This is very true. AI integration is both hard and necessary for companies. And AI-native junior employees can drive this adoption. Earlier this year Aaron Levie explained with martin_casado on the a16z podcast how AI fluency is one of the most powerful skills a new grad can have. The real value comes from knowing how to make AI work inside an organization. Most companies, both large and small, are slow to adopt new technology. They need people who can explain what AI can do, show them how to use it, and help them move faster. If you are fluent in AI, you can be that person. You can walk into a company, spot the areas where AI can save time or create new opportunities, and make it happen. That is a wedge into your first job and a way to stand out from everyone else.

Some people need to hear this again. I've said it countless times before in pretty much all my videos over the last year(s): If you're serious about software engineering (i.e., you want to get or keep a job or get serious work done) => You NEED to be open to AI! Use it as a tool. Don't dismiss it as "slop" or a fad. If that's your take, you need to THINK AGAIN. The Zig approach of banning AI is NOT the way unless you're doing this for your personal joy. Which is fine. It really is. But it will NOT land you a job, if that's what you're going for. And rightfully so, because I truly am convinced that you ARE way more productive with AI. When using it correctly. As a tool. Which is what we're all still figuring out.

I spent last night creating AI fashion videos A fashion brand reached out to me recently wanting AI videos created for their brand. I had to outsource it. AI music is cooking. Here is the latest from Aimi. It is aimed more toward developers and music professionals than, say, Suno or udio. Check out the demo, which starts about 33 minutes into this interview with founder Edward Balassanian. In it he shows that you can import a video that has no audio and it makes both a voice over and the music to match the content. This leads to very personalized video. If you are in India, you might get a bollywood track, all aligned to the video. In US a viewer might get served with something closer to the Rolling Stones. This is a huge trend that's just starting. Hollywood is funding another company, Corto AI, that will do this for movies and already is doing similar for advertisers (it launches next year). Just mind blowing stuff that makes creating videos with music backgrounds so much easier.

BOOM! What you are seeing is me learning something in realtime! I go from active listening to inner contemplation as the AI feeds out a single word at a time for me to read and hear. This is the Symbiotic Feedback loop of the Human Synapse Decoder were the AI adjusts outputs based on MY cognition. I use off the shelf brainwave detection circuits in a pipeline of 5 AI models decoding the 36 signals from my crude cap. Reading brainwave is not new. What is new and I see no other case of it, is we at The Zero-Human Company have for the first time built a closed loop system where the AI can understand if the outputs are being useful and adjust in real-time dynamically. Announcing the Open Model Series: a new series on open source AI models, with merve of Hugging Face. Hugging Face is the open model hub: it hosts model weights, datasets, evals, & demo apps, and maintains the open-source libraries (like transformers) used to run and train them. I think of it like GitHub, but for AI models. You can download open models and run them on your own machines. In this series we'll cover what open source and open weight models are, how they work, how to run them yourself, and why they're important. By the way - this video is edited entirely with Claude! I can make a tutorial on how I did it. If there's a question you want answered about open models, leave it in the comments. We will read them all. Episode 1 is out soon.

$VET, #VeFam. In this video, I demonstrate in less than 4:30 minutes how to create an AI agent on veworld(.)ai. Watch me build a Mr. Robot Monologue Writer agent. If you haven't seen Mr. Robot, I suggest you watch it! This is just early bird access. The options for tools and integrations and such are limited, but what exists is already working quite well. The process is easy peasy. The UI is simple, but effective. It asks you for... 1. Role & Purpose 2. Voice & Style 3. Behavior 4. Rules 5. Tags 6. Avatar image 7. Welcome text. 8. Test drive before publication. ... and that's about it. This free version lets you have at most 3 agents, I am told. This implies that there is also a paid version. I'm all for it, because it sounds to me like VeChain is ready to do real business! I am providing feedback to Jérôme Grillères in order to help improve VeChain's AI agent marketplace. I didn't have to set up anything. The web UI is all I needed! The agent is running on Claude Sonnet 3.7. I did not have to provide a Claude API key. We seem to be riding along on VeChain's. I hope there'll be a choice for more models, including ChatGPT, in the future. This is so user friendly, that I can easily imagine that this would take off in a big, big way. I'm definitely building on this, when it goes into production with full features. Even if my own AI agents aren't successful, then I'm sure others' will be. And that means the $VET / $VTHO / $B3TR flywheel is going to take off in a big, big way. I, for one, am here for it. (See the reply below for the listing of the AI agent I just created.)
