In my opinion, Brian Higgins accidentally killed John O'Keefe with his plow, because he was profoundly drunk.

At 7:55 AM, Jen McCabe texts Brian Albert a Dunkin order “large hot with cream and sugar.” Julie Albert testified she woke up around 8-ish, went to Dunkin, then arrived at 34 Fairview Road around 8:30, where Brian Albert waved her into the house. But Julie also testified she parked behind her nephew’s vehicle. Problem is, That vehicle does NOT appear in earlier Canton PD scene photographs while officers were still on scene until roughly 7:50 AM. So when did the vehicle arrive? Who drove it there? Did Brian leave after CPD cleared the first time? Did Brian return before Lank and Gallagher came back? Was Brian Albert continuously inside the house that entire morning… or not?

Karen Read's defense team filed a motion today that included new video of Brian Higgins at CPD, which was withheld from them in the first trial. The surveillance video shows Brian Higgins pacing around outside, talking to someone on his phone at 1:34 AM. He NEVER mentioned speaking to anyone on the phone at the trial, or at the state or federal grand jury. Had he done so the defense could've filed a Rule 17 motion for his phone, which would be a lot stronger and less likely to be deemed a "fishing expedition" if they had video of him talking on the phone. He testified at trial that he was back home in West Roxbury by 1:40, and that it took 15-20 minutes to get there. This was all a lie, as was his excuse for being at CPD in the first place. This is a Brady violation.

Kim Fair said she’s screenshotting every one of my posts, so Kim, screenshot this one nice and clear. I’ve been saying this all along, Allie, Colin, and Higgins are not three separate stories. Their timelines overlap. If Higgins’ Jeep was where they say it was, Allie should have seen it when she pulled in. Allie Could not tell MSP how Colin was at Fairview ummm well.... colin told us in court Allie drove him!!!!! Higgins should have seen Allie arrive. Colin should have seen Higgins’ Jeep when he came out. This was not some complicated maze. There are only so many ways to get to 34 Fairview. Yet Allie could not clearly remember the route she took to pick Colin up, and now the filing says Life360 data from Jennifer McCabe’s phone showed Allie did not travel straight home after dropping Colin off and even more importantly, showed no evidence of Allie arriving at or departing from 34 Fairview or Colin’s house on January 29. So once again, the “simple explanation” is not simple at all. If Colin left the house exactly how they said he did, why does the data make the story messier instead of clearer? If Allie picked him up at 34 Fairview, why does the record not cleanly show that? If Higgins’ Jeep was there, why does nobody’s testimony cleanly account for who saw who? Disgraced once Sgt Sean Goode. Higgins leaves the control room at 1:29:42... Nothing to see here folks, move along....time in the room, 1 minute, 26 seconds Fast forward to 34 Fairview whe see Lank and Goode enter the house and 10 minutes 40 seconds later at 6:54 kerry Roberts what's the driveway stops in front of the house for 22 seconds then enters the house . 1 minute, 10 seconds later, she comes back out It seems to be whenever the timeline gets interesting, Goode things are happening.

Brian & Nicole’s cars are on the left side of the driveway and morning photos show they were there all night(snow-covered). So explain this How does Allie also pull in and park on the left side How does Colin “run out” to her car, And how do Brian, Nicole, AND Jen McCabe (her own mother) not see her as they then would be pulling in Multiple cars. Did Higgins help Caitlin get Chloe out of the house? SBenigno-IDBH noticed today that Higgins slipped when asked which car he took home. He answered "Jeep Cherokee" and then quickly corrected himself to say "Wrangler". Why would he say Cherokee if he didn't own one? Now compare that claim to what is objectively visible on the cruiser dash cam:From 6:34–6:38 a.m. the dash cam scene is static The only change during that window is Kerry Roberts leaving at 6:37 a.m. Throughout that entire period, two vehicles with headlights on are facing the cruiser One of those vehicles is clearly a police SUV. Colin Albert has enlisted in the Army. He was also due to give a deposition in the O'Keefe v Read civil case but was a no show, as well as refused to present discovery. Also worth mentioning, the HAM defendant's lawyer for Jen McCabe, Matt McCabe, Allie McCabe, Brian Albert, Julie Albert, and Brian Higgins sent an email to Karen Read's lawyers last night at 9:30pm stating that none of them will be available to sit for their depositions until after July 20, 2026. With the recent defamation lawsuit filed by members of the McCabe/Albert group, there’s now a lot of focus on what people have said publicly. With the recent defamation lawsuit filed by members of the McCabe/Albert group, there’s now a lot of focus on what people have said publicly. DISPROVING KAREN READ'S DEFENSE: BRIAN HIGGINS Karen Read and her legal team have propped up their insane third party culprit theory with a self-constructed romantic fantasy between Read and Higgins that did not exist in reality. Not convinced, Higgins responds "Hmmmm. Well" to which Read does not respond. If Higgins truly wanted Read, he would have continued texting that night pushing to rekindle but their communication stops until he sees her the night of the 28th. She was out of sight, out of mind for him. The "Ummm. Well" he texted her that night lends itself far more to a drunk text than how the defense has categorized it as an angry response from being rebuffed, which he hadn't been. Higgins summed up his interactions with Read as strange, "uncomfortable" and as having a "weird vibe". This was not a man who was in love with Read and the notion he would even exchange one heated word with John over Read is beyond ludicrous.

So i was just watching Sam B and had similar thouggts, So, Colin is supposedly underage drinking and shot gunning beers all night, bouncing from Leonetti’s house to Fairview then comes home and goes into his mother’s bedroom to kiss her goodnight…And we are supposed to believe nobody had a problem with that?No concern about underage drinking? No questions about where he was? No concern about the timeline?No concern about who saw him, who picked him up, or what was actually happening inside that house?But somehow Chris Albert is upset with us for asking questions? How does Colin Allie Caitlin and Higgins not see the jeep or Higgins if the story is the jeep was at the end of the driveway. The same driveway that he was in before Brian and Nicole, and the same driveway Allie was in when Colin ran out of the house after bumping into Brian and Coco?????? That is the part I cannot get past. Because according to his own brother, “the system let them down at every turn.” Well, if the system let them down, then why is the anger aimed at citizens asking questions and not at the investigators who created the mess? If the investigation was clean, complete, and reliable, there would be nothing to question.But instead, we are told not to ask.Don’t ask about Colin.
