Google is about to rewrite the rules of online business. For the first time in 25 years, they are changing the way ads work by fully integrating them into AI Mode. This is not just another update. It is a seismic shift in how people search, shop, and buy online. In this video, I break down what this means for marketers, founders, and business owners and show you how to position your brand to win in this new AI-driven era.

ELON MUSK: "With Robotics and AI, this is really the path to abundance for all. If you say people often talk about solving global poverty, essentially, how do we make give everyone a very high standard of living? I think the only way to do this is AI and robotics. I mean this, we need to be very careful with AI. We need to be very careful with robotics. We don't want to find ourselves in a James Cameron movie. We don't want to be a Terminator, obviously. But if you have ubiquitous AI that is essentially free or close to it, and ubiquitous robotics, then you will have an explosion in the global economy and expansion the global economy that is truly beyond all precedent."

This is very true. AI integration is both hard and necessary for companies. And AI-native junior employees can drive this adoption. Earlier this year Aaron Levie explained with martin_casado on the a16z podcast how AI fluency is one of the most powerful skills a new grad can have. The real value comes from knowing how to make AI work inside an organization. Most companies, both large and small, are slow to adopt new technology. They need people who can explain what AI can do, show them how to use it, and help them move faster. If you are fluent in AI, you can be that person. You can walk into a company, spot the areas where AI can save time or create new opportunities, and make it happen. That is a wedge into your first job and a way to stand out from everyone else.

Some people need to hear this again. I've said it countless times before in pretty much all my videos over the last year(s): If you're serious about software engineering (i.e., you want to get or keep a job or get serious work done) => You NEED to be open to AI! Use it as a tool. Don't dismiss it as "slop" or a fad. If that's your take, you need to THINK AGAIN. The Zig approach of banning AI is NOT the way unless you're doing this for your personal joy. Which is fine. It really is. But it will NOT land you a job, if that's what you're going for. And rightfully so, because I truly am convinced that you ARE way more productive with AI. When using it correctly. As a tool. Which is what we're all still figuring out.

UPDATE! Human Synapse Decoder has a massive AI model update! In the video below, this is me learning something in realtime! I go from active listening to inner contemplation as the AI feeds out a single word at a time for me to read and hear. This is the Symbiotic Feedback loop of the Human Synapse Decoder were the AI adjusts outputs based on MY cognition. I use off the shelf brainwave detection circuits in a pipeline of 5 AI models decoding the 36 signals from my crude cap. Reading brainwave is not new. What is new, for the first time built a closed loop system where the AI can understand if the outputs are being useful and adjust in real-time dynamically. The float from Attention to Meditation is vital to understanding. You hear a point, you consider a point. Someday your Local AI will do this and you may just let your AI use other AI. More soon…

Gavin Baker says AI will make video games 90% cheaper to make "In the short term, AI is going to be amazing for the video game platforms. I think AI's impact on video games has been very misunderstood. AI world models are going to lower the cost of developing a game by 90%." "If it used to cost $300 million to make a AAA title like Call of Duty, or $200 million or $100 million or whatever the number is, it goes down 90%." "This might end up being really bad for companies that make video games, because you're going to have a lot more competition. But if you were a video game platform, and we all know what those platforms are, this is going to be really good for you, because there's going to be an explosion of content."

I spent last night creating AI fashion videos A fashion brand reached out to me recently wanting AI videos created for their brand. I had to outsource it. And I’ve also been getting a lot of questions from stylists and fashion businesses asking how they can use AI to scale their content. So I went in last night and created a few fashion videos myself. And I’m adding it to what we’re covering inside AI Income Hub Cohort 3 I want to be honest with you. This is not one of those regular online classes where someone just shares their screen and talks for three hours. The level of preparation going into this cohort is different. We are introducing animation this time around and the things we have lined up are going to change how you think about AI video creation completely. I cannot wait for Wednesday. If you haven’t signed up yet, you still have time Link is in the comment 👇

Blender + Seedance 2.5 is CRACKED for AI animations I made this in a couple hours (not including scripting) and blender made it so much easier to direct the shots in the way I wanted +Made it 3x cheaper to make because I had to do less regens I'm leaking my whole workflow to make these animation ads super high quality like this Here's what you're getting: >Character design workflow >Story board workflow >How I create my videos for as cheap as I can >My blender workflow >Prompt structure >How I ideate and write my copy And more if you want it reply under this + RT this and I'll send it over (gotta be following so I can DM)

BOOM! NEW GROKPOD UPDATE! I just stabilized my new Firehose AI output system! Using my RSVP technology and GrokPod with my AI router selected my local AI model to weigh in. This is the most powerful way to get the most information with the least effort, absolutely nothing comes close. With GrokPod you will get voice in and out and voice in to RSVP out, as well as other mixtures. Other than hacking in to your brain, this is the only way to keep up with AI outputs. It is a super power I built into this garage project. In the specimen video below the AI router detected the subject matter the local AI would be far more qualified to answer as I have 1000s of never seen documents on it. (If you know you know). With my RSVP technology you do not need to waste time and energy moving your eyes or randomly scanning that in many cases loses your place. More soon as I add the audio effect that aids in retention. No one else building AI devices have a clue about this including OpenAI and Apple. You and I have a clue and this is only what I will make public. Most of it is below the water line. There is far more. Iceberg strait ahead… More soon! And thank you for all of your support and kind words.

AI search is changing faster than most marketers realize. ChatGPT is evolving from a simple Q&A tool into a full discovery engine, and in 2026, the algorithm is getting its biggest shift yet. In this video, I break down the 8 major SEO updates that I believe ChatGPT will make that will change how brands get ranked, cited, and recommended inside ChatGPT. If you run a business, create content, or rely on AI for visibility… you need to understand these shifts before they happen.

Most people still aren't using AI. (I know, we're in a bubble on X.) But for the majority that are, they're still in chat mode. And they're only using about 5-10% of what's actually there. In this video, I teach you how to use the other 90%. To be honest, I was hating on chat for a while. Then I took the time to really learn it. And in the process, I found that chat mode has 2 features that are world class and not available in the other modes. I break down what those are, how to use them, and the rest of the features you're probably sleeping on. This video is for you if: → You're a beginner looking to do more with AI → You're already in chat / Cowork / Claude Code and want to learn best practices, token efficiency, and which chat features are genuinely GOATED → You have colleagues who need to be doing more with AI but don't know where to start That last one is the real reason I made this. This is the video you send to your team. I'm doing the same with my network right now. Uncle J, Freddie, Genny, this is coming your way. Hope it helps (if so, show some 💙)

AI music is cooking. Here is the latest from Aimi. It is aimed more toward developers and music professionals than, say, Suno or udio. Check out the demo, which starts about 33 minutes into this interview with founder Edward Balassanian. In it he shows that you can import a video that has no audio and it makes both a voice over and the music to match the content. This leads to very personalized video. If you are in India, you might get a bollywood track, all aligned to the video. In US a viewer might get served with something closer to the Rolling Stones. This is a huge trend that's just starting. Hollywood is funding another company, Corto AI, that will do this for movies and already is doing similar for advertisers (it launches next year). Just mind blowing stuff that makes creating videos with music backgrounds so much easier.

If you’ve never written code before, this is for you. I’ve just launched a course that shows you, in less than 30 minutes, how to describe an idea for an app and build it with AI. In this course, you'll build a working web application - a funny interactive birthday message generator that runs in your browser and can be shared with friends. You'll customize it by telling AI how you want it changed, and tweak it until it works the way you want. By the end, you'll have a repeatable process you can apply to build a wide variety of applications. If you want to try vibe coding, this will be the best place to start! Further, you'll be able to use these techniques with whatever tool you're most comfortable with (like ChatGPT, Gemini, Claude, or others) -- we're vendor neutral. Skills you'll gain: - How to build web apps with AI - zero coding skills needed - How to fix and improve your creations by chatting with AI - A simple process you can use to build other things you can dream up Building with AI is one of the most fun things in the world. Please join me and take your first step! I think you will be surprised at what you can build. And if you're an experienced engineer, please share this with someone in your life who's been curious about building with AI. Come build with me!

David Friedberg: “Gaming is the future of entertainment, and the future of gaming is AI.” @jason: “Friedberg, what are your thoughts on the gaming industry versus social media versus traditional media?” david friedberg: “One way to answer that question is to think about how people spend their time.” “Do you spend more minutes on social media, or on traditional media, or playing games? And how is that trending?” “But importantly, which of those will accrue more benefit, and as a result, drive more hours spent from AI?” “One way to think about this thesis is that AI is going to ultimately accrue to video game entertainment far more than social media entertainment or traditional content.” “If you believe in AI, and you believe in the improvements in productivity, generally speaking, people in the industrialized world will generally have more free time on their hands and be able to support themselves with the deflationary effects of AI over time.” “So if there's more time on people's hands, the general market for entertainment is growing, and if the general market for entertainment is growing, gaming is the future of entertainment, and the future of gaming is AI.” “Because I think you can create dynamic, more engaging experiences that will benefit from a back and forth sort of relationship than you can with traditional content or with social media.” “If you're a noob in Fortnite, like you're an early player in Fortnite, you're mostly playing against AI, because what they do is they tune the AI to be easier to beat so that you can slowly develop your skills.” “What was happening early was they were seeing a high degree of churn in Fortnite because kids would go on and play for the first time and they'd get paired up with kids that were better than them, and so they would never win, and they would get frustrated and they would quit the game and stop.” “So the churn rate was high. So AI unlocked higher engagement and higher retention, and I think we're seeing that in a lot of different gaming platforms now.” “So AI can be used, for example, to maximally increase time, engagement, satisfaction, happiness.”

this is f*cking insane.. Higgsfield just spent $500,000 making a 95 minute AI Film called Hell Grind and they just LEAKED everything.. they open sourced their whole entire system.. the brand briefs, the creative research, the prompting system & every asset they used the system they put together to make this film is genuinely insane. this is not some random AI video or AI slop reel. this is a full professional grade AI film with every single piece of the production released publicly no one would ever just casually release $500,000 worth of professional AI filmmaking material for free. but that's exactly what happened if you're doing anything serious in the AI creative space then this is for you. whether you're making AI UGC, faceless content, animations, short films, whatever. the workflows and prompting systems in here apply to everything. this is the most detailed framework at how a professional AI video gets made . this has ever been released publicly, you're not going to find anything close to this anywhere else. i put together everything you need in one place.. here's what you're getting: > the full project brief breaking down their production system from A-Z with every single prompt they used across 95 minutes > all the video, image and audio assets > the full creative research process > how they maintained consistency across a movie length film RT + reply "FILM" and i'll send it over (must follow so i can dm)

Announcing the Open Model Series: a new series on open source AI models, with merve of Hugging Face. Hugging Face is the open model hub: it hosts model weights, datasets, evals, & demo apps, and maintains the open-source libraries (like transformers) used to run and train them. I think of it like GitHub, but for AI models. You can download open models and run them on your own machines. In this series we'll cover what open source and open weight models are, how they work, how to run them yourself, and why they're important. By the way - this video is edited entirely with Claude! I can make a tutorial on how I did it. If there's a question you want answered about open models, leave it in the comments. We will read them all. Episode 1 is out soon.

When you tell someone AI is going to kill their kids, look them in their eyes. Make them feel your fear. AI killing us all wrapped in academic coldness, is not believable to most people. They're looking for an easy way out. If your face gives it to them, the opportunity is lost. This is from a talk I gave at PauseAI ⏸'s London PauseCon in September about communicating AI risk to the general public. The community that first became aware of AI extinction risk has a strong tendency towards neurodivergence. This made communicating emotionally not important to them. But it is to the rest of us. It's a really big deal and a huge part of the reason your neighbors don't know or care that AI may kill them soon.

#jingjingyu jingjing has been filming a series lately 😳🩷 🐯: let’s just say that today… lately, i’ve been making an appearance in a series. but actually, they said that i’m allowed to say which series i’m starring in. today, i asked the staff, and the staff said i could tell people about it. but i’m kind of nervous about it! i’m scared, everyone! do you get it? so it’s better for me not to say which series. let’s just say that lately, i am guest starring in a series. i haven’t been using social media that much recently because i’ve been filming all day! i haven’t had time to use [social media], or even to pick my phone up. so, after i finished and came home, i come on live for everyone, because there are so many people saying they miss me a lot! and i haven’t been using social media. and this is my look for this series. i look like this. my hair is like this. how is it? what do you think, everyone? kind of curly, fluffy! it feels like a fashion girl. my hair is curly and fluffy like this 🐯: “give a hint”? actually, they said i can say it. let me check one more time. i’m scared, because it would only be me if someone’s getting in trouble. let me see! here! they said i can say it. should i say it? should i say which series it is? i’m scared. i’m very scared! it would only be me who’ll be getting fined! ey~ or maybe i’ll be teasing you~ i’d just tell you this much to make you curious, and let everyone keep being this curious! i’m only telling you this much! everyone, if you want to know, then stay curious~ because i’m not telling you~

BOOM! What you are seeing is me learning something in realtime! What is new and I see no other case of it, is we at The Zero-Human Company have for the first time built a closed loop system where the AI can understand if the outputs are being useful and adjust in real-time dynamically. The float from Attention to Meditation is vital to understanding. You hear a point, you consider a point. Mr. Grok CEO has called this a monumental breakthrough. Someday your Local AI will do this and you will never want to use any other AI system. You may just let your AI use other AI. More soon…
