The point that Chamath is making is essential. I was commenting on this recently. The net worth of these people is only interesting as far as it demonstrates that these people have been successful in making things work without throwing money away, which is what governments due well. If you want to cut the $36T deficit, you need people who know how to get things done efficiently.

We already saw this windfall for the president's cryptocurrency business, all of this emirati money that went in right around the time that the administration was approving the export of our most advanced and sensitive chips to the United Arab Emirates. And I just say to folks, aren't we all tired of living under an administration where we know we have to ask about every single thing, whether the first family is getting paid and lining their own pockets?

I think really the best solution is Ukrainian membership in NATO and the idea of creating security in Europe by having Ukraine as a kind of buffer zone between Russia and nato countries. It just failed. That is the reality. It failed. So we don't need to have such a buffer. We need Ukraine to be inside NATO. one of my favorite aspects of this new work is that it is generative, not based on an arbitrary random number, but based on the chaos of real life. the physical sculpture is constantly pulling in news and real-time data from all over the world and the NFT is updated daily as well with this hectic collage of information overload... i believe in the future more work will be dynamic like this allowing us to reimagine real-time data in new ways based on different events happening in the world...

I mean, that's a "Right Wing," proposal which says essentially there is no United States." It would make everybody in America POORER, you're doing away with the concept of a Nation State! And I don't think there's any Country in the world which believes in that? (Yeah, just wait)... "If you believe in a nation state or the COUNTRY called the United States, you have an obligation, in my view, to do everything we can to help poor people. What Right Wing people in this country would love is an OPEN border Policy, bringing all kinds of people work for 2 or $3 an hour!" "That would be great for them. I don't believe in that!
