Bras clog up the lymphatic system, plus synthetic material on delicate areas of your body has been shown to have negative health effects. I wonder how this affects breastfeeding mothers. So many struggle with milk supply. The system wants babies on formula. It’s all connected.

God did not give Eve a bra in the garden of Eden. Bras are in the same category as corsets. They are a type of straight jacket. Braless is Freedom! Bras gave me backaches for years. I typically don’t wear a bra. I even jog without one. At first, it felt different. But they get used to it. They adjust. I am never going back. It’s just not natural.

Women have been wearing corsets for hundreds of years. I don't think bras are the big problem. Toxins like vaccines, heavy metals in water and food, are likely a much bigger problem. This seems like a distraction. That said, it's possible to make a comfortable cotton bra at home without chemicals.

I’ve been exclusively working from home since 2022. Ever since then I barely ever wear a bra. Only when we go to town etc. I’ve never been happier. I hate them. To each their own. The women that want to wear them good on ya but I’m happy I don’t have to 💯 % anymore

But whether going braless is comfortable or practical depends a lot on body type, breast size, activity level, clothing and personal comfort. Because particularly those with larger breast, it can be uncomfortable or painful and impractical.

I think sports bras and stretchy tank tops are the best way to go for holding boobs up. I never thought underwires were good for women.
