For me, Blender already is! And I used Unreal Engine a lot at work. UE is obviously great, but when it comes to clouds and sky, @Unigine is beyond comparison! Unigine has, without any doubt, The Best sky system ever made for real-time rendering. For Blender, that’s you and Pure-Sky! I've tried them all, and you are the most innovative, the one that overhaul gives the best results and the most features of anything else out there.

Thank you for the encouraging fact that we will continue to improve PSP. Indeed @Unigine is amazing I was blown away by the quality of their demo, it inspired me a lot by the way. I like "Ultra dynamic sky" on UE and Expanse on Unity. Also the latest version of Twinmotion, the clouds are beautiful.

I can still get shadow artefacts from volume clipping though. Especially dense volume

Yes, there are always volume problems with Eevee.
