Yeah, there are more similar tools like apk2url. However, I believe it is important to share new projects and give supports to these developers. It might be inspiration to continue creating more tools or even this could be a part of something bigger

Does this works on APK which have been protected like signed by flutter ?

It greps URLs from decompiled files only, not from native libraries. It is not capable of extracting URLs from memory during dynamic analysis, because of that I don't think you will get all the links from Flutter apps.
