Apple just announced Apple Upgrade, a new program that lets you lease an iPhone, iPad, Mac or Apple Watch. Details in the video below. For some reason, leasing a laptop feels so much weirder to me than leasing a phone but I bet a lot of people will do it.

But if we have to make a phone, we will, but we will aspire not to make a phone. BREAKING: Conservative commentator Glenn Beck has reportedly been banned from Apple/iTunes without any explanation. First I must say, I completely disagree with so much of what Glenn Beck has to say, and I think a lot of his politics are absurd. With that said, if Beck has actually been banned merely for voicing his free speech, I think it’s wrong of Apple to do. It will be interesting to see what reason Apple gives for this banning, or if it was done by mistake. I am unaware of any recent major controversy, or hateful over-the-top message that Beck has spread over the airwaves. What are your thoughts? Do you support Glenn Beck’s free speech or do you believe that for some reason Apple should ban his podcast?
