I have one question for the Christopher Nolan haters/for all the folks on this here app who questioned Nolan: what’s it like being on the wrong side of history? I’m truly, genuinely asking. What’s it like having to go to sleep at night knowing you were so fucking wrong? Face the music. Look in the mirror. Christopher Nolan just brushed you off his shoulder.

Christopher Nolan is the only thing on my mind. I’m seeing The Odyssey in 9 days and it feels an eternity. I can’t wait any longer & every review makes me more impatient. I still can’t believe some of you on this app doubted Nolan even for a second. This man cares too much about Cinema to let us down. I can’t wait.

Tom Holland on his experience working with Christopher Nolan: “I had this one scene with Matt, which is arguably one of my most important scenes in the film [...] Matt and I were discussing the scene a lot, and he basically stuck his head in and went, ‘Oi, thespians, get on with it! Christopher Nolan is back in theaters in just over 2 weeks. The last time we saw him? Oppenheimer. Box Office glory. Oscars. Nolan checked every box with his last film & then some. I’ll be posting my Nolan rankings in the next few days, but for now, I’d love to hear where you guys rank Oppenheimer all-time for Nolan. I think it’s Top 4.

Um, you know, I like to say it was a very hard movie, but hard for all the right reasons. You know, it’s The Odyssey, it should be hard. Um… Jon Stewart: It shows up on screen. I mean, all of it shows up on screen. Christopher Nolan: Thank you. Jon Stewart: And someone was telling me that you actually completed it ahead of schedule, as you have with all of your movies, and under budget. Christopher Nolan: Yes. Jon Stewart: Never happens! Abel Ferrara and screenwriter Nicholas St. John wrote King of New York specifically with Christopher Walken in mind - despite never having met him. Getting Walken was an absolute must. Abel explains what it was like meeting with him for the first time to discuss doing the role: "Walken showed up as advertised, tall, elegant, mysterious, and like every time I would ever meet with him he just appeared, alone, carrying a black bag like a doctor.
