Goat milk could heal the world. Look around at society right now…. Digestive problems and inflammation are everywhere. Autoimmune issues are on the rise. People are exhausted, nutrient deficient, constantly bloated, dealing with gut issues, mucus buildup, and feeling disconnected from real nourishment. And somehow this has all become “normal.” But what if part of the problem is that we moved so far away from the foods humans traditionally thrived on? Modern diets are filled with ultra-processed foods, artificial ingredients, seed oils, synthetic vitamins, gums, preservatives, and heavily processed dairy products that many people struggle to tolerate. Then people are told their body is the problem, but maybe the food is the REAL problem… Goat milk is one of the most nourishing traditional foods there is. Unlike conventional cow milk, goat milk naturally contains smaller fat molecules and a different protein structure, which is why many people find it much easier to digest and less inflammatory. Instead of sitting heavy in the stomach, many people describe goat milk as feeling lighter and easier on the body. It’s naturally rich in calcium, magnesium, potassium, selenium, phosphorus, vitamin A, healthy fats, and bioavailable nutrients that support the body on a deep level. People have relied on goat milk for generations to help nourish growing children, support digestion, maintain strength, and provide nutrient-dense food during hard times. Goats can thrive where other livestock struggle, turning rough land and brush into incredibly rich milk. And honestly, I think a lot of people would feel dramatically different if they replaced processed foods and artificial drinks with real traditional nourishment like fresh goat milk. Better digestion, stable energy, and less inflammation. Real nourishment instead of empty calories. Funny how society labels ancestral foods as “alternative” while chronic illness becomes the norm. No thank you! Raw goat milk for the win!

This is a very good thing! 🚨RFK JR just announced the New Dietary Guidelines for Americans, and declares WAR on Sugar’s 🔻 Key Changes: - Focus on high-quality proteins and healthy fats; reduce emphasis on carbohydrates. - First explicit warnings against ultra-processed foods and additives. - Lift restrictions on full-fat dairy and natural fats. - Stricter limits on added sugars and non-nutritive sweeteners (avoid entirely for young children). - Support for lower-carb approaches where evidence shows benefits. - New emphasis on gut health via fiber-rich and fermented foods. 🔻 Core Recommendations: - Proteins (eggs, meat, seafood, beans, nuts) in every meal. - Healthy fats from avocados, olives, nuts, full-fat dairy, olive oil. - At least 3 servings vegetables and 2 servings whole fruits daily. - 3 servings dairy daily (full-fat options encouraged). - Whole grains preferred; limit refined grains. - Limit/avoid: ultra-processed foods, sugary drinks, added sugars, excess sodium. 🔻 Why this is so important: These guidelines directly shape federal child nutrition programs. They set the standards for meal patterns in the National School Lunch Program (NSLP) and School Breakfast Program, which provide meals to over 30 million children daily. Schools MUST align their menus with the guidelines (e.g., emphasizing whole foods, proteins, vegetables, and full-fat dairy while limiting processed items, added sugars, and refined carbs). THANK YOU JESUS!

One Of The Biggest Scandals In America & Almost No One Is Talking About It. You Can’t Trust Big Food According To The National Institutes of Health “Cocoa puffs are just as healthier than lean protein” “Big food has been buying off scientists to study some of their unhealthiest products and recommend them as a crucial part of a healthy diet. So now, we have a brand new food pyramid where frosted mini wheats are healthier than grilled chicken. I swear. Primetime decided to dig into this little study today and it was done by researchers at Tufts University, a safety school, and paid for by Fauci's cabal over at the NIH, the so called National Institute of Health. It claims that foods we thought were healthy like meat and eggs are terrible for us and recommends replacing them with junk food manufactured by America's largest food conglomerates. See where this is going? According to these new recommendations, we should moderate our consumption of eggs, cheese, ground beef, and rice, and replace them with foods that are more profitable for the food industry like frosted mini wheats, cocoa puffs, chocolate covered almonds and peppermint lattes. What about clean healthy proteins like chicken, beef, and shrimp, well, they want us to cut back on that. Cocoa puffs are just as healthier than lean protein. Now the government won't tell you this, but most of these junky foods they're pushing also just happen to qualify for food stamps. And you can't buy healthy food with food stamps, but you can buy as many chocolate covered almonds as you want. And so the guys over at General Mills and Kellogg's tier this, and they know their money for studies at Tufts and grants to doctor Fauci have paid off. So did they put these scientists up to it. And what about the NIH? Did they sign off on this? — Rich companies are paying for fake science so they can get richer and you can get fatter and the government is on it. And it's working nearly everywhere, every school, hospital, prison cafeteria, they all get the same stuff and the same guidance. And it's not gonna end here. Soon, we're all gonna be eating Frosted Mini Wheats for breakfast, lunch, and dinner. What could go wrong?”

New: Joe Rogan shocks Clint Eastwood’s son Scott Eastwood by revealing that the government demonized raw milk that is actually healthy for humans: ROGAN: “Raw milk is really good for you. When you drink raw milk you’re getting all these natural enzymes that haven’t been killed off from the pasteurization process.” EASTWOOD: “I just got back from Europe and my body felt so much better there. What’s going on with that?” ROGAN: “It’s our food. Our food is bad. If you drink a glass of homogenized pasteurized milk your body has no idea what it is. That stuff can just sit on the shelf for months which is crazy. Raw milk is only good for a few days which is how it’s supposed to be.” EASTWOOD: “I can’t digest American cheese, but I can eat cheese in Italy no problem. They explained to me they have this 4-6 hour process that removes the lactose. In America we just slap it in and send it out.” ROGAN: “The people on the left used to care about avoiding chemicals and processed foods, but since all these positive health movements are associated with Trump and RFK Jr they’re rejecting something that’s good for everybody. They thinks it’s some right wing anti-science position now. You guys are being brainwashed. We should all be eating organic food.” EASTWOOD: “How is this even an argument? People should all want what’s for the betterment of society.” ROGAN: “Americans are some of the sickest and fattest people on Planet Earth while also being the most wealthy country.”

🤯GENIUS HEALTHY LAVA CAKE DESSERT This is without a doubt the best high protein dessert Ive made and yes it includes cottage cheese! It packs 43g protein and 400 calories for the entire batch, which you can easily divide into 2 or 3 servings. It’s also rich and chocolatey, and you can add as many chocolate chips as you desire to make taste even better! Here is how I made it: Ingredients: 8oz cottage cheese (half a 16oz tub) 2 eggs 4 tbsp powdered monkfruit (or sweetener of choice) 3 tbsp cacao powder (use 2.5 tbsp if you want it less rich) Small splash of vanilla extract Optional but highly recommended: a sprinkle of sugar free or chocolate chips 1️⃣ First, the cottage cheese. I processed 8oz cottage cheese in a small food processor until smooth to get rid of the curds. Transfer to a small oven-safe bowl. 2️⃣ To the processed cottage cheese, crack in 2 eggs 3️⃣ Add the cacao powder (I use 3 tbsp … sometimes more… but I like it really rich) 4️⃣ Stir in 3 to 4 tbsp of powdered monkfruit or preferred sweetener. Make sure it’s POWDERED. That is key 5️⃣ Add a splash of vanilla extract and mix thoroughly till you have a nice smooth batter. 6️⃣ Sprinkle chocolate chips on top, if desired, shake it so it somewhat submerges into the cake to get you the lava cake feel. Again, use as many as you like 7️⃣ Pop it into the oven and bake at 350°F for 33-35 mins. 8️⃣ Remove, let cool for two or three mins. This is such an easy lowcarb dessert, it’s also protein packed and perfect for a healthy dessert meal prep! If you try it, be sure to let me know on SHREDHAPPENS! ENJOY . . . #healthyrecipes #lowcarbrecipes #lowcarb #keto #highprotein
