It took you guys to assign crew 12 hours , and now it’s showing “suspended” amazing job really, all the tax money we paying almost 40% of paycheque well spent, there was an alert about these windstorm yesterday, will you reimburse our spoiled food in our fridge?? What a joke

Need to protect infrastructure better. We are lucky and never lost power. A few blocks away, out for 9 hours with no crews assigned.

My local update on outages map says updated 7:36however nothing has changed/been updated all information is the same as it was this morning. I got a freezer full of meat.Times are tuff if I lose that we don’t eat properly. It just says assigned.Not working on.Or even if you found

Thank you very much to the crews. Our power went out due to a tree on the wires at 10:15 this morning. It came back on about 30 minutes ago. Their hard work is very much appreciated 😃

Thank you for getting my power on within a couple hours. There was no updates on the BC Hydro website and actually said no crew assigned,yet. the power came on with within 2 to 3 hours. Thank you.🫡

More than 800 people are in the field and hundreds more are behind the scenes working to restore service to our customers. Our focus today has been on assessing damage from the storm and restoring power to critical infrastructure—like hospitals—and main electrical feeders, like in #Yarmouth as seen here today. We do our best to give an estimate of when the power will be restored. Once our crews are able to assess damage to infrastructure, those estimates will be updated. 🔥 #WoodsideFire Morning Update The Woodside Fire is approximately 142 acres and is now 30% contained. Favorable weather conditions allowed crews to work throughout the night. Ground crews strengthened containment lines, conducted mop-up operations, and worked to extinguish hot spots. Helicopters also continued making strategic water drops throughout the night. The last remaining line in Mississippi was returned to service this morning. TVA crews worked in challenging conditions throughout the ice storm response, using both ground and aerial resources to assess damage, complete repairs, and safely restore transmission service. The transmission system is stable and secure, and TVA is positioned to deliver power to meet demand. TVA will continue follow-up work to repair non-critical damage identified during inspections and strengthen system reliability. We are continuing to bring more resources from outside of our system and currently have 14,000+ personnel engaged in response - more than many other major hurricanes. So far, we have managed to restore over 250,000 customers, and are continuing to work across the state navigating flooded/closed roads and the conditions. There are updated estimated restoration times available on our outage map for multiple communities across Georgia. Additional evaluation is occurring as areas are accessible across southern, coastal and eastern Georgia, where communities experienced hurricane force winds leading to extensive damage. 🇺🇸 ANCHORAGE: 80+ inches has already fallen with another 1ft of additional accumulated on January 5th and additional 30 inches could come across the next week and a half as the weight of snow sinks boats in the Juneau Harbor. Volunteers and crews are brought in from around the state to help with relief efforts and to help prevent more boats from sinking and causing even more oil issues into the ocean that has already been occurring.
