Every morning at 10:30, she put her headphones in and went for her usual run through the quiet roads in Kent. Today, a MIGRANT on a bicycle started following her. Not behind her… right beside her. Close enough that she could feel him. Within arm’s reach. She tried to lose him. She looped the block, changed direction, sped up. When she finally finished and got back to where she started… he was already there. Waiting. She wasn’t imagining it. Women across the UK and Ireland are saying the same thing more and more: they don’t feel safe going for a run, a walk, or even just existing outside in daylight anymore. The staring. The following. I’m not saying it would make him sell, but it would at least bring more attention to how things are being run. Around baseball and the sports world, people should know how poorly this team has been run. I know profits matter, but winning should still be a priority. 🔎✨ Wouter Burger 🇳🇱 People will know how in depth I went about Burger in the summer - and how happy I was to see him in England, I had little doubts that his skill set wouldn’t translate in to a different league. In a season where Stoke have struggled he’s always seemed to put in good to decent performances and I’m really happy he has. He has at times played in a double pivot with Pearson but also played as a box to box and I really like the role because he has attacking attributes that can benefit the offensive side for the team. However he’s a long legged midfielder, can carry the ball, his long strides give him the best chance at getting back at opponents which he does a lot - sometimes mistimes tackles which can definitely be improved because he always seems to be in the right position to make the tackle but sometimes gets it wrong. He can play as the first receiver and can withstand pressure to a high degree, again at times can be rash with his passing but you have to take the teams style into account. I see him playing at the top level very soon, he’s a managers dream, can stick to instructions, still performs in teams that are struggling and doesn’t stop and covers so much ground, with a decent passing range and a good ball striking ability. #potters

I can't say everything was 100% intentional I had alot of ideas about Gura's Ash Again and how the art/message could be interpreted as an internal conflict with oneself but i think these designs worked well for the metaphor of her inner child/innocence , silly goofy who just wanted to have fun vs her as the queen/ruler It ties together well cuz her character originally worked for the king , and then stole the trident to run away because it was boring So her as the queen or future ruler of Atlantis brings her true self anger and confusion and desperation ( hence why she fights ) but her as the queen is just done, angry, and wants revenge, to silence the voice telling her it doesn't have to be the way it is no matter how much she tries to kill that part of her it relentlessly comes back until she can accept it at the end they were never separate people and she accepts there's no reason to fight herself the very last scene with the two of them, after accepting this is her, and that she's the same person except with the power she has now, The scene switches around the places of where they were standing, with hoodie Gura now where the ruler fighting for revenge was taking place as her real self, and her Atlantis self now as the image in her head The Atlantis version of herself does this creepy lean in in some sort of attempt to hug her before they merge, but she has no visible face that she's seen as so powerful and almost 'beyond human' that she'd have no face, rather existing as an image of strength and having achieved "ruling" like this image of what everyone expected her to be still somewhat existing in a whisper because in the end it was her who achieved it tries to guide her one last time Before she's just left as her current self with one path forward I'm just thinking i thought it was a really cool art piece

You can’t bullshit a union member, right? Union workers know the real and understand who is for them. When bullshit is in front of them, they’re able to identify what it is and see through that. That’s what I would really implore my brothers, sisters, and siblings across the labor movement: don’t be snowed by the bullshit. Pay attention, do your research on what Trump has done for workers versus what the Biden-Harris Administration has done for workers, and you will find there’s a huge gap. The Biden-Harris Administration has gone leaps and bounds—not just now but into the future—to secure a foundation for American working families and workers to propel into economic prosperity. What Trump has done is not that. He has told us from his own mouth that he doesn’t want us to be organized. He doesn’t support the right of workers to join unions. He does not support the right of workers to earn overtime or that extra bit of income to have more money in your paychecks to do the things you need to do for your family to survive. He has told you he does not support your retirement. He never supported the Butch Lewis Act. Over a million workers would still be facing a crisis and not being able to access their earned retirement if we still had a Trump administration. There are record numbers of people accessing health care because the Biden-Harris Administration has spent the time to get folks enrolled in the ACA to be able to access health care. These are gains, brothers, sisters, and siblings, that would not have happened under a Trump administration. These are gains that matter to your pocketbooks, gains that matter to your kitchen table because you need food on that table to survive. These are gains that matter to your kids’ future because they need jobs. Not everybody’s going to college. They need good union jobs to help them survive and earn a respectable living into the future. That does not come with that man who does not believe in us. We believe in us as working people. Problems in the bedroom aren’t problems in the bedroom. They’re symptoms. It’s a sign of something going on outside of it. This woman called in because her libido was turned "off." She wanted it turned "on" for herself and for her husband. Once John asked a few questions, he discovered something deeper. She had traumatic events from her past. She had shared some of it with her husband. But not all. She was afraid to tell him everything, so she held it inside. That fear, that holding back, was showing up in the bedroom. We often think intimacy is just the physical act. But intimacy is bringing yourself, all the vulnerable, hidden parts, and letting your spouse see it. When your naked you are exposed and vulnerable. One part of the interview stood out. She had mentioned therapy before. Her husband told her it was a waste of time. If you wife has an issue and she's coming to you providing a potential solution you should pay attention. The message she got from her husband even though he was probably trying to help is either he doesn't hear me, or I'm being dismissed. Your wife needs to know that she can be vulnerable with you and show you what hurts her and not feel like she's going to be dismissed. You want to be a safe place she can run to, not a place she feels she needs to hide from.

tw/ weight loss talk?? idk I've literally cried to my mum begging her to please stop bringing junk food into our house so I can try to lose weight because I've had very bad self control on the past and she always refused even though I desperately want to/need to lose weight, I'm so glad Dream had supportive people around him. Funnily enough, after his scar photo post I've never felt more inspired and for the first time in my life I've been able to be around junk food and have self control. Mentally I've never been this okay around food before. And it feels so refreshing, I don't think he realises how much his post has helped people. Just seeing him as an example and how much he lost naturally and in a healthy way has been so inspiring.

Already feeling a little insecure about her body, but still showing up, still trying. She walks into the store… and immediately feels it. Other girls getting attention. Help. Energy. Her? Ignored. Completely overlooked. So she takes it into her own hands; finds some pieces she likes, holds them up, tries to picture the outfit… That’s when the salesperson walks over. Not to help. Not to assist. But to say: “That’s not going to fit you. Don’t even waste your time.” In front of other customers. And it doesn’t stop there. He takes the clothes out of her hands. Doubles down. Calls her “delusional” for thinking it would fit. Now she’s not just shopping… she’s standing there, embarrassed, shaken, being judged in real time. They picked sectarianism against a woman who spent her whole life fighting for every Ugandan woman regardless of tribe, and they picked it because the charge was never the point. She was brought into that courtroom held up by two people, unable to stand on her own. Days ago she sat upright in her own home, clear and strong, telling the truth about this regime out loud. Now she could not walk into a room without being helped, her body showed the signs of torture wherever they have kept her since they took her. Days missing, her family never told where she was. Then she is brought to court like this and a sane magistrate accepts the charges against her and sends her to prison. She begged. She cried in that courtroom, asking the magistrate for bail so she could simply get to a hospital and have a scan, just to know whether something inside her was broken. She said, plainly, that she would not survive a night in prison without help. This is a woman who sat in the Constituent Assembly and fought for the document that courtroom claims to operate under, reduced to pleading for a scan like a stranger begging at a gate. How do we know that Not Hailey Walbrecht-Sanchez is intentionally lying his ass off? This. Jason has been claiming for weeks that Aidan Kearney told him that he knows Karen will never file wiretapping charges against him because on the recording Karen talked about Adam Deitch leaking information to her and her attorneys and she doesn’t want people to know that. Jason is actually trying to convince you guys that Aidan was blackmailing Karen with a recording of her admitting to being in contact with Deitch. The same woman who told a whole group of reporters with cameras and microphones that she knows that the federal investigation is still ongoing because she heard it “from the horse’s mouth”. The “horse” she was referring to is the US Attorney’s Office. I genuinely cannot understand how someone can watch this story and still stand there, looking at two women, and somehow decide that the wrong one is the victim. On one side, you have a girl (Yıldız) who has been mistreated her entire life. Since the moment she was born, she was treated like a sacrifice for a conflict she was never even part of and later we find out that this conflict never even existed. Her right to study was taken from her. She was pushed into a marriage at a very young age just imagine being six, seven, eight years old, living in fear of being tied to someone you don’t even know. She was treated like a servant in her own home, by the very people she thought were her family. And just when she gets close to the happiness she dreamed of, the man she was engaged to shows up with another wife. She gets mistreated by that wife, by his family, and even (unintentionally) by him, because he was trying to run away from his own feelings, and that only caused her more heartbreak. The whole world was literally against her. She fought through all of that, only to find out in the end that everything she suffered for was based on something that wasn’t even real. Her entire life was built on a lie. That she isn’t even part of that family that she has literally no one in this world. Now on the other side… You have a girl (Melek) who, yes, was taken from her biological mother but she was raised by loving parents. She had everything anyone could wish for: education, freedom, a happy childhood, a healthy environment. She lived her life, fell in love, went out, made choices and no one questioned her, no one controlled her. And then what did she do? She found out that her man was engaged to another woman before marrying her (and even saw him marry her) and instead of holding on to her dignity, she chose to stay, to fight for a man who lied to her, to hold onto a marriage he tried to end multiple times. She used her unborn child to keep him tied to her. She lied constantly, and her excuse was that she was “protecting her marriage” a marriage that was already broken from the moment Serhat removed that ring at the airport in episode one. She tried to hand Yıldız (a woman who had already suffered enough) over to dangerous people. Then she found out the truth about her own birth (that her father ra*ped her mother.)And still no empathy. No moment of humanity toward her own mother. All she cared about was herself. And even though none of this had anything to do with Yıldız, she still found a way to blame it on her. The whole world was literally against her. She fought through all of that, only to find out in the end that everything she suffered for was based on something that wasn’t even real. Her entire life was built on a lie. That she isn’t even part of that family that she has literally no one in this world. Now on the other side… You have a girl (Melek) who, yes, was taken from her biological mother but she was raised by loving parents. She had everything anyone could wish for: education, freedom, a happy childhood, a healthy environment. She lived her life, fell in love, went out, made choices and no one questioned her, no one controlled her. And then what did she do? She found out that her man was engaged to another woman before marrying her (and even saw him marry her) and instead of holding on to her dignity, she chose to stay, to fight for a man who lied to her, to hold onto a marriage he tried to end multiple times. She used her unborn child to keep him tied to her. She lied constantly, and her excuse was that she was “protecting her marriage” a marriage that was already broken from the moment Serhat removed that ring at the airport in episode one. She tried to hand Yıldız (a woman who had already suffered enough) over to dangerous people. Then she found out the truth about her own birth (that her father ra*ped her mother.)And still no empathy. No moment of humanity toward her own mother. All she cared about was herself. And even though none of this had anything to do with Yıldız, she still found a way to blame it on her. Instead of holding her father accountable, she went and made a deal with him to get rid of Yıldız. She literally made a deal with the devil just to hurt Yıldız one more time. And after all of that… you want me to feel sorry for her? You want me to call her a victim? I honestly cannot believe we are living on the same planet with people who see this and still say, “she’s the victim.” Not morally. Not logically. Not emotionally.
