This week I’m in estimates again and will be lining up the usual suspects. I’m keen to get to the bottom of Albanese’s road being funded by the taxpayer and if the AFP have charged the politician who sold us out. This will be the last of estimates before we go to the next Federal election. Over the last six years I have developed a reputation as being extremely effective in exposing government corruption. Some examples of this include: • There are 40 different climate models used to calculate net zero. • The Bureau of Meteorology manipulates weather station temperatures up to 500 million times to homogenise it to create the false narrative of a warming planet. • The RBA is aware that the Bank of England holds fake gold bars with duplicate serial numbers and does nothing about it. • That the cost of interest and land is not included in inflation figures. • The Australian Federal Police blatantly lied about the size of the crowd in front of Parliament House on February 12th 2022. • The TGA did not report on the death of a man whose autopsy reports that confirmed that his death from the vaccine. • The TGA did not review reported deaths about the vaccine. • Exposed the TGA on numerous occasions for lying about the effectiveness and safety of the Covid vaccine. • That the Intelligence Agencies refuse to investigate or acknowledge the origins of Covid. • That ASIO or the AFP will not disclose any information about a politician that sold Australia out. • The Auditor General lied about the real market of land value at Leppington Triangle. • The Albanese government will not explain why they spent $100 million to upgrade a road to the Prime Ministers new beach house. If you believe in transparency and accountability, then I ask for your support at the next Federal Election so I can continue to ask the hard questions of Government for another six years. No award or accolade I’ve ever received for my work is more rewarding than this, from the mother of the girl I wrote about last week. Toward the end of the project, she had doubts about the story, and was having regrets about agreeing to talk to me. It was disheartening and upsetting — because you never want to hurt someone who is already experiencing great loss. So this note (below) meant the world to me. “I want to say I appreciate all your hard work in telling the story about how corrupt the whole situation is with Kamlet,the police and the justice system.There was never any accountability or investigation into [Gina’s] death. It is extremely upsetting to me On a daily basis that justice will never be served and the answers will most likely remain under the rug due to a lack of work by the people that are suppose to figure it out. I’m sorry for getting upset with you. I am happy with the story and hopefully something will come from it. Happy new year.”

I just left a briefing with important updates to share with you from the Executive on the ongoing snow emergency as we deal with freezing temperatures. While I appreciate the hard work of District workers, the government’s response has fallen far short of what DC residents deserve. I know many residents are understandably angry and disappointed over streets that still need to be cleared and sidewalks that are impassable. We need clear communication and better coordination. Here’s what you need to know: * New heavy equipment started being used last night for snow removal * Crews are prioritizing public safety buildings, 24/7 locations like shelters, government buildings * A lot of alleys will not be passable until next week * Residential trash/recycling/food waste collection is going to be very delayed due to conditions of alleys * DPW is working on ideas to get trash from alleys, including deploying leaf crews not on snow removal to assist * Tomorrow, we will have a better sense from meteorologists of the impacts of any potential weekend storm * Anticipate DCPS making a call about school tomorrow by 5 p.m. tonight Ongoing snow removal efforts: * 280 plows on DC streets with supervisors checking routes * 90 dump trucks picking up snow piles from corners and moving to RFK parking lots * 30 pieces of heavy equipment loading snow where snow is too high. Starting downtown and moving outward Some good news: * Very few isolated power outages * Gas stations have fuel and grocery stores are starting to restock * 8 Recreation Centers remain on standby but haven’t needed to use any for emergency warming and shelter space * 50 new Snow Heroes joined in the last 24 hours to help seniors and people with disabilities shovel sidewalks – volunteer here:

Today, North Kivu is witnessing a transformation unlike anything seen since the Democratic Republic of Congo came into existence. A new road is under construction, stretching from Sake to Masisi Centre—marking just the beginning of a new era. The people of Masisi, long tormented by impassable roads, will no longer spend days struggling to survive journeys that should take hours. At the same time, Goma is experiencing a renaissance. Water now flows across the city where, not long ago, people endured weeks—even months—without it. Those once responsible for public services profited from the population’s misery by selling water from tankers. That chapter is closing. Today, water is a right, not a privilege. Electricity is stable and reliable. Since the departure of the Kinshasa regime, blackouts have become a thing of the past. Cleanliness now defines the city, greeting every visitor with a sense of pride and order that was once unimaginable. Security has improved drastically. Goma is now 99% safe, even in the face of challenges created by the reckless distribution of weapons and cash by the previous regime. Our security forces have refused to rest—they work tirelessly to safeguard the people. Areas like Ndosho, once gripped by fear and sleepless nights, now stand as symbols of the peace and stability brought by AFC/M23. Banks are open and functioning, with plans already in motion to extend banking services to rural communities. In the countryside, food is so abundant that the leadership is now focused on opening up larger markets to prevent the surplus from going to waste. All of this has been achieved in less than three months—through leadership rooted in unity, diversity, equity, inclusion, gender equality, and equal opportunities for all children. Imagine what will be achieved in five years! The era of poor leadership is fading like smoke. In its place, the people of North Kivu are witnessing real progress, restored dignity, and renewed hope in the liberated areas. COACHES: This is another HUGE pet peeve of mine. Players trying to do it all themselves and making a potential rush opportunity into a 1v1. The higher the level you play, the less likely a player will beat a defender 1v1. Especially on the rush. I see so many kids try to do it themselves - and if the kid is talented enough at the younger ages it potentially may work out. But as players advance to higher and higher levels, you rarely see anybody try to beat a defender 1v1. And even more rarely do you see anybody actually beat a defender 1v1. I see so many coaches rewarding kids at the younger ages for taking the puck from one end of the ice to the other and scoring. While it's great that a number goes on the scoreboard, you are doing a disservice to the kid's development. Because if that kid doesn't learn the value of passing and using their teammates, at some point this clip is going to happen to them. A LOT. And that player will eventually get passed by the kids that learned to play the right way with their teammates. On this clip the ANA player tries to do it all himself and the puck goes the other way and eventually ends up in the back of his net. It's hard enough to beat one person 1v1 in high level hockey, let alone skating the puck through multiple defenders. So coaches, please emphasize the value of using your teammates. I see this type of play SO OFTEN in youth hockey. Passing, hockey sense, playing with your head up, using your teammates...these skills translate to the next levels. Doing it yourself, even if it works as a young player, does not.

But as players advance to higher and higher levels, you rarely see anybody try to beat a defender 1v1. And even more rarely do you see anybody actually beat a defender 1v1. I see so many coaches rewarding kids at the younger ages for taking the puck from one end of the ice to the other and scoring. While it's great that a number goes on the scoreboard, you are doing a disservice to the kid's development. Because if that kid doesn't learn the value of passing and using their teammates, at some point this clip is going to happen to them. A LOT. And that player will eventually get passed by the kids that learned to play the right way with their teammates. On this clip the ANA player tries to do it all himself and the puck goes the other way and eventually ends up in the back of his net. It's hard enough to beat one person 1v1 in high level hockey, let alone skating the puck through multiple defenders. So coaches, please emphasize the value of using your teammates. I see this type of play SO OFTEN in youth hockey. Passing, hockey sense, playing with your head up, using your teammates...these skills translate to the next levels. Doing it yourself, even if it works as a young player, does not.

I received a little blowback last week after my comments regarding my praise of Godzilla Minus One and my dismissal of non-Japanese iterations of Godzilla. It's a sense of, did I deserve it? Did we bring this on ourselves? I think that's why Godzilla attacks Tokyo and Ginza and isn't on some revenge tip, destroying America. He's all about self-flagellation. He's a really complex reflection of how the national cultural subconscious was at the time of his first appearance. The Japanese were wrestling with a lot of things. In that respect, he's one of the most fertile and interesting expressions of collective introspection that there is in the entire history of cinema, I think. He's incredibly significant to that group of people. To everyone else, he's just IP. To everyone else, he's just a monster. Godzilla is a word that represents the potential for brand recognition. In anyone else's hands, he doesn't have the same power. The best way I can describe it is, imagine if someone that you really loved was hit by a bus, and in order to cope with that tragedy, you wrote a beautiful song which summed up your feelings about the situation, enabled you to have some emotional catharsis, and helped you cope with what had happened. Then somebody remixed that song into a dance hit, and it became really popular in all the clubs, and everybody was dancing to it and having a great time, not really knowing the full significance of the song or experiencing the same emotions you did when you wrote it. The sweet melody had been lost in all the… It became incredibly popular for a completely different reason. Now, imagine if that remix had been made by the bus driver.”

A houseplant just changed everything we thought we knew about consciousness. In 1966, Cleve Backster, a CIA interrogation specialist with a polygraph machine, was looking for ways to time how long it took different substances to travel up through plant tissue. youngjae shares the behind the scene or the reason why his eyes were so red after he got emotional winning first at inkigayo (🐶 reading a comment) 🐶: why my eyes are red? ah there’s really a lot i could say about that. honestly, during the second week of inkigayo promotions, our schedule was insanely tough from the very first week. thankfully, we got to promote both the title track and ‘ATP.’ of course, we couldn’t perform ‘ATP’ on mubank, but on mcountdown we performed both ‘ATP’ and the title track. then for mubank too, we had both the title track and all the second-week stages. since our schedule that second week was basically impossible to manage while staying in korea, we had to pre-record everything for the second week too mubank - inkigayo all of it. we’d be doing title-track pre-recordings at dawn, then pre-recordings or live broadcasts for ‘ATP’ too. after finishing second-week music show schedules, we’d immediately move on to filming even more second-week content. before the comeback, with the members we talked a lot about the schedule. we kept saying, ‘this schedule really doesn’t seem like it’s going to be easy.’ not just for us either, we thought the fans coming to pre-recordings would also be physically exhausted. we kept wondering, ‘will everyone really be okay?’ we talked about things like that a lot. but somehow we got through all of it. while we were in japan for kcon, we were also performing at the k-style party, and thankfully we even got first place (in mubank) while we're in japan too. i’m really, really grateful for that. then right after k-style ended, we flew straight back from 🇯🇵 to 🇰🇷, rested a little at the dorm and then shinyu hyung immediately went off to prepare for his mc schedule while the rest of us got ready for the live broadcast too. honestly, during mubank, it’s not that i necessarily want people to recognize how hard things were. but every time we won first place, i always ended up talking about this, our fans work so hard behind the scenes. streaming, voting… they really give it everything. quietly and steadily, just so they can see us win first place. watching 42s pour all their time and energy into that for us makes me feel so thankful and grateful, but also honestly really sorry too. so while all the exhaustion from the first week was passing by, i kept remembering how hard the fans worked voting and streaming, how hard the members worked together and how much everyone suffered through it. i also kept thinking about the staff members constantly running around backstage, barely sleeping, barely eating, staying with us through pre-recordings and everything. seeing all that made me realize that first place isn’t just ‘first place.’ i mean, people call it a win, but inside that one word are countless hours, countless people’s sweat, effort, and hard work all packed into it. that’s really what it felt like to me this time. especially on inkigayo, for some reason, i felt that even more strongly. so during these promotions, we really carried this sense of responsibility and pressure that we had to do even better while preparing for our official comeback with ‘overdrive’ too. because of that, so many thoughts were passing through my mind while we were singing the encore. but honestly, even before we went up for the encore stage, suddenly i got extremely nervous. all the artists were standing by there waiting, and out of nowhere i started shaking. i kept telling the members, ‘i’m so nervous.’ then we went up, did the encore stage for everyone there and prepared for the live broadcast results announcement. the moment they revealed the live voting results, i suddenly felt really strange. i kept thinking, ‘can we really win first place?’ somehow, while we were waiting in the waiting room, i had this feeling that today might be our last chance to win during the ‘You You’ promotions.+ #TWS #투어스 #영재 #YOUNGJAE

I've put together a straightforward protocol that seems to work quite well for people with Multiple Sclerosis (MS). A carnivore/lion diet works great for MS, but if you optimize a few nutrients and habits it can really improve your results and spur recovery. By just doing a carnivore/lion diet, there are now people who have not only put their symptoms into remission but have started to reverse their lesions on MRI. Some of these individuals will be in our upcoming case series on MS patients who are recovering using the carnivore diet. This full protocol can help even more. Dr. Chaffee's Protocol for Optimizing Multiple Sclerosis Recovery: This protocol outlines a comprehensive approach to supporting recovery from multiple sclerosis (MS), emphasizing dietary modifications, light optimization, and physical activity. 1) Dietary Intervention: The cornerstone of this protocol is a strict, high-fat, carnivore "lion" diet, predominantly consisting of beef and lamb, with 2g of fat for every 1g of protein, as detailed in my videos. All carbohydrates, sugars, and alcohol must be strictly excluded to induce and maintain ketosis, and to prevent further damage and inflammation to the nervous system. Ketones serve as the brain's preferred energy source and readily cross the blood-brain barrier, where they are converted into fatty acids, the essential building blocks for brain tissue. Prioritize grass-fed fats such as tallow, butter, or lamb fat, incorporating them into every meal for optimal results. Exclusively eating grass-fed meat is not required, these fats can be purchased separately. Grass-fed butter is readily available, as is grass finished tallow, and less often grass finished lamb. Bone marrow and even brain are excellent options as well. Wild-caught fatty fish is also acceptable; however, grass-finished lamb fat contains approximately 20 times the omega-3 fatty acids (DHA and EPA) compared to even oily wild-caught fish. DHA, EPA, and cholesterol are essential for myelin sheath regeneration on axons. 2) Nutritional Supplementation: For the first month, consume 50-100g (a few ounces) of liver daily. This can then be reduced to three times per week, with concurrent monitoring of B12 and homocysteine to maintain optimal levels. Maintain B12 levels between 800-1200 pmol/L or 1100-1600 pg/mL (American units). Homocysteine levels should remain below 7. If homocysteine is elevated, regardless of B12 levels, increase B12 intake. If liver consumption is not feasible, supplement with a methylated multi-B vitamin and/or sublingual methylcobalamin (methylated B12). Allow the sublingual dose (2000-2500 mcg daily for the first month) to dissolve under the tongue for at least five minutes before swallowing. Monitor B12 levels as described above and adjust accordingly. When testing B12 levels, discontinue B vitamin and B12 supplementation for approximately one week prior to the test to avoid artificially elevated results. Supplemental B vitamins can also interfere with other blood tests, particularly B7 (biotin). 3) Light Optimization and Circadian Rhythm: Optimize vitamin D levels and circadian rhythm by exposing yourself to direct sunlight for 30 minutes each morning, looking towards the sun (but not directly at it). Refrain from wearing sunscreen, sunglasses, or corrective lenses during this time. Direct, unfiltered sunlight exposure on as much skin as possible, including the eyes, is crucial, and multiple exposures throughout the day are beneficial. Minimize exposure to screens and artificial blue light, especially in the evenings. Wear blue-light-blocking glasses when using electronic devices or under artificial light after sunset. Remember that MS prevalence decreases closer to the equator; emulate these conditions as much as possible. Maximize vitamin D absorption by delaying showering for at least six to eight hours after sun exposure. Vitamin D is produced in the skin's sebum and can be washed away, particularly with soap. Absorption can take up to 48 hours, so allowing at least six to eight hours is essential. Vitamin D3 can also be obtained from wild-caught fatty fish and grass-fed animal fats. Monitor vitamin D levels six weeks from commencing the protocol, aiming for the high end of the normal range or preferably above. While supplemental vitamin D3 with K2 is an option, natural sunlight exposure and proper diet is preferred. Take repeat blood tests every 6-8 weeks in order optimize these levels and maintain them there. Once stabilized with your current diet +/- supplementation, you can can extend this period to once every 6 months. 4) Physical Activity: Maintain an active lifestyle. Nerve stimulation promotes growth and repair. Engage in as much activity as possible, gradually increasing intensity each week. As tolerated, incorporate resistance training and, if possible, sprinting. If walking is all you can do though, then walk. If not, then work your way up to walking. Important Considerations: Underlying Principles: This protocol addresses the root causes of MS and provides the resources and stimuli for tissue repair. The dietary and light hygiene modifications aim to halt further damage. The specified nutrients and light exposure provide the building blocks for repair, while exercise and light stimulate regrowth. The Crucial Role of Light: One example of the beneficial nature of light is UVA exposure. UVA light directed into the eyes (without glasses or other filters), stimulates the production of brain-derived neurotrophic factor (BDNF), which promotes brain growth, healing, and myelin repair. Proper light hygiene offers numerous benefits beyond BDNF stimulation, but it would be well worth it even if this were the only one. By adhering to this comprehensive protocol, individuals with MS can potentially achieve significantly improved outcomes compared to standard care. For the best results, ensure you are receiving proper medical supervision, particularly with regard to supplementation, blood work, and medications.
