A CBP agent in Laredo chases down a runner who is most likely an illegal alien. The guy is clearly trying to get away, which usually means he has something to hide, like his immigration status. Even after catching him, it looks like they let him go. If someone...

🚨 BREAKING: New video footage shows ICE agents violently assaulting and arresting a U.S. citizen… 20-year-old Mubashir…and it is even more horrifying. The video shows agents slamming Mubashir into metal poles as they wrestle him into handcuffs. He’s not fighting. He’s not resisting. He’s pleading, telling them again and again that he is a U.S. citizen and that he has his ID on him. They ignore him. Moments later, a group of people rush into the stairwell blowing whistles in protest. As they stand there, you hear Mubashir scream in pain: “My hand!” The agents then drag him outside toward their vehicle. You can hear Mubashir tell them again that he has his ID. Instead of checking, the agents assault him a second time. They throw him to the ground, shove his face into the snow, and then forcing him into their car without ever verifying who he is. They didn’t check his ID until after they’d already transported him miles away, to a detention facility, where they tried scanning his fingerprints and face into their system, and only then decided to look at the ID he’d been begging them to check from the start. And when they realized they had brutalized an American citizen? They released him with no medical attention, no apology, and no transportation back to where they took him from. This isn’t “immigration enforcement.” This is lawless violence, committed by federal agents who act as if citizens have no rights and cameras don’t exist. And this is exactly why people need to film, why states like Illinois are passing laws allowing residents to sue ICE agents directly… and why the public must keep demanding accountability until abuses like this are impossible to ignore and impossible to get away with.

🚨BREAKING: An ICE agent pulled a gun on an unarmed man, who was running AWAY from him… into an apartment complex… in Austin, Texas. This morning agents tried to stop two men, who then ran. In the video, an agent couldn’t catch one man, so he pulls his gun and points it at another unarmed man, while chasing him through a residential area. That is not normal. Pointing a firearm at someone is a use of force. And courts have been very clear… you don’t get to threaten lethal force just because someone ran from you. Running is not an imminent deadly threat. And this wasn’t an empty field. This was an apartment complex… where innocent people, including children, could have been in the line of fire because an agent decided to escalate a nonviolent situation. The agent then tells the man to get on the ground, which he does… and as the man is lying there unarmed, complying, the agent still has his gun pointed at him. Only after another agent says, “I got it, I got it,” does he finally holster his weapon. So, let’s be honest about what we’re watching… This is what poorly trained agents look like when they believe there are no consequences. This is what happens when escalation is normalized, and drawing a weapon becomes instinct instead of a last resort. An agent couldn’t catch someone… so he pulled a gun. A pattern we keep seeing. And every time it starts the same way, someone running away. Running away is not a capital offense. It does not justify threatening lethal force in a residential area, full of families. It does not justify pointing a firearm at an unarmed person, especially when on the ground. When agents feel empowered to escalate situations like this, it signals something bigger than one incident... It signals a culture that believes badges override constitutional rights. Threatening deadly force, when there is no immediate threat, is illegal. And it has to stop. Because the next time an agent “can’t catch” someone, we already know how the story can end.

🚨BREAKING: ICE agents were caught on video illegally stopping a man in Cathedral City, CA… after racially profiling him… then trying to drag him out of his car and handcuff him. In the video, the agents are demanding his ID, calling it “fake,” and completely ignoring him when he explains that he is legally present in the United States. They already HAD his identification. They just decided they didn’t believe it. That’s not how constitutional rights work. Law enforcement does not get to detain someone indefinitely because they “feel” like the documents are fake… especially without evidence, probable cause, or a warrant. And let’s be honest about what this was… A man was targeted, pulled over, and nearly disappeared into federal custody until his wife rushed over with MORE paperwork to “prove” he belonged here. Think about how insane that is. An American street just turned into an immigration checkpoint where federal agents tried to rip a man from his car without proof he was undocumented. That is the exact kind of unconstitutional abuse the Fourth Amendment is supposed to protect against. Protection from unreasonable searches and seizures. Protection from the government detaining people without lawful justification. Protection from federal agents deciding someone “looks illegal” and escalating by force. And the most disturbing part? If his wife hadn’t shown up with additional documents… what would have happened to him? Because this is what racial profiling turns into when it’s combined with unchecked federal power. Rights stop meaning anything when agents can ignore valid identification, escalate by force, and only back off after a family member scrambles to prove someone deserves freedom.

🚨An ICE agent hit a U.S. citizen with his car… A man is walking down a public sidewalk… doing nothing illegal… simply filming. An ICE agent turns into a gated entrance, and instead of waiting for the man to cross, instead of honking, instead of yielding like literally every driver is required to do… He drives straight into him. We have already seen ICE agents kill people when someone moves a car near them… …but this agent? He drove his car directly into a U.S. citizen walking on a sidewalk. And when the man says, “You just hit me”… The agent responds: “Move out of the fucking way.” That alone tells you everything about how this agent views the law, and the lives of U.S. citizens. The agent then he tries to twist reality, claiming the man is “interfering” with operations… For walking on a public sidewalk. Filming federal agents is legal. Walking down the street is legal. Running someone over because they’re recording you? That’s reckless endangerment, and assault with a vehicle. And then, it spirals into straight intimidation… The agent starts at the man saying, “Do you want to do something? You ain’t gonna do shit.” A federal agent, taunting a civilian, after hitting him with a car… Trying to provoke a reaction. ICE agents claim fear when it benefits them… …but show none when they’re the ones behind the wheel. This is exactly how people end up dead. And it’s happening with zero accountability.

🚨BREAKING: ICE agents are now pulling people out of restrooms, refusing ID, and taking them without identifying who they are. In Clearwater, Minnesota, a video shows a group of agents waiting outside a men’s restroom inside a truck repair shop. Seconds later, you hear a man yelling, panic and fear in his voice. Then about five agents rush toward the restroom. An agent says, “Let’s go.” Agents pull a man out of the restroom, handcuffed. The man pleads, “I’ll give you my ID!” An agent responds, “Right, right, right…” as they push him out the door and take him away without verifying who he is or checking his ID. Everything about this video is alarming… Law enforcement is not allowed to detain people arbitrarily. ICE agents must have legal authority to seize someone, and restrooms, inside private businesses, are non-public spaces. Entering or removing someone from that space generally requires a judicial warrant or consent, absent an actual emergency. Ignoring an offer to provide identification while forcibly detaining someone raises serious due process and Fourth Amendment concerns. This isn’t about immigration status. This is about the government ignoring the constitution, racially profiling, and grabbing anyone who doesn’t immediately comply with their illegal demands. When federal agents can drag someone out of a restroom without verifying who the person is, and without accountability, no one’s rights are safe.
