The moment I switched from barbells to dumbbells my chest went from this to this. I did inclined a lot more that I did flat, coz imo the upper chest is what gives you the most aesthetic look.

The cable press has long been a favorite chest exercise of mine Good stability, great ROM, feels smooth I use these adjacent cables so i can keep my elbows a bit more tucked. And make sure cables are in-line with forearms And as always, go to failure w/ good technique please

Slow stretch, no bouncing. Uses: hits upper, lower, inner, and mid chest when you don’t want a full machine circuit. Result: a full chest pump and a simple plan you can repeat next chest day.

A lot of you told me to stop doing the barbell bench press because of my shoulder. So I switched to the seated chest press machine. Now I've maxed out the stack at 100kg. Where do I go from here? Keep increasing reps? Slow down the tempo? Or switch to another chest exercise? I'd love your advice. 👇
