On Friday in Evanston, Illinois, chaos ensued when a red car slammed into the back of a DHS vehicle. The car had been tailing the agents in their SUV to warn neighbors of their presence. After the car rear-ended DHS, the driver of the car, passenger, and one other person were arrested. The Trump administration confirmed all three are US citizens. At one point during the arrests, a woman tried to help an arrested woman escape. An agent caught that attempt in the act and threw the helper to the side so he could shove the arrested woman back in the SUV. He then pulled his gun out to defend himself. The man in the green shirt on the ground was handcuffed and arrested. During his arrest, he resisted and was subdued by agents on top of him. Eventually the SUV sped off with the agents and the arrested Americans. The red car was towed away. The crowd had been completely out of control. Mohammad Abdessamed, driving a Chevy Malibu, lost control near Whitlock and Warwick on the west side Thursday. His car smashed through a gated fence, hit a garage, and a metal pole went straight through his upper body. He’s in critical condition. Home surveillance caught the impact. 🚨BREAKING: An ICE agent has FINALLY been charged, with TWO felony assault charges, for pointing a gun at U.S. citizens, in Minneapolis. And a nationwide warrant has been issued for his arrest. According to the criminal complaint, Gregory Morgan, 35, was driving an unmarked SUV on the shoulder of Highway 62… flying past traffic to bypass a rush-hour bottleneck. When another driver briefly moved over to slow him down, Morgan didn’t just move on… He pulled alongside their car, rolled down his window, and pointed a gun directly at both people inside while still driving. The victims called 911, saying they thought a random person was aiming a gun at them. One even recorded video of the SUV, which helped investigators track him down. Morgan later said the same line every ICE agent says… He pulled the gun because he “feared for his safety” and yelled, “police.” But, prosecutors say he wasn’t responding to any emergency or operation… he was simply heading back to a federal building to end his shift. When another driver briefly moved over to slow him down, Morgan didn’t just move on… He pulled alongside their car, rolled down his window, and pointed a gun directly at both people inside while still driving. Morgan later said the same line every ICE agent says… He pulled the gun because he “feared for his safety” and yelled, “police.” But, prosecutors say he wasn’t responding to any emergency or operation… he was simply heading back to a federal building to end his shift. Surveillance footage shows him riding the shoulder, pulling up next to the victims, and staying there for several seconds before speeding off and merging back into traffic. He’s now facing two counts of second-degree assault with a dangerous weapon, each carrying up to seven years in prison, and a nationwide warrant has been issued for his arrest.
