them, over and over again, with no accountability.
