I'm not a doctor and neither is this man but hundreds of hours of personal research lead me to agree with most of his cholesterol panel dissection. Total cholesterol: Fairly useless. LDL is not the boogeyman (although glycated LDL can be a problem) Triglycerides divided by HDL is the best predictor of heart disease risk in a cholesterol panel.

I'm not a doctor and neither is this man but hundreds of hours of personal research lead me to agree with most of his cholesterol panel dissection. Total cholesterol: Fairly useless.
