🚂 Video clip showing the moment that Special No. 983 train hit a rail inspection vehicle on the Suphanburi Line at 8:35am this morning. Luckily the three railmen jumped clear just in time sustaining only slight injuries. #Thailand No. 983 is a chartered train heading to Suphanburi Station. There’s only one passenger train that does a return trip once a week on this line and so the train was being cautious. Locals would not know the train was coming but railmen should be fully aware. They said they heard the whistle but thought it was a train on the main line.

Whenever certain campaigning around social media bans or Martyn's Law is brought up, I'm reminded of this Mitchell and Webb radio sketch from 2005. A passenger captured the moment an avalanche roared down a mountainside and slammed into a train near Zermatt, Switzerland, on Feb. 17. In video filmed by Kirsten Osborne, an Australian living in the United Kingdom, a child can be heard saying, “Uh-oh!” as snow engulfed the train. Osborne said passengers were stranded for about two hours before being evacuated by bus. Matterhorn Gotthard Bahn, the rail company that operates the route, said no one was injured but suspended service for the rest of the day because of elevated avalanche risk.

This woman stands in the doorway of the metro train. By doing so she prevents the door from closing and the train from moving on. Obviously the other riders are losing patience with this woman. Is she confused? Maybe there is something wrong with her? One rider tries to push her shopping bags out of the way of the door so that it can close, but the door opens again and the whole scenario plays out once more. Is this a person in crisis, or is this someone trying to created a scam where someone gets mad enough to push her out of the way, and she then can sue them for making her fall? Something seems off about this woman, what do you think is really happening here?

🐈 i had a schedule in LA yesterday, so i went there. it’s about a 2 half to 3 hour drive between LA and san diego. so after the schedule, we drove back for about three hours that night. 🐈 i slept on the way back, and because of that, i couldn’t fall asleep at night. so this morning, it was pretty hard to wake up. it’s been a while since i had to get up so early. oh they went to LA yesterday??
