Awesome - maybe don't open the refrigerator at night

The sun sets very early in Costa Rica, it’s dark by 6pm. I usually eat around 5-6pm and by the time I’m putting things back in fridge it’s already dark…

Not crazy at all. But there shouldn't even be a reason to open the fridge at night as ideally all food is consumed during the day. Check out our mobile app Circadian @paulsaladinomd, am sure you will appreciate it.

I just open the fridge with my eyes closed and feel around til I find what I wanted.

Nope, that’s why I only have red lights in my house after the sun sets. I’m always done eating by 6pm but by that time it’s already dark in Costa Rica.
