Fluorescent do the same. I know I grow weed. Lol. Dude the sun is a fusion reactor that bombards us with radiation. The led lights are in the same field. Infact they're less than the sun, because the sun can support a tree and the leds or Fluorescent really can't.

Abolish LED bulbs!

I sleep better than I ever have with led lights, they save a third on your electric bill and they last ten times longer the incandescent not to mention they give off more light then incandescent for longer.

Far as I know, the blue light led craze of the past couple years has 'mostly' been found to be more hype than real. You can buy more full spectrum daylight LEDs, and with a pulse-width-modulation of 100+ cycles per second which is much less noticable to 99% of people.

Nothing can substitute natural light ☀️. Can always go old school with candles too

What does one do if you work in a soulless office with these lights? Any way to offset while there?
