I've always been impressed with how FSD handles rail crossings, but this one was particularly impressive since it shows the difference between impatient humans and FSD. For any doubters, the train passed by a few seconds later after the arms fully closed - what the cement truck driver and other driver did are undeniably stupid.

Concerned for my safety, l recorded a video because I intended to report the incident. .... "In the videos attached, you can clearly see that the driver's eyes were closing while he was driving. The footage shows him repeatedly struggling to keep his eyes open, which put my safety and the safety of other road users at risk." The driver's eyes were visibly closing while the vehicle was moving at speed on a busy highway At one point, the driver appeared to fall asleep while driving and the vehicle started moving into other lanes while his eyes were closed. I had to tap his shoulder to wake him up. A few minutes later, I believed he had recovered, but as we approached a traffic light l noticed that the traffic signal was red and the driver was not slowing down. Instead, the vehicle continued accelerating. When I looked again, I saw that his eyes were closed. Lawrence Reed allegedly poured a flammable liquid on a 26-year-old white woman and set her on fire onboard a CTA train this week is now facing federal terrorism charges. According to charging documents filed in the U.S. District Court’s Northern District of Illinois, 50-year-old Lawrence Reed is being charged with a federal count of committing a terrorist attack on a mass transit system. He is accused of setting a 26-year-old white woman on fire as she rode on a CTA Blue Line train in the Loop on Monday night, with the woman hospitalized in critical condition due to the severe injuries she suffered. According to the charging document, Chicago police were called to the Clark/Lake train stop just before 9:30 p.m. Monday for reports of a woman who had been on fire at the location. When they arrived, they found that victim, who had suffered severe burns to her face and body. When police got onboard a Blue Line train at the station, they found a partially melted bottle, a lighter, flammable liquid and other evidence on a seat where the woman had been positioned onboard the train, according to the charging documents. Surveillance footage from the train showed the woman sitting inside a car, and Reed seated on the opposite side of the train. At some point he allegedly got up and approached her. He then poured the liquid on her and attempted to ignite the liquid. She fought him off and ran to the front of the train. He then ignited the bottle and dropped it on the floor. Reed picked up the bottle, approached her and lit her on fire. The woman got off the train at Clark and Lake. Reed exited the train car and walked away. Bystanders were able to help put the fire out, and paramedics rushed her to a nearby hospital. According to surveillance footage obtained during the investigation, Chicago police believe Reed filled the bottle with gasoline at a gas station in the 3300 block of West Harrison, approximately 20 minutes before the attack. He was seen boarding the train at Kedzie and Congress shortly thereafter, police said. When Reed was taken into custody on Tuesday morning, police allege he was wearing the same clothing he had been shown wearing on the surveillance footage. He also had a burn wound on his right hand, and had in his possession a CTA card that had allowed him access to the Blue Line train at Kedzie and Congress on Monday night, the charging document said. When the bus got to Ijebu-Ode, the driver allegedly spotted a truck parked by the roadside and deliberat£ly crashed the passenger’s side of the bus into it. The passenger reportedly d!ëd on the spot, while the other passengers on the bus sustained injuries. Realizing what he had done in ang£r, the driver abandoned the vehicle and fled to his family home. The police launched an investigation, tracked him down, and arrested him.
