This Should Make You Furious “A trusted teacher on a high school campus, recruiting prostitutes from her students to work for her son as their prostitutes” She “Was allowed to remain on this campus after it was brought to the school administrators attention” “This is one of the most horrendous stories we have ever had to deal with. And my history as an activist” “This was brought to their attention but the same administrators, instead of thoroughly investigating the complaint, they retaliated against the teacher who brought it to their attention when I spoke with the district the other day.” “They swore for God that they had no information about this until law enforcement called them and say, we're going to arrest Ms. Grisby today. Well, I say to Klein, Kane administrators, you are a damn lie. We got the proof.” — “Law enforcement went to her house about her daughter who was one of the victims and she came the next day and informed the school of what was happening in detail in a statement about the prostitutes ring, who's the teacher that was involved, and the young man's name that was involved. And the school district took a statement in the office with the principal and the district representative. And now you lying snakes want to tell the public that you have no idea about Miss Grisby. Oh no, that's a lie. We got it right here. We got text messages where she's texting back and forth with school administrators talking about what she brought to their attention. But yet they did nothing. The principal should be terminated.” There’s a lot more crazy info in this video, it’s absolutely disgusting this keeps happening in America. The predators are always protected. Why Does This Keep Happening In America?

An old student of Tema Senior High School in the Greater Accra Region has confirmed to me that this is the situation in the school. How would students in situations like this turn out if the government pays their school fees but neglects to provide for their teaching and learning needs? The heads of schools are afraid to complain because they fear victimisation from the government. At the end of the day, the government boasts about the numbers that go through secondary school and credits that to the Free SHS policy. But would you like your son or daughter to go through this? This is a school in the Greater Accra Region. Some rural basic and secondary schools are worse than this.

A 16-year-old Class 10 student died after falling from a school building at DVS Residential School in #Karnataka’s #Chitradurga district on Monday morning. The incident occurred at around 7.14 am. The student, identified as Kotresh, was rushed to hospital but was declared dead on arrival. CCTV footage from the hostel premises has captured the entire episode, police said. According to preliminary information, the circumstances leading to the fall are under investigation. The case has been registered at Bharamasagara police station, and officials said the exact cause of death is yet to be established. In a written complaint, the student’s father, Gurulingayya, alleged that his son had informed him a day earlier — on February 15 — about harassment by hostel wardens identified as Deepa and Nagaraj. He claimed that he had brought the matter to the attention of the school principal but that no enquiry or action was initiated. The father has alleged that his son was under mental distress due to the purported harassment and has held the wardens, the principal and the school management responsible for the death, seeking legal action against them. Family members further claimed they were not immediately informed about the incident and that the student was shifted to hospital by the school authorities. Police said a formal FIR has been registered, and further investigation is underway, including examination of CCTV footage and statements from school staff and students.

The students at the Philadelphia High School of Performing Arts walked out because of a new dress code. No plunging necklines, back lines, midriffs, short shorts. Students are taken out of class if they violate the code and their parents are called to bring appropriate clothing. This is all in spite of a school district wide rule that children cannot be taken out of class because of clothing. Does the school district or the school have to change their policy? What is your opinion on dress codes?

PARENTS SUE: A New Jersey school district is facing a major lawsuit after refusing to notify parents when their children socially transition their gender identity at school — despite the Supreme Court ruling against exactly this kind of policy. The School District of the Chathams allows students to change their name in official records, use bathrooms and locker rooms matching their gender identity, and leaves it up to a guidance counselor to decide whether parents ever find out. The Thomas More Society and Moms for Liberty filed suit on August 24, accusing the district of violating parents' First Amendment, religious liberty, and 14th Amendment due process rights. The school board president claimed the district isn't legally bound by the Supreme Court's Mirabelli ruling — but New Jersey's own attorney general has acknowledged the state guidance the district is relying on isn't mandatory.

Eugene School District 4J has informed me that, if I want to read the K-12 health curriculum, I have to pay for a staff person to supervise me... and I'm not allowed to take notes. I spoke at a school board meeting (in the same building where I was swarmed by protesters two weeks ago) and read their email to the board.
