@oonagh_cousins The “stop” method is used by therapists to help patients overcome panic attacks. It’s one method out of many and it can help patients who use these techniques. I have #MEandLC. I don’t have a panic disorder, nor do I suffer from anxiety. Stop is wrong for #MEandLC.
