It was known as Globarena, and they have a very shady background. 23 students killed themselves because of coempt… Now, I would like to tell you about RFP (Request for Proposal). What happens is the government issues a tender and asks the bidder to bid for it. CBSE issued this tender three times… I have compared the old RFP and the new RFP, and I found some discrepancies… The first discrepancy is that there were three clauses of poor performances which was completely wiped out from the new RFP. In the earlier RFP, there was a clause called blacklisted earlier, whereas in the new RFP, it was changed to blacklisted currently. Why would the board want a service provider which was blacklisted earlier? The third thing I found out is the 50 crore limit, which you needed to qualify, and coempt qualified that by 1.7% … The time frame of corrupt practices was halved, and there were project criteria changes… It shows a pattern that the industry giant TCS was not preferred, but coempt was preferred, which works as a very fragmented group of institutions…”

Around 17 lakh students appeared for the examination, and the answer sheets of each student have been securely preserved. In total, there are 98 lakh answer-sheet copies, with each copy consisting of around 40 pages, which means nearly 40 crore scanned pages were evaluated for the first time by CBSE through the OSM process. OSM is a progressive instrument. Many universities and institutions in India, as well as several institutions across the world, are moving towards this system. It is student-centric and designed for the benefit of students. Through this process, students can transparently access information about their marks, and through scanned copies, they can directly view their answer sheets. It helps address students’ doubts and concerns regarding whether they received fewer or more marks, or whether any answer or section was overlooked during evaluation. This is the first time CBSE has implemented this system in the country. Certain discrepancies have come to our notice, and I take responsibility for them. These issues will be rectified, and appropriate solutions will be worked out. All of us are engaged in this task. We will not leave a single student’s unanswered query or concern unresolved." Press Release : Today, AIMSA-FMSW & AFA,FMGs along with Faculties held a peaceful protest at the NBEMS OFFICE & at JANTAR MANTAR regarding the sudden increase in the difficulty level of the FMGE examination and the poor facilities reported at multiple examination centres. Inadequate infrastructure and an unfavorable examination environment caused unnecessary stress and disturbance to candidates during the exam. We believe these factors, along with the unexpected rise in difficulty, contributed to the unusually low FMGE pass percentage this session the lowest seen in several years. During the meeting, we demanded transparency in the FMGE examination process, accountability for the issues faced by candidates, and a one-time reduction in the qualifying marks considering the exceptional circumstances. We also strongly raised concerns regarding the poor facilities provided at various examination centres. In response, NBEMS informed us that it will constitute a three-member committee to examine the concerns related to the examination. They also stated that they will coordinate with TCS, review the available evidence, including CCTV footage and reports from examination centres, and take appropriate steps to ensure that such issues do not recur in future FMGE examinations. Regarding the demand for a one-time reduction in the FMGE qualifying marks, NBEMS stated that such a decision is beyond its authority and can only be taken by the Hon’ble Supreme Court. We sincerely urge the authorities to ensure that the issues faced during this examination are not repeated in the future. We also reiterate our demand for greater transparency in the FMGE process, including the release of the question paper and answer key, so that candidates can have confidence in the evaluation process and their results. Considering the extraordinary circumstances of this examination including the sudden increase in difficulty and the inadequate examination facilities we request the concerned authorities to consider a one-time reduction in the FMGE qualifying marks and take responsibility for the shortcomings experienced by candidates. In 2009 the Georgia Supreme Court denied his constitutional claims to remove these machines, and then in 2019, the U.S. district court finally banned that system as unconstitutional and then the General Assembly later legalized a new form of voting systems, once again, unverifiable to the voter that hides votes in barcodes. The Secretary of State then purchased the Dominion Democracy Suite 5.5 system, a BMD system, "Ballot Marking Device," and here we are today. But the U.S. District Court has already found that it does not meet Georgia law, but were still used anyway, even though other states and counties, like in Texas, denied Dominion machines because of their excessive vulnerabilities and lack of security. Why and how did CISA, DHS, and the EAC, ever clear these machines for use in our elections?
