I believe that all sections of society need to be included in this. To address discrimination, they were bringing more discrimination to campuses, and there are three points I have continued to raise, which even the Supreme Court has validated. The concerns that I was expressing with regard to the penalty clause. What do we do with regard to that, in terms of the ability for everybody who is on the campus, who faces some kind of discrimination? They should be able to go to the equity committee to address it. Unfortunately, that was not doing that. It was only giving a platform to SC, ST, and OBCs to be able to do that, while the general caste students were left out in the cold, and they did not have that particular pathway.
