Thank you so much for sharing this!

Pareto Principle, also known as the 80/20 rule ... Expanded

Good people need to come together to stop evil people.

As a student of history, this fact is written in all of history. The civilization we know today was initiated by a few elite class who met in cafes for discussions. It’s take only a few who plan, strategize and excute to change the fortune of the many, same will be for Nigeria

Too many people are not needed to drive or halt change.

More than the percentage, a profound truth popped at me. A bias I maintain through my views of the history of transformation in different sectors at different times of Western nations. 12 founders, none was a slave, not sure any of them was black and all of them society elites.

Been saying this for quite sometime now. The only way out for those who really want change is action, not trying to convince the majority to stake their lives — maybe martyrdom, but certainly we should harbour no hopes of short term victory.

What about Harriet Tubman? Sojourner Truth? Nat Turner? Marcus Garvey? Malcolm X? This rewriting history of black people's resistance to slavery in favor of wealthy European 'philanthropists' is responsible for neo slavery - expecting CSR activities instead of building ourselves
