In NYC there was a terrible train clash and the driver was immediately whisked away by the union who then advised him to get a sleep study. They wanted to use an underlying medical condition to overrule a claim of negligence. Such a fucking shameful tactic. City agencies operate with none of the liability the rest of us have to deal with. They always cover for themselves.
