A genuinely good 3D character is a two-day job now, not a two-week. ⚡ I rebuilt my whole AI character workflow and recorded every stage of it - concepting, generation, cleanup, Blender prep, retopology, UVs, texturing, rigging, Unreal. This time I also go through the extra shortcuts and the quality side: the best materials I've gotten out of the new AI models, plus the eyes and eyelashes hack. UE 5.8 makes the final setup much easier too. Made for complete beginners in 3D. If you've never opened Blender, this is where you start 👇 Full video:

Game devs, did you know you can use Unreal's Sequencer and rigging to edit animation from Mixamo, Fab, or the Unity Asset Store? Then you can import those animations into Unity, Godot, or Unreal! Animators, if you want to learn how to edit mocap, this is a great introduction. The workflow and concepts I show can be used in Blender and Maya. Full video on my YT.
