In the video, ICE agents appear to be running alongside the vehicle, pulling on the doors as the driver tries to leave. The person is not “weaponizing” their vehicle, or trying to run agents over. They appear to be trying to drive away from masked, armed men attempting to force their way into the car. This is exactly what we’ve seen in video after video across the country… ICE agents surrounding vehicles, pulling people over before identifying them, trying to force their way inside, and demanding proof of citizenship. Which is a violation of the Fourth Amendment. The Constitution exists to prevent exactly this kind of government intrusion.
